Please Hustle Responsibly Podcast

The Please Hustle Responsibly Podcast is the brainchild of our Support Staff team members Kristina Magro, Kristina Veltri, and Matt Kohl. Support Staff is a community of hospitality professionals working alongside mental health professionals, and community organizers to change the structures of the hospitality industry. Support Staff’s goals are to break down the stigmas surrounding mental health, give employers tools to better support their employees, and give hourly employees tools to better advocate for their well-being. How are we doing that? Through programs like this podcast! Inspired by the hospitality industry and our wants and needs during this COVID-19 crisis, Magro sums it up the goal of this podcast best by stating, “we decided that instead of being better advocates for everyone else we are going to be better advocates for ourselves and for the hospitality industry as a whole.” Join us on our podcasting adventure as we talk with professionals about everything from how to navigate your health insurance to dealing with HR and and the unemployment office.
