Our guest today is an epitome of strength and a role model for me in my property journey. Yes, for those who don't know, I am a property investor and developer alongside being a mindset coach and speaker. Sukhi Kaur is a well accredited and seasoned property developer who successfully built a multimillion-pound brand from a standing start 6 years ago, she has experience in construction and property, holding a sizeable portfolio of her own. Her company Build4U Property Limited has worked on projects in excess of 18 million GDV, it's no secret that Sukhi is now commonly known as the construction queen. The conversation was inspirational and Sukhi revealed some really useful hints and tips for women on the property.

Capt. Sonia Sangwan, born and brought up in Chandigarh, wanted to join the Indian army since childhood thus excelled in sports and Co-curricular activities along with studies. Had been a national football player, Best NCC cadet, college dance and debate team and proud achiever of three colour colours before joining the army at the age of 21 yrs.
While serving in the army she has represented Indian Army at the International level in joint training with other armies and also done mountaineering and trekking expedition with Nepal Army. She has been presented a medallion by the Chief of Army Staff for overall excellence.
In her second inning, she works as a GM Projects and also an Image consultant grooming Young leaders for leadership roles and Army Veterans for their second innings in the civil world. She is part of two NGOs and under that, she undertakes various projects for Women Empowerment.
On basis of her achievements on a personal and professional level, she has been selected as the Finalist of Mrs India Worldwide so that she can motivate other girls to chase their dreams and the Finale is in September.
