Welcome to the Vajrasati Yoga podcast. Each episode Sophie Allen will interview members of the Vajrasati Yoga School, including other special guests along the way.
Sophie Allen interviews fellow teacher Zoe Witchell about her relationship with substance abuse, how she first discovered yoga, and offers insights to how we as yoga teachers may be able to make inclusive spaces for people in addiction and/or recovery.
In this episode, I am joined by Vajrasati Yoga founder Jim Tarran, Senior teacher Khadine Morcom, and recent graduate of the school Jeremy Arnold. We delve in to discussing why and how social media effects us in the yoga tradition, what the point is of posting/consuming the images and posts, and how we might approach social media as a tool for teaching.
