I practiced a few new Cherokee phrases in Santa's letter this year. I figure if Santa knows it all, he must know the language. Maybe one day I can write the whole thing in Cherokee Syllabary. ᎤᎵᎮᎵᏍᏗ ᎤᎾᏕᏘᏱᏍᎬᎢ ᏂᎦᏓ/Ulihelisdi Unadetiyisgv'i Nigad/Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas is almost here, and I have one more thing to do.

Making a few changes. PG suggested.

My yard in four seasons.

Today is Thanksgiving. Hope everyone had a good holiday!

I've had kids' school work to keep up with and a Cherokee language final exam to prep for, so it's late. But still barely within the week.

I don't pronounce my 'uh' in Cherokee quite right in this audio. It's functionally right, but the sound is suppose to practically come through my nose. And I'm having a hard time working that into the words.

Feelings on Thanksgiving can be complicated.

I forgot to do this earlier in the week, so here it is now!

I mispronounce the title in the blog. I said, "Dideloquasdi". The actual pronunciation is "Didelhquasdi".

Had a little friend spend the night.

You probably missed it.

Things didn't go as planned, so we skipped a week.

A monologue about valuing life.

Let's take a break from the disasters of the world.
