Cara is a consultant and coach to leaders. Bringing leaders to a place of realisation and awareness of their own fundamental errors and why (on occasion) they themselves, are the roadblock in to their own, or their businesses, growth. We discussed everything from what defines a leader, to how to approach a leader with a solution to a problem without standing on anyone's toes. I had so much fun recording this podcast, and Dr Miller blew my mind with some knowledge bombs on a couple of occasions. If you, or someone you know is a leader of people or desires to be this is a must listen podcast! You can find out more about Dr Cara Miller and her work at: @developmentalcoach on instagram

Vicky Cornick is a coach and gym owner based here, in Dublin. She comes from a competitive tennis background and like so many of us, has struggled with her body image and eating disorders.

She has jaw-dropping levels of self awareness for someone so young, and has been through so much. Thankfully she’s able to share some of her captivating story with us on the podcast.

This was a riveting chat with someone with huge ambition, drive, and work ethic. I for one am looking forward to seeing what Vicky does with herself in the future.

Rob Sweeny - aka Chops is the go to coach for new Dads, as well as being part of the coaching staff for the Ireland Women’s Rugby Team. To say he covers all bases is an understatement.

We cover how Chops helps his clients go from an organised professional life, and chaotic personal one, to making both bulletproof. Chops gives us insight about what new clients should expect from him when they get in touch, and it’s not necessarily 5 training sessions a week from the get go.

Really fun chat with someone I look up to in the fitness industry. Thanks for coming on Rob!

Ed Caddye is a Doctor working in the NHS and a health and movement specialist. Ed gives us a run down on the importance of quality over quantity for food intake, and how it affects our performance and day to day life.

We get into movement selection and how its important to “feel” the movement properly rather than just conforming to the pre-selected movement standards based off someone else & their structure.

A highly fascinating conversation and we’ve already planned a pt2 in a few months.

Marcin is Coach working out of CrossFit Northern Ireland, in Belfast. He helps people get seriously strong through Strongman style training, and tolerates little bullshit in the gym. The flip side of this, he wants nothing but the best for his clients and prioritises their health over everything else.

During this podcast he goes over how sick he is of the “cals in vs cals out” conversation and how important it is to focus on basic health like sleep and food quality over everything else.
