My LHEA project - I was diagnosed with a career ending disease in late 2016 and was recommended by multiple Doctors that I quit running which was also a love of mine. I was a dog agility trainer. This podcast is about my journey through the grief and loss that I experienced in the next few years and how I coped (or didn’t) and how my goal was to move to a life that was worth living happily ever after. I am now living that life and am happy spiritually. Covid 19 has put our WORLD in turmoil and I am feeling a calling to make this podcast to help others with the biggest loss ever.

Childhood emotional abuse and trauma is real. I am awake. My family I fear is still in denial. I pray for them. Catch my recommendations for healing on my Facebook page- Living Happily Ever After- The LHEA project.
