The Sent Life: Recent Episodes

The CGCS

The Sent Life podcast is an ongoing conversation about living in partnership with our missionary God. Our Lord Jesus promised that He will be with us to the very end of the age and we know that we experience His presence and fullness of life as we live on mission, in other words, as we live sent. In this podcast, we will talk about living as missionaries in our current contexts including how to share the gospel and guide others into an authentic relationship with Christ. We will also discuss topics related to international missions, church planting, and the academic discipline of missiology. This podcast will be helpful for church leaders, missionary practitioners, students, and anyone who wants to participate in God's mission.

The Sent Life is produced by the Lewis A. Drummond Center for Great Commission Studies at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. The CGCS is the missionary hub of Southeastern Seminary.

Evangelism doesn't have to be uncomfortable. You're under no pressure to prove anything. It really just amounts to having a conversation, and almost any context provides the opportunity for evangelism. You can spot these opportunities when you listen, because people talk about what's important to them. So think of evangelism as building a relationship with someone and intentionally planning to share Jesus as a part of everyday living. https://www.bhacademic.com/sharingjesus/

Drummond Center for Great Commission Studies at Southeastern Seminary. The CGCS is the missionary hub of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
