in this episode I wanted to talk about my diversity in interest these days. I needed a reset to my roots so I went to San Antone and shot the Total Archery Challenge and now I’m readdicted to bow hunting and competition shooting. Today I did Athletica at the local F45 here in Bridgeland/Cypress Texas. This is a daily activity crucial to my current physical recovery from non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
