Taking a whole day or two even to rest each week is key to allowing your body to repair. Dont take my word for it. I resisted too. When you injure you will need to take the time but dont wait for an injury to start.

Don’t let yourself be soft push yourself beyond what you’re capable of by asking yourself can you run faster and if you can’t hit the gas

One month since vertigo. How I am managing my self and taking care of myself. Most of it is listening to my body and trying new things.
This episode is about starting up again after an i jury or illness. I am happy to report that I ran today after a two week break after sudden vertigo. Here is how I did it.

Visualization works. How you feel now is mostly beyond your control but there are three things you can do that you can control. One of them is relaxation and then visualizing from end backwards. This time we will start past the end.
Your whys may not have changed. Your running however may need some change. How do we manage the changes in our life to build strength?

Paying attention to the immediate sensations of your hands is a tremendous source of self soothing and calm.
Run the mile youre jn. Live the day you are in and how visualization and what staying present looks like.

My left hip issue has us focused on specific stretches and exercises to strengthen and stretch and calm this area
