Today's guest is the co-founder of a device that is transforming the way that people focus and the way that I personally focus.

That device is the light phone.

A phone created for humans. That actually respects your two most valuable assets - your time and attention.

It’s a minimalistic phone - which is designed to be used as little as possible.

The device features tools not feeds and comes with an e-reader like screen which is intentionally non-addictive, so you’re free to focus on what matters most.

With the Light Phone You can

  • hotspot,
  • Listen to Podcasts
  • Use maps
  • Listen to music
  • And of course - call and text.

Personally I've been using the Light Phone for almost 8 months now alongside my smart phone and it has transformed my life. Enjoy the episode!

Sophie Grace Holmes is a coach and ultra-endurance athlete based in the UK. Having been born with the life-threatening condition of Cystic Fibrosis, daily life has been very different from the average person. The condition if not cared for would have ultimately shortened Sophies' life with the average life expectancy being just 28! However through years of hospital visits, treatment, and perseverance she now leads a healthy life to the point of taking on and completing Ultra-Endurance challenges - stemming from the conscious decision NOT to let Cystic Fibrosis hold her back from fulfilling her ambitions. * Recent challenges include becoming the second person in history with Cystic Fibrosis to summit Mount Kilimanjaro, completing a 100km ultra marathon: Race The Stones and is now in training for IronMan Austria in 2021.

Sophies' message is clear: Even with a life-threatening disease, you can live a limitless life by finding out what sets you on fire.

Rene Borg is one of Ireland's leading endurance running coaches   Rene entered the sport of running through mountain running and swiftly progressed through almost all branches of the sport - both as a competitor, coach, journalist, and race director. This provided him with a unique 360 view of everything running related. He possessed very limited talents when he entered the sport and so sought the advice of the most successful coaches - dead or alive (through books or in-person) - including the philosophies of Arthur Lydiard and Percy Cerutty as his base.    He has coached hundreds of runners for thousands of hours. His favorite example being Jason Kehoe, who started as a mid-pack runner with him in 2008 and went on to win several mountain running races and two Irish championships in the decade that they worked together exemplifying what can be achieved with a good coach/athlete partnership.   * The BIGGEST mistakes people make when training for their first Ultra Marathon.
