He was raised in Umlazi N-section in Durban Kwa Zulu Natal.He was given the name “Rytious” by his dentist who looked up the meaning of his name Lunga which means Righteousness but Rytious changed the spelling to mean yin and yen,a balance between good and bad.
Rytious then started rapping at the age of 12, he, s inspiration being life.
The conditions and the environment in which he grew up in inspired him to put his thoughts and feelings to paper and write lyrics to the best music he can possibly make.

As an artist’s I struggle to establish my musical identity, laboriously trying on different musical styles like a piece of clothing, looking to find what fits. Just to find that I love all types of music experimenting with all of it. From that I know I will emerge fully formed, in full command of my craft, my identity and my music. Till the Day I Die, is a captivating and moving debut that will herald the arrival of a gifted and significant new talent, one whose music feels familiar in the best possible way, while striking out on its own territory.)
A Tennessee boy who grew up in Knoxville/Greeneville near Nashville, Howard loved music as a child, but didn’t take music seriously until he was in his early 20’s. He explains, “I started writing songs in my head, and it took my interest in music to another level.” Not being able to play the piano I used the computer to compose music to the ideas I heard in my head. Loving all the greats like, Elvis Presley, Frank Sentra, Bruce Haack; and Mozart, other mainstreamed well-known artist. I listen to all of their music. Almost immediately, I started to remix the music of all the later musicians. I could hear their songs in a different light. They came together as if it had been planned all long.
Recording on his laptop and playing the songs he started to gain the respect of his friends. Now recording in earnest, Howard was gathering skill as a songwriter, taking his influences, like Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, The Band Perry, The Band Killers, Happy Goodman’s and Carmen, and using them to shape his own style. “I grew up with a lot of styles of music,” Howard explains, “My mom used to play soft rock and Christian, Classical music all the time. I naturally gravitate to that kind of sound; there’s a warmth and timelessness to it that I’ve always loved.”
As his name grew in the International area, the pieces began to fall into place for Howard. Entering a contest in Knoxville Tennessee as a singer, Howard won second place and was introduced on television as a person to watch as an up and coming song writer and performer. This gave Howard the courage to do what he had dreamed. Howard went on to create his first CD which was produced by Southern Sound and was listened to by Dolly Parton. “She sent word for him to keep up the good work and keep on singing”
Howard is an artist is just starting out, so there is no recording or touring history to date however, he has been interviewed by Tusculum College as an up and coming to watch. He has been contacted by several other radio hosts and has his music played everywhere.
That freedom allowed Howard to self-produce outstanding albums, as well the space to experiment while making it. He reflects, “There was a lot of trial and error that went into each album. The songwriting is far more detailed, and that was reflected in how I recorded. We recorded twenty-five songs, and I picked ten. I spent months on certain songs, refining them until I thought they were just right.” With Howard recording on all musical instruments makes for a long and detailed day at work.
From the opening notes of Howard’s first album, one hears that combination of melodic irresistibility and lyrical incisiveness that are becoming Howard’s hallmarks. “The songs now inspired by his love of music and all the emotional feelings that he has gone through.
Howard is currently planning a road trip, honing his skills with new computer generated music and abilities with technology. Also experimenting with his ability to write lyrics using his back ground in Gospel music, life experiences and his disability has really turned out to be a unique ability to produce music of the future. With each experience his abilities are growing and so are his musical talents.
“ Communicating with people, especially young people has always been on my mind being autistic is a lonely place and without close relationships it has truly been an accomplishment for me to have this wonderful music career. I cherish and enjoy it each and every day”.

Lunga Sithole aka Rytious was born 2nd of January 1988. He was raised in Umlazi N-section in Durban Kwa Zulu Natal.He was given the name “Rytious” by his dentist who looked up the meaning of his name Lunga which means Righteousness but Rytious changed the spelling to mean yin and yen,a balance between good and bad.
Rytious then started rapping at the age of 12, he, s inspiration being life.

As an artist’s I struggle to establish my musical identity, laboriously trying on different musical styles like a piece of clothing, looking to find what fits. Just to find that I love all types of music experimenting with all of it. From that I know I will emerge fully formed, in full command of my craft, my identity and my music. Till the Day I Die, is a captivating and moving debut that will herald the arrival of a gifted and significant new talent, one whose music feels familiar in the best possible way, while striking out on its own territory.)
A Tennessee boy who grew up in Knoxville/Greeneville near Nashville, Howard loved music as a child, but didn’t take music seriously until he was in his early 20’s. He explains, “I started writing songs in my head, and it took my interest in music to another level.” Not being able to play the piano I used the computer to compose music to the ideas I heard in my head. Loving all the greats like, Elvis Presley, Frank Sentra, Bruce Haack; and Mozart, other mainstreamed well-known artist. I listen to all of their music. Almost immediately, I started to remix the music of all the later musicians. I could hear their songs in a different light. They came together as if it had been planned all long.
Recording on his laptop and playing the songs he started to gain the respect of his friends. Now recording in earnest, Howard was gathering skill as a songwriter, taking his influences, like Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton, The Band Perry, The Band Killers, Happy Goodman’s and Carmen, and using them to shape his own style. “I grew up with a lot of styles of music,” Howard explains, “My mom used to play soft rock and Christian, Classical music all the time. I naturally gravitate to that kind of sound; there’s a warmth and timelessness to it that I’ve always loved.”
As his name grew in the International area, the pieces began to fall into place for Howard. Entering a contest in Knoxville Tennessee as a singer, Howard won second place and was introduced on television as a person to watch as an up and coming song writer and performer. This gave Howard the courage to do what he had dreamed. Howard went on to create his first CD which was produced by Southern Sound and was listened to by Dolly Parton. “She sent word for him to keep up the good work and keep on singing”
Howard is an artist is just starting out, so there is no recording or touring history to date however, he has been interviewed by Tusculum College as an up and coming to watch. He has been contacted by several other radio hosts and has his music played everywhere.
That freedom allowed Howard to self-produce outstanding albums, as well the space to experiment while making it. He reflects, “There was a lot of trial and error that went into each album. The songwriting is far more detailed, and that was reflected in how I recorded. We recorded twenty-five songs, and I picked ten. I spent months on certain songs, refining them until I thought they were just right.” With Howard recording on all musical instruments makes for a long and detailed day at work.
From the opening notes of Howard’s first album, one hears that combination of melodic irresistibility and lyrical incisiveness that are becoming Howard’s hallmarks. “The songs now inspired by his love of music and all the emotional feelings that he has gone through.
Howard is currently planning a road trip, honing his skills with new computer generated music and abilities with technology. Also experimenting with his ability to write lyrics using his back ground in Gospel music, life experiences and his disability has really turned out to be a unique ability to produce music of the future. With each experience his abilities are growing and so are his musical talents.
“ Communicating with people, especially young people has always been on my mind being autistic is a lonely place and without close relationships it has truly been an accomplishment for me to have this wonderful music career. I cherish and enjoy it each and every day”.

That freedom allowed Howard to self-produce outstanding albums, as well the space to experiment while making it. He reflects, “There was a lot of trial and error that went into each album. The songwriting is far more detailed, and that was reflected in how I recorded. We recorded twenty-five songs, and I picked ten. I spent months on certain songs, refining them until I thought they were just right.” With Howard recording on all musical instruments makes for a long and detailed day at work.
From the opening notes of Howard’s first album, one hears that combination of melodic irresistibility and lyrical incisiveness that are becoming Howard’s hallmarks. “The songs now inspired by his love of music and all the emotional feelings that he has gone through.
Howard is currently planning a road trip, honing his skills with new computer generated music and abilities with technology. Also experimenting with his ability to write lyrics using his back ground in Gospel music, life experiences and his disability has really turned out to be a unique ability to produce music of the future. With each experience his abilities are growing and so are his musical talents.

Matt was born in Edmonton, Alberta then spent most of his youth in an Ontario town called Kirkland Lake. At around the age of ten, his family moved further south to Peterborough, ON. He spent his teenage years in this city and was like any other teen around in the 90’s. His passions were mountain biking, snowboarding and guitar and he did these as often as he could, besides taking care of his studies at school. At the age of 12 or so he had a few paper routes in the neighbourhood and used his money to buy his first guitar. It was a Fender Stratocaster very similar to his idol at the time Jimi Hendrix. From here his music journey began.
He played in a few different bands and groups with friends growing up and loved rocking out on weekends at parties and venues, nothing to serious though. A lot the times when he was supposed to be studying he would have his head phones on practicing guitar. He started High School at a St. Peter's Secondary and after three years wanted to see what else was out there. After graduating high school from Adam Scott, he went off to college in Niagara Falls where he studied business to learn more about the industry and the business world. All the while he was writing and playing small shows around town and coffee shops. Many may never make it to production but were just fun to write.
About halfway through college he decided that he wanted to live on the West coast of Canada and ended up spending his summers and co-ops in Whistler and most winters at school in Niagara. After getting done school he moved back out to the West coast where he lived in Vancouver for four months or so (Tsawwassen), still practicing and writing almost everyday, then moved back up into the mountains, where they had one of the best winters ever. It was around this stage he began planning an album. He decide that the mountains and the snowboard scene was more appealing to him at this stage in his life.He spent many years in Whistler in total, around eight.
In Whistler he met his friend and fellow musician Darren Chambo at a house they lived in on Drifter Way. From there they formed a band called The Chambo Graham Show. They played in weather ranging from -30 to +40 at the base of Whistler mountain facing the gondola doing it for the love of the game and because in that location millions of people walked by every season and it was great exposure for sharing their music with the world. One person one song at a time. After doing that a few years, more gigs opened up and they did the morning news events for Olympic countdowns and eventually got to play in World Ski Events listed as the largest in North America.
During the winter of the 2010 Olympics/ Paralympics games he played with his brother Dustin and volunteered in some interestingly cold weather and rain but for the love of the game and to represent his country. They performed around 12 sets of music at the various venues. The venues were the Olympics Ski jump/Nordic Cross country events, the Downhill in Creekside as well as the Bobsled Track/Luge Track where they greated audiences from all over the world with smiles and did their best to brighten the worlds day. It was a great experience to see the coming together of the world's countries to share in a common goal and vision, and the memories, were priceless.
He is now branching out even further into music now and has produced a pianist Frank Levin for an independent movie comming that came out in 2012 called Playground of Dreams.
Recently he has been working on a new EP in the Peterborough, ON area.
In 2013 he released an EP called Between Moments recorded in the Peterborough area at Wix studios.
Following this he went underground a little and bought his own studio to be able to perfect the art of producing as well as recording on his own. He wanted High Resolution Audio for all his work and to record at 24 bit 192 kHz.
In 2014 he appeared on a local show called Junction 28 in Peterborough filmed by Cogeco Cable that aired on their channel. it was a half an hour episode featuring him.
Recently he is working on new material.
