In this episode, Marsha will discuss the ketogenic diet and how it can have benefits for the brain. The ketogenic diet, also known as the "Keto Diet," and it is a high-fat, low-carb diet that is popular for weight loss and improving overall health. The diet works by forcing the body to burn fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates, and this results in the liver producing ketones which can be used by the brain as an energy source.
Research has shown that the ketogenic diet can improve cognitive function, including memory, focus and attention in adults with cognitive impairment, and in children with neurological disorders such as epilepsy and autism. The diet may also protect the brain from damage by reducing inflammation and protecting against neuronal injury, this may make the diet useful in preventing or treating neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
Additionally, the ketogenic diet may have benefits for mental health, including improved symptoms of depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder, and increased levels of a protein called brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) which plays a role in neuroplasticity and mood regulation.
It's important to note that the ketogenic diet should be done under the supervision of a healthcare professional and may not be appropriate for everyone. It can also have some side effects, like the "Keto flu."
In conclusion, the ketogenic diet has many potential benefits for the brain, but more research is needed to fully understand its effects. It's always recommended to consult with a licensed medical professional before starting any diet program.

If we just stop for a moment to be present in the moment of NOW we can learn to simply be and then become! Our truest potential to our existence lies deep within us, it just needs to awaken!
In this episode Marsha discusses the importance of setting standards, expectations and what it means for us individually.
Everyone should have expectations for what the want out of life and what they will and will not accept when it comes to their own personal values, morals and beliefs.
In today’s episode Marsha discusses the importance of reclaiming your power and getting your health back!
We must begin to use our knowledge to empower us rather than to frighten us. It is only when we begin to shift our mindset towards love rather than fear that we can heal our whole being.
Our brain health and gut health matters and if we draw our attention on healing by implementing wholistic practices and being more intentional we can make a greater impact!
Marsha strives to bring more awareness towards wholistic healing by using this platform as a call to action to others! Achieving harmony and healing is not impossible if you only decide.
In today’s Marsha will be discussing reflection of what we’ve endured this year in 2021.
We know it has been a trying year for some as we’ve dealt with loss of a loved one, job or some form of catastrophe as well as violence around the world.
But all we can do is to continue to be optimistic for a better 2022, a better future full of promise and hope.
We must understand that we are the ones that make a difference for a better future for our younger generation and humanity as a whole.
If we collectively practice mindfulness, gratitude, self-love and operate more from a place of love rather than fear we can make a difference in the world.
Today’s episode Marsha will be discussing the importance of brain health and boosting your Immunity.
There are 100 billion neurons in the brain according to neuroscientist and there is a clear connection between gut health and having a healthy brain.
Environmental factors, trauma as well as lack of nutrients are linked to many brain health issues known as mental health issues affecting us today.
Marsha shares foods, herbs as well other helpful ways we can keep our brain healthy in addition to boosting our immunity for true optimal health.
Today’s episode is a message to wake up those who are sleep! We are living in a society where people are operating mostly out of fear and believing everything they are told by mainstream media.
In this episode Marsha helps you to understand the importance of operating out of love rather fear so we can defend ourselves from being attacked spiritually.
You must understand that in order to be controlled and manipulated one must attempt to invoke fear amongst the masses as well as to keep us isolated from our very true nature of human connection.
It is through this process that our mental, physical, spiritual health as well as our own values and beliefs can be compromised.
Once we begin to operate from a place of love, and unity we can see the truth of what is and rid ourselves of the layers or lies of what we’ve been told.
Today’s episode is not your typical topic and It may not be a topic you may want to address, but it is one thing in life that is inevitable-Death!
Before we exit this plane, what is it that you wish to achieve, how do you want to be remembered, what impact you would like to leave humanity and why are we really here? These may be some of the questions you may be asking yourself.
The greatest lessons we can learn from this life is self awareness, kindness, elevated consciousness and unconditional love.
When we can achieve this level personal development we are able to answer some of those most deepest questions as to why are we here. We can then uplift humanity as a whole with the understanding that we are not separate from one another by any means. We are simply the extension of branches coming from one tree.
In today’s episode Marsha shares some helpful tips on how to improve brain health. Cognitive health is just as important as physical health if not even more important.
Our body is constantly exposed to toxins from the air we breathe to the food we eat. These toxins can have a negative impact on our health as well as brain cognition.
Marsha’s own personal experience with Corona and working with Dementia patients has left her intrigued into learning more about the importance of brain health and cellular repair for optimal health.
The goal of this episode is to bring more awareness to the importance of brain health and what you can do to improve it.
Today, Marsha discusses the benefits of fasting in today’s episode. Fasting provides healing and awareness for the mind body as well as the spirit.
There different types of fasting that Marsha shares with you that you may find helpful. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to health. Each individual is unique and how one chooses to fast is based on their own values, beliefs and what is suitable for that individual.
The objective is to see the true benefits that fasting can provide you with and can help you in all areas of your life. Fasting is not difficult you just have to have the Will and determination to see it through!

In today’s episode Marsha discusses the 4 seasons and how the seasons plays a role in our lives and why it is necessary for growth.
In nature we experience the 4 seasons spring, autumn, winter and summer. Flowers bloom in the summer and trees are bare in the winter. This is the cycle that occurs in nature and each season is only temporary. As the seasons change so must we.
Change is is the only constant and being stagnant only hinders our growth. If we simply learn to adapt to life’s ever changing moments rather than to put up resistance we can find harmony within the storm.
Marsha hopes that that you will discover your rhythm as it pertains to the seasons and go with the flow of life rather than fighting against it. Strength is built through adversity. Find your strength.
In today’s episode Marsha had the pleasure to speak with board certified Heart Surgeon owner of Ovadia Heart health and Author Dr. Philip Ovadia.
Dr. Ovadia experienced his own health journey of being overweight which led him to a massive shift. He was able to lose over 100 pounds and five years later has still managed to keep the weight off.
Everything we have learned about our health in the medical profession from traditional medicine has been wrong. Dr. Ovadia is changing the narrative of how we approach health through the metabolic health.
It is our goal as medical professionals and health practitioners that we get the word out on how we view health and the truth about food as it relates to your health.
Look out Dr. Ovadia’s book Stay off My Operating Table: A Heart Surgeon’s Metabolic Health Guide to Lose Weight, Prevent Disease, and Feel Your Best Every Day. Available November 11th 2021.

As a heart surgeon who used to be morbidly obese, Dr. Ovadia has seen firsthand the failures of mainstream diets and medicine. In today's episode Marsha shares a few tips on how to be happy. It sounds simple but some people actually have a hard time finding joy and happiness in their lives. By implementing simple practices daily you can experience more joy as well as happiness.
We get consumed with everyday life of working, raising a family or doing what ever we need to do survive everyday life. Life of course is full of challenges and it learning how to overcome those challenges by practicing once simple thing....the present moment!
If we learn how to be present we will no longer about the past nor would be anxious about the future. The key is to be present by practicing gratitude and appreciation.
Happiness always begins inward, so when we can be happy with ourselves and where we are in the present moment with acceptance and judgement with ourselves we can celebrate our small wins and celebrate the present moment.
It all begins with a thought and how you perceive your life to be. If we can change the way we think about ourselves we can change the world around us. We can love ourselves fully by setting quality time with ourselves as well as those we love.
In today's episode, Marsha discusses whether the body can really heal itself or not. As more health professionals and natural health practitioners are using natural health along with integrative medicine practices, the healthcare system as we know it has to change. If the healthcare system does not change its focus to preventive rather than treating symptoms, it will lead people towards looking at other healing methods which is what we are seeing now.
Our body is always working towards maintaining balance and fighting pathogens or any foreign bodies that threaten our system. But if it is constantly fighting against the foods we willfully put into our system that are destructive, the body will be damaged over time and this is why we see illness and chronic diseases now.
The body is made up of billions of cells. When the cells are unable to get the nutrients needed to convert to energy, it becomes weakened and damaged. But we can repair some cellular damage by feeding the cells nutrient-rich foods that can penetrate the cells and avoiding foods that cause more harm to the body.
Marsha hopes that in this episode, you will empower yourself by being proactive when it comes to your health and begin to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
If you want to learn more about an alkaline lifestyle and cellular testing then book a call!

In today's episode, Marsha had the pleasure to speak with the Founder of the International Chronic Pain Institute. Debora Wayne struggled with pain for a long time. Her healing journey lasted over 30 years and now she helps thousands of people find a way to rapidly heal.
Science has proven that we as humans are energy and contain energetic fields within and around the human body. This ancient wisdom has been used in India and China for ages. We are electric bodies that produce energy. The energy of a person can be recognized as low energy or frequency or high energy frequency. If we can fix our energy then we can in turn heal our bodies and mental state in the process.
This is the "special sauce" Debora uses in her practices to help those find answers to what seemed to be an unrepairable problem. Debora Wayne helps many people around the world find a way to heal without the use of medicine.
We have to look at health and healing from another perspective rather than conventional western medicine. Integrative, Alternative medicine and New Energy is becoming the new way to heal oneself. The pandemic has opened the door to this change and it is a change for the better.

In today's episode, Marsha discusses the importance of showing more kindness. In today's changing world. As the increase of mental health, domestic violence, suicide and drug abuse are on the rise. People are feeling more fearful about their future. And as mainstream media continues to divide the nation between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated more people are faced with compromising their values and beliefs in fear of losing their job security.
It is important for us to notice what is happening around us and take small steps towards making change. It begins with us. Rather than passing judgement or being disconnected from others, let us take a moment to help and be more kind to others which can make a difference. An act of kindness is an act of love and displaying kindness as it shows the true essence of the human spirit that connects us together.
We need one another in a major way simply because we are social beings. Being divided only brings more conflict, tension, frustration, anger and fear. If we can find a way to support one another and lift one another we can help not only ourselves but those in need of an intervention. It is by showing simple acts of kindness that we can move towards something great by giving people hope and letting them know that they matter.

In this episode, Marsha discusses domestic abuse as data shows the increase of domestic violence as it relates to the pandemic. 1 in 3 women will experience domestic violence globally. According to the New York Times The United Nations called for urgent action to combat the worldwide surge in domestic violence. “I urge all governments to put women’s safety first as they respond to the pandemic,” Secretary General António Guterres wrote on Twitter."
It is a topic that needs to be addressed and dealt with. We can do all we can to help someone in an abusive relationship but it is the individual themselves that must be willing to recognize the abuse and do something about it.
Fear is one of the reasons people choose to stay in an abusive relationship as well as other reasons due to children and finances, but the fact remains the same. Love is not supposed to hurt! It is loving someone unconditionally and when the pillars of the relationship are broken in several cases it is simply hard to rebuild.
Marsha hopes that if there is anyone suffering from domestic violence or knows someone who is going through domestic violence they need to know that help is available for them.

In this episode, Marsha touches on one of the most important topics that is not only necessary, but it can possibly save someone’s life - suicide!
According to global statistics nearly 800,000 people die by suicide each year which is one death every 45 seconds. It is the number one cause of death for people between the ages of 15-24 who suffer from depression.
It is a sensitive topic especially for those who are experiencing depression and may be experiencing suicidal ideation. But it is one that needs to be addressed and how we can help those in need.
Marsha hopes that this episode will possibly reach out to someone that they know who may be experiencing a hard time and possibly save someone from committing suicide.
Learning how to manage our emotions, stress, and being able to cope when life brings us down can help us to find that joy and peace within. Don’t be afraid to seek professional help and get the support you need. It doesn’t have to end this way!

In this episode, Marsha shares her personal experience with getting covid and how she is dealing with the after-effects of COVID as well as how she can work on those long term effects of memory from the virus.
Her experience with COVID was quite the opposite of what her husband experienced and has made her even more passionate about health particularly brain health and memory.
Being a health care worker herself she sees the effects that COVID has done on residents and for most, it worsened their condition. She hopes to give people a more positive outlook on health by not just learning more, but by doing more for their health and wellbeing.
Teaching women how to heal down to the cellular level is the key to optimal health. When you fix your cells, you fix your brain and overall health.

In today’s episode, Marsha shares some of her insights on how you can start turning your passion into profits.
As the pandemic continues, some people are faced with a tough decision whether to vaccinate or be terminated; it leaves people feeling fearful and hopeless.
The upside to all this is as more people are seeing the change in the world we are currently living in there is also a change in what people are deciding to do to take control of their own lives.
More people are diving into their passion and finding other means of generating income. They are stepping into things that they desire and earning a living from it.
The purpose of this episode is to get you to see what is possible by taking action even if you are afraid. Your dreams and aspirations should become more than just a dream, it should become your mission!

In today's episode, Marsha speaks with a very interesting and amazing guest Morgana Rae! Morgana is the best selling author of Financial Alchemy: Twelve Months of Magic and Manifestation and is the President of Charmed Life Coaching Inc. Morgana has been featured in several publications such as ABC, NBC, CNN, NPR just to name a few. Today Morgana shares with us the types our relationships people have with money and how it shows up in our lives.
Money and finances are topics that some people aren't comfortable discussing with other people especially when there is a lack of it. People are often judged based on the amount of wealth they have as well as the lack thereof. Morgana teaches us how to change our relationship with money and discover the cause of where our money beliefs stem from.
If we can change our view as well as our relationship with money we can create more abundance in our lives as well. Money is simply a tool used to acquire the material things we wish to achieve in this life, but love should be the motivating factor behind acquiring more abundance so that we can share and teach others. Teaching and sharing is an expression of love along with a person's actions and intentions.
Morgana hopes that people can change their perception of money, understand how money works as well as how money shows up in our lives. You can learn to make money work for you instead of you working for it.

In today's episode, Marsha speaks with Atlanta's up and coming comedian Kyndra Krump! Kyndra finds joy in making others laugh through her comedy but has been struggling with some unexplained health issues that she will be sharing with us today.
Kyndra has been dealing with pain in her stomach/pelvic region for quite some time and even having a pelvic exam doctors can not find anything physically wrong with her.
It wasn't until she met with someone that shared with her the experience that she is having stems from the relationship she has with her mother. Kyndra was holding on to resentment and unforgiveness in her heart towards her mother which was manifested in her body.
Is it possible for the body to manifest symptoms of anger, bitterness and resentment from the heart and what a person holds subconsciously in their minds? The answer is YES!! Remember that the mind and body work collectively and they are not separate from one another.
Kyndra now realizes the importance of forgiveness and that holding on to old memories or experiences can have a serious negative effect on the body. Kyndra is slowly working on improving her relationship with others while she continues to make others smile and laugh through her comedy.

In this episode, Marsha had the pleasure to speak with "The Growth Architect", founder of the Women's Code, and author of The Future of Leadership, Beate Chelette. Ms. Chelette shares her insight on what it takes to be successful even during times of adversity.
It was from Beate Chelette's journey that this single mother and immigrant was able to get herself out of $135K worth of debt. She took a chance of doing the unthinkable by writing a letter to the White House! Her determination as well as her ability to surrender allowed her to bounce back in a major way where she was able to sell her company to Bill Gates!
Now, Beate Chelette helps businesses as well as individuals to take their lives to the next level through proven strategies. Her three crucial elements to success are mindset, abundance and growth. She created The 5 Star Success Blueprint which is helping entrepreneurs learn how to grow, build, and scale their business in a way that works. And for women who want to advance in their careers at work or even find a new career path, Chelette's success tools can help you get there!
Sometimes we look at life happening to us, but not realizing that life is happening for us and that we have everything we need if we can just see it. Beate Chelette is the perfect example of a woman with a vision, determination and resilience who did not quit, but was able to fail forward to success!

Beate Chelette is the Growth Architect and Founder of The Women’s Code. She is passionate about building businesses that serve others, make an impact and instantaneously create abundance.
Her story began as an inquisitive little girl in Germany who talked too much and who longed for adventure. More than anything, she felt compelled to challenge the rules because making your impact in the world starts outside the status quo.
The path to making an impact is not a Princess story. And nobody handed her the crown to become the Queen either. Instead, she found herself stressed out, overwhelmed as a single mother, and an immigrant in America with over $135,000 in debt. Not exactly where she had hoped her adventure would take her!
Fighting through a decade of bad luck, she failed my way to astounding success. But first, she had to crack the code!
Finally, with great insight, resilience, and perseverance, she figured out how to build (yet another) business and successfully sold it to the one and only, Bill Gates. Her luck certainly changed. And with that, everything changed.
The acquisition gave her the freedom to pursue her passion and purpose. She often says that there are a million ways to be successful. You only need to find one, yours! And that is what she wants to do with and for you, to help devise strategy – blueprint – so that you can make your impact.

In this episode, Marsha talks about the importance of surrender and why it is important to do so.
When we let go of things beyond our control, we not only relieve stress and anxiety, but we can truly accept the things that are beyond our control.
By surrendering, we not only relieve ourselves from suffering, but we open the doors to the goodness of the Divine to step in and guide us.
Sometimes in life, we plan, but the Creator has a better plan for us which not only benefits us but benefits others as well. It is from Marsha’s struggles that she was able to heal from the past and able to help others as well.
The purpose of surrender is to open your heart, forgive, heal and be willing to trust the process for this greater plan that the Creator has for your life.

In this episode, Marsha speaks about the importance of honoring your path to a purpose-driven life. It is only when we truly honor our path on this journey of life that we can live a life full of abundance and true happiness.
Marsha understands that everyone’s journey may be different, but the key in honoring your path is, to be honest with ourselves and see the blocks that can be holding us back.
We self sabotage and repeat patterns that we feel keeps us feeling safe and it is all we know. We are afraid of experiencing the possibility of new possibilities of abundance and happiness.
Let us not judge ourselves harshly from our past mistakes or trauma that we may have experienced growing up or in adulthood. Your lessons in life will be challenging but it is all in your perception. True healing comes by being open and honest without any judgement on our part and overcoming those challenges with love rather than fear.

In today’s episode, Marsha speaks about the Shift! The shift that is happening for the greater good. As many people are starting to awaken and see who they really are, they are understanding their true purpose.
As the veil or blinders are being removed more people are banning together and working in unity to improve the world around us. We are no longer operating in division, but in unity as one.
As we ban together and evolve spiritually we are able to improve the existence of humanity and it is part of our purpose.
Our gifts, talents and abilities are what will shape the planet and humanity for the better. This is of course if more heart centered beings are willing to open and share those gifts. We are all one and have a greater purpose which is the highest plateau- “LOVE”.
This is where your joy and fulfillment in life comes from and it starts with self-awareness and self-love.

In this episode, Marsha stresses the importance of living your best life now! The effects of the pandemic have kept many individuals feeling stuck and not really living but simply existing!
If the lockdown has kept you feeling anything but alive then it's time to shift that way of thinking. The goal is to feel alive in life and do what you enjoy most!
Making a few changes in life is required and we must learn to adapt to the change. We can still find the time to experience the sweeter things in life when we no longer make excuses or operate from a place of lack.
If we focus our intentions on what we have rather than what we want, we can experience more joy and abundance of living. Living your best life now is more about being appreciative of the things and people that already exist in your life. When we can love ourselves more and not make excuses we can truly experience what it is to live our best life now!

In today’s episode, Marsha acknowledges the importance of our mental health status during these trying times across the globe! It is crucial that we nurture our mental health and learn to be good listeners in order to gain understanding.
With everything that is happening right now around the globe in addition to our personal trials in our lives, it is no wonder we can be putting our mental health at risk!!
The hate crimes against Asians, the Palestinians in Gaza in addition to the ongoing racial injustice against African Americans here in the US have left some people feeling fed up, frustrated, and bitter towards the government as well as hatred towards other people who look different than us.
The combination of different variables can negatively impact our mental state and we must find a resolution to bring about change as well as manage our mental health.
Marsha hopes to encourage more dialogue by learning from one another and speaking about our differences in addition to not being afraid to ask for help when we need it. Learning to listen rather than to be heard is a skill we should all acquire so that we can help someone else in the process of learning.

As we inform ourselves with valuable information and search to find solutions to heal from our illnesses or disease we must also be mindful and pay attention to our bodies when it is speaking to us.

In this episode, Marsha will speak on the topic of taking the road less traveled. The road less traveled represents not following the masses but following your heart to your own passion and desires for true happiness.
People are walking around not really knowing what it is they truly want or living someone else's dream and are not truly happy. The road to true happiness is within and being authentic to who you really are! No need to try to fit in or be like someone else! The world is looking for that special someone who is not trying to be like, dress like or look like anyone else. It is what separates you from the rest.
Choosing your own path allows you to be you and to express yourself freely without the worry of being judged by others. It's okay to be imperfect as long as you strive to be better so that you can learn and grow as well and help others in the process. Don't be afraid to learn a new skill or language or even start a new career or business, just plan accordingly and seek support.
Marsha hopes that you can find value in the content she shares and understand that taking the road less traveled is sometimes required not only for change but for growth and is necessary for the happiness you seek within yourself.

In this episode, Marsha talks about losing the fear and why you should choose love over fear in order to free ourselves from the trap. Fear is what keeps people stuck, afraid and is also the cause of stress and illness. But, if we are willing to remove the blinders, we can move towards a better climate and outlook for our future and improve our health and the planet as a whole.
The case of George Floyd and the coronavirus has kept many of us with unrest and has striked up various emotions. The hopes for police reform is promising, and it is just the beginning. With the pandemic, we hope that we can get back to some level of normalcy and people will not be afraid to travel or go places and do the things that make them feel alive.
The Pandemic has caused us to lose the human connection of touch and keeps many of us afraid to truly live. But if you get back to source you will understand that love is all there is and it is more powerful than fear as well as evil. We are all truly one and if we can reach a level of respect for one another, respect all living things that God created we can reach a true level of pure love.
Love is the only solution to combat fear, kindness, and a willingness to be open minded and see beyond this false reality. True healing encompasses various elements and love is one of them. Love can improve your overall health and wellness and can help the world to heal altogether!

In this episode, Marsha will discuss the importance of intentional living and why we should practice it. Living with intention should be a lifestyle in all areas of your life. The journey of intentional living is unique to each individual and it serves as a way for you to find true happiness and fulfillment in your everyday life.
So many times we get caught up in having someone else to fill our cup and in fact we need to fill our own cup and when they fall short we develop anger, resentment and hurt. The fact of the matter is when we are setting our own intentions we are doing what is best for us and what is beneficial to others. When we can accept who we are without judgement or trying to be perfect we begin to love ourselves more and are open to change.
When we dwell in the past and worry about the future it is what keeps us stuck living in fear and suffer from anxiety, depression and other health issues. But if we focus our attention on being present we can enjoy the here and now. When we practice mindfulness we become more aware of our thoughts and behaviors.
Marsha hopes that you can look within to seek happiness and not rely on other people for things to bring you happiness. Treat yourself and others with love, kindness and respect and be willing to have open dialogue by listening to others. Being perfect is simply an illusion, but being willing to improve oneself is beneficial not only to yourself, but to those around you.

In today's episode, Marsha shares some new and valuable information on AGE! This AGE has been around for years, but not many people are talking about it and the role it plays on our health. This process of age happens everyday within the body as well as in our kitchen. Marsha will discuss the process of AGE and what we can do to manage it.
Research shows that AGE occurs naturally in the body and is needed for cellular energy. But it also occurs externally in the foods we eat and how we prepare our foods. This process of how we prepare our foods are linked to chronic disease and inflammation as well as cancer alzheimiers and the aging process
Could Western society change the way they see food? French fries, burgers, bacon are all tasty and have that dark color which gives the flavor, but could you give it all up if you knew the effect it has on your health? Change begins by being informed and taking action. Slow modifications in our diet is what it takes for better health.
Marsha hopes that you will change the way you see and prepare food for the likelihood of improving your overall health. Knowledge is power, but if you don't use it then it's worthless!

In today's episode, Marsha discusses why we sometimes lack motivation and don't have the drive to the things we enjoy or what will propel us into taking action for the required change. In order to bring about the change we desire in our lives, we must have the drive and the motivation to do it. Sometimes, quite frankly it just isn't there.
We lack motivation for various reasons and Marsha goes into detail about some of the reasons. We know that how we feel about ourselves is a factor along with our environment and the foods we eat. Our Mental state and Physical state both go hand in hand and can negatively impact our mood which consequently impacts our drive, motivation in addition to our overall health.
It is a natural feeling to not always feel at your best, but we must push through the times of feeling that sense of lack or feeling down by doing the things we'd rather not do anyway. What that does is pushes you to go further. Our bodies naturally go through changes and we don't feel good in our bodies we tend to lack the motivation which can play on our mental as well,

In today's episode, Marsha will leave you to decide and to come to your own conclusion when it comes to taking the coronavirus vaccine.
It is not Marsha's purpose to try to convince you to not take the vaccine, but to bring awareness to the history of government and who they truly protect.
It is up to individuals to take control of their own health and well being by being informed, educated and making life changing habits for the long term.
The government’s past history of experiments speaks for itself. In addition, the government has granted big pharma immunity against lawsuits from individuals taking the covid vaccine should they experience any side effects from taking the vaccine. In today's episode, Marsha will be discussing the importance of using our voice for change for the improvement of our communities.
Although politics is not Marsha's thing. She knows it's important to discuss topics that matter and affect everyone.
In order to change the way we view healthcare and other important issues, we must collectively work together to bring about change.
Marsha is hopeful for the change in healthcare with more healthcare care practitioners implementing alternative/holistic health care practices into today's society of western medicine. More healthcare professionals are seeing the true benefits of natural health and are helping their patients heal using a more natural and holistic approach.
As people begin to educate themselves more they are speaking up and asking questions as it relates to their health. No more of the days of where we simply take a pill without asking the benefits and risks associated with taking prescribed medication.
A part of self-empowerment comes from learning and asking questions to improve our health in addition to holding those accountable for making improvements in the healthcare system and how we view medicine in healthcare.
Marsha wants each of us to take control of our health by becoming more aware, educated, and practicing self-love. It is only through self-love that we can truly help others as well as achieve optimal health.

Hello Lovely! Today’s episode will be on discussing how you can develop confidence by embracing yourself.
As women we sometimes struggle with confidence and we can be our worst critic. We judge ourselves harshly and many of that comes from our childhood experiences and what we were told as kids growing up. Words can sometimes have a lasting effect on how we perceive ourselves. Nakiyah struggled with confidence growing up by believing the stories she was told like many of us have; you’re not good enough or worthy enough.
Nakiyah soon came to realize that the lies she told herself and what others told her growing up were just that, lies! Lack of self-love will impact your belief about yourself as well as your self-esteem, which leads to lack of confidence. It was only when Nakiyah decided to finally say YES to herself and learned to tell others no that she was able to build that confidence in herself.
Now as a coach she has committed to empowering other women to build their confidence just as she has on her journey to help them live the life they desire and deserve.
Nakiyah understands the importance of self-care and knows that self-care is loving yourself wholeheartedly and you can embrace yourself confidently with no shame, guilt or judgement. It is when we judge ourselves harshly that we build blocks that hinder our true potential.

Hello Beautiful! Today, I have the pleasure of interviewing not only an Herbalist but a Doula for women’s health.
Shamika learned from a young age the benefits of herbs from her grandmother. It was from that point on that she has made herbs a part of her everyday life. With Big Pharma pushing pills to treat symptoms and not the root cause of disease; how can anyone experience true healing from what has already been provided for us in nature?
Our ancestors understood the laws of the land and the benefits of natural herbs and we somehow have forgotten about this truth. Now, it seems the only validation of truth for healing should come from those who went to Medical schools and who may also sit on the board of Pharmaceutical companies. We must not leave it to health professionals and Big Pharma to provide us with better solutions for good health. We must empower ourselves and one another to educate ourselves more on natural health and healing through herbs.
This is what herbalist Shamika, myself and other natural health practitioners our doing for their communities. Empowering individuals to take back their health through knowledge, learning from our elders and doing our own due diligence.
There’s a saying that goes; “It takes a village to raise a child”, but it also takes a woman to build and strengthen her community. It is through this process that we as women learn and grow together and to teach our youth about the importance of obtaining knowledge and implementing a process for change. We can get back to learning what was previously taught from those who came before us if we listen. The body can heal naturally through herbs, exercise, lifestyle change and eating the right food.

Look.Feel.Do was born to teach women how to incorporate yoga, meditation, mindfulness and manifestation into the busy everyday lives as a form of self-care and self-love.
Charmaine has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She completed the Classical Yoga Teacher Training certification program at Kashi Atlanta Urban Ashram. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT-200 with the Yoga Alliance. A graduate of the Mindfulness & Psychotherapy for Healthcare Professionals: Special 8-Week Course at Atlanta Mindfulness Institute. In addition, she holds a Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and also has a MS in Commercial Real Estate and a BS in Engineering with a minor in Architecture.
It was after completing her teacher training in 2015 that she knew she had to find a way to make yoga, meditation, mindfulness and manifestation accessible to more women and especially black women. These practices have significantly improved and enhanced her life in so many ways and it is her desire to share these benefits with other women so they too can live the lives they desire and deserve. Through Look.Feel.Do, she provides methods that are easy to implement and that have been life-changing for her and other women.
Today I welcome the lovely, Renee M. Davis to the show to discuss her journey on modeling and I’d say being one of the true pioneers for a new market in modeling for women over 40. Her philanthropy work doesn’t go unnoticed as she continues to work towards the improvement of providing resources for the uninsured.
Renee shares the strength of her mother who was not once, not twice, but a three time cancer survivor. Renee has adapted her mothers’ strength and determination to live and to live being in service to others. Not only did Renee discover strength during adversity, but she received blessings during a period of uncertainty when she had to provide for her children at the time.
Even with the times we are facing right now Renee continues to stay strong and optimistic and works towards improving her wellness for her-self as well as others. She has partnered with a company that provides wellness products which includes anti-aging that is all natural and plant based.
Renee will continue to mentor and inspire other women on the importance of getting your regular mammograms for early detection and prevention of breast cancer as well as provide alternative natural remedies for ant-aging and wellness.

Renee M. Davis began her modeling career quite by accident when she was 40 years old. She was taking her daughter to her fitting for the "Back to School" fashion show that she was to model in later that week. B.J. Arnett (Rucker at that time) was the show producer, and when she saw her, she asked if she could model. Without thinking too long, she said "Yes!" Renne was booked for the show without any previous experience. She thought she wasn't very good on the runway then but there was a very positive reaction from the audience, having never seen a "mature" model on the runway before, someone who was a more realistic representation of someone in their age group.
Since that time, she worked as a runway, and commercial print model in various product ads and publications including Essence magazine, you will see that tear sheet on this site. She was in several TV commercials such as Pantene Gold Series, American Cancer Society, Sparkle Paper Towels and others, and you might still see her in the light bulb aisle at Lowe's.
Renee is pleased to be among those who now represent the true diversity of American women.
