What if the belief that's quietly shaping your entire life isn't true? The question, "Am I enough?" rarely announces itself out loud. Instead, it hides behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, comparison, and the constant search for external validation.

In this episode, we uncover where the belief of "not enough" really begins, why it becomes so deeply embedded, and—most importantly—how to free yourself from it. Because once you see how this story is created, you stop living your life as though you're constantly trying to earn your worth.

We explore how childhood experiences can shape a lasting sense of inadequacy, whether through criticism, feeling unseen, rejection, or the meaning we innocently attached to situations as children. From there, we examine how this belief continues to influence our adult lives—through social media comparison, relationship patterns, career success, and the pursuit of achievement as a way of proving our value.

I also share a personal moment involving my own podcast statistics and how easily genuine self-expression can become a search for validation if we're not paying attention.

Drawing on the wisdom of Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, and Michael Singer, we explore practical ways to question limiting beliefs, create space between ourselves and our thoughts, and rediscover the truth that our worth was never something to earn. We also look at the Reticular Activating System and why asking better questions can transform the evidence your mind begins to notice—shifting your confidence, mindset, and daily experience.

This is an invitation to stop chasing your worth and remember what has been true all along:

You were never broken. You were never missing anything. You have always been enough.

Your health rarely collapses overnight. More often, it quietly drifts in small, measurable steps — which is why prevention, awareness, and understanding your own biology are becoming the future of wellbeing.

In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Adrian Kochsiek, founder and CEO of ONVY, a pioneering health technology company building what he describes as a personal health operating system — combining data, technology, and human insight to support personalised prevention, longevity, and everyday vitality.

Adrian shares the life-changing moment that shaped his mission: being diagnosed with lymphoma at just 18 years old, enduring a year of aggressive chemotherapy, and making the conscious decision to fight for his life. We explore resilience as a daily mental practice, the transformational shift from asking “Why is this happening to me?” to “What is this here to teach me?”, and how our greatest challenges can become the foundation for purpose and growth.

We also dive into the connection between inner transformation and outer success — exploring entrepreneurship, conscious leadership, integrity, and how to remain open-hearted through adversity rather than allowing life’s challenges to make us closed or disconnected.

Looking towards the future of health, Adrian explains how AI, wearable technology, and advanced data insights could transform healthcare by combining information from smart rings, watches, laboratory testing, nutrition, and lifestyle patterns to help identify stress, recovery challenges, and early signs of burnout before they become bigger issues.

We discuss the difference between lifespan and healthspan, why modern healthcare often focuses on treating illness rather than preventing it, the growing challenges around mental health and loneliness, and the importance of using technology in a way that empowers us rather than creates more anxiety through constant measurement.

The message is simple: use modern tools to support your intuition — not replace it.

A powerful conversation about resilience, conscious leadership, longevity, and the future of human health — reminding us that true wellbeing is not just about living longer, but living better.

What if the reason you keep repeating the same emotional patterns isn't because you're broken—but because your nervous system is still protecting you from a past it believes is happening now?

In this episode, I sit down with biochemist, psychotherapist, and creator of Healing From the Body Level Up, Dr. Judith Swack, to explore why insight alone rarely creates lasting change—and how true healing begins when we work with the body, the unconscious mind, and the nervous system together.

We dive into the science behind EFT tapping and energy psychology, unpacking how stimulating specific meridian points may help calm the stress response, restore balance, and shift the body out of fight-or-flight. Dr. Swack explains the connection between nerve endings, endorphins, homeostasis, and why emotional trauma often continues to live in the body long after the event has passed.

You'll also learn practical techniques you can begin using immediately, including an effective self-hug alternating bicep tapping exercise, breathwork, meditation, and movement practices designed to regulate the nervous system and release stored stress.

The conversation then expands into a deeper exploration of healing and alignment. Dr. Swack introduces her four-level model of human experience—the conscious mind, unconscious mind, body, and soul—and explains how misalignment across these levels can contribute to anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, addiction, insomnia, and the feeling of being outwardly successful while inwardly unfulfilled.

Through compelling client stories and decades of clinical experience, she offers a grounded, science-informed perspective on trauma, PTSD, emotional healing, and what it truly means to live in alignment with your deepest purpose.

Whether you're navigating unresolved trauma, chronic stress, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, this conversation offers practical tools, fresh perspectives, and genuine hope for lasting transformation.

What does leadership look like when 108,000 people are watching your every move?

In this episode, we sit down with Jay Paterno, author of Blitzed and long-time Penn State coach, to explore what it takes to lead under intense pressure, make critical decisions in real time, and build a culture that remains strong when circumstances change.

Drawing on decades of experience at one of America's most iconic football programmes, Jay shares lessons learned from his father, legendary coach Joe Paterno, and reveals why credibility—not authority—is the true foundation of leadership. We discuss the importance of values, consistency, and character, and why the pursuit of excellence matters more than chasing external success.

The conversation also takes us behind the scenes of elite sport. Beyond the packed stadiums and game-day headlines lies a world of preparation, resilience, emotional management, and relentless attention to detail. Jay explains how great teams are built long before they step onto the field and why sustainable performance requires balancing ambition with wellbeing.

We also explore the challenges facing young athletes today. From NIL deals and social media pressure to financial responsibility, gambling, mental health, and the rise of artificial intelligence, Jay offers a thoughtful perspective on preparing the next generation for a rapidly changing world.

Whether you lead a business, coach a team, manage a family, or simply want to perform at your best under pressure, this conversation is packed with practical wisdom on leadership, culture, communication, and staying grounded when expectations are high.

He built a multimillion-dollar life… and watched it unravel.

In this powerful conversation, bestselling author, entrepreneur, and transformational teacher David Rossi shares the raw reality behind success, loss, and what it truly takes to rebuild from the inside out.

We explore the defining moments that forced everything into question — the death of a close friend, a serious back injury, a collapsing marriage, financial breakdown, and the confronting realisation that effort alone cannot override life when it begins to shift.

From there, the conversation moves into something deeper: mindset, meaning, and emotional resilience.

David explains how much of our suffering is created not by events themselves, but by the meaning we attach to them — and how “loss” and “gain” can become interpretations rather than identities we unconsciously live inside.

We also unpack the psychology of attention and perception through the brain’s reticular activating system, revealing how the stories we tell ourselves quietly shape what we continue to see, feel, and reinforce.

Later, we go deeper into authenticity, vulnerability, and modern masculinity, inspired by his book Alphas Die Early. We discuss the hidden cost of performance-driven success, the masks men wear to stay “strong,” and why true strength often looks like honesty rather than control.

Meditation also enters the conversation — not as a trend, but as a stabilising discipline for nervous system regulation, clarity, and stepping out of survival mode.

If you’ve been navigating pressure, identity shifts, or a season where life no longer feels familiar, this episode offers perspective, depth, and a grounded reminder: you are not meant to rebuild your life by force alone.

Transformation begins internally — long before it becomes visible externally.

What if the heaviness you feel isn’t a sign that you’re failing — but a sign your nervous system is exhausted and craving safety?

In a world obsessed with fixing, optimising, and constantly pushing forward, we’ve been conditioned to treat every emotional dip, every moment of uncertainty, and every loss of motivation as a problem to solve. But the pressure to “fix yourself” can quietly keep the nervous system locked in stress, making even simple decisions feel overwhelming.

In this episode, we explore a different approach: learning how to recalibrate your energy before rushing into action.

We unpack how fear, doubt, insecurity, and emotional exhaustion can distort perception and create stories that magnify uncertainty rather than resolve it. We also discuss why silence is so often mistaken for danger, how acceptance can reduce suffering without making you passive, and why allowing yourself to pause may be more powerful than forcing clarity.

This conversation moves into the deeper relationship between emotional regulation, personal growth, and inner safety — and the importance of recognising the difference between seasons of expansion and seasons of integration.

Sometimes growth does not look like acceleration.

Sometimes growth looks like rest.
Reflection.
Nervous system repair.
Letting go of control long enough to hear yourself again.

If you’ve been carrying pressure, overthinking the future, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed by life, this episode offers a calmer and more compassionate perspective — one rooted not in force, but in allowing.

Because peace is not something you earn once everything is perfect.

It’s something you begin to access the moment you stop fighting yourself.

In a world full of noise, the brands people trust most tend to feel the most real.

In this episode, I’m joined by Victoria Boyding to explore what authentic personal branding really means beyond social media tactics and surface-level marketing.

With over two decades of experience across design, technology, and health, Victoria shares why powerful branding is never just visual — it’s the integration of clarity, emotional resonance, and energy; the feeling people instantly recognise and connect with.

We explore:

  • Why some people create endlessly online but still struggle to gain traction
  • The connection between nervous system regulation, confidence, and visibility
  • How meditation, breathwork, movement, and emotional healing shape leadership and creativity
  • Why your energy often communicates more than your words

Victoria also opens up about the personal experiences that reshaped her life and creative direction, including a defining breakup that led her into deeper healing and self-awareness.

The conversation expands beyond business into parenting, wellbeing, and modern digital life — including screen time, social media, and identity — as well as her work through Growing Aware and her Entrepreneur Detox approach: stepping away from constant input to reconnect with clarity, creativity, and purpose.

If you’re building a business, evolving your identity, or creating work that reflects who you truly are, this episode offers a grounded and refreshing perspective on branding, visibility, and alignment.

Because the strongest personal brands aren’t manufactured…
They’re revealed.

Dopamine isn’t the problem… overstimulation is.

In a world where every spare moment gets filled—scrolling, notifications, constant input—your nervous system rarely has the chance to reset. The result isn’t just distraction. It’s a subtle, persistent state of mental noise where focus drops, clarity fades, and switching off starts to feel impossible.

In this episode, we unpack the real issue behind modern distraction—and why so many high-performing individuals feel scattered, fatigued, and unable to fully engage with what matters.

We reframe dopamine in a more useful way: not as something to eliminate, but as an anticipation chemical that’s being constantly triggered by novelty and stimulation. When that becomes your baseline, your attention span shortens, your system stays activated, and even things you once enjoyed begin to feel flat.

We also explore the three hidden costs of overstimulation:

  • A low-level anxiety that never quite switches off
  • A gradual loss of identity as you stop finishing what you start
  • Emotional numbness that keeps you reaching for “just one more” distraction

From there, we move into practical ways to restore balance and clarity:

  • Replacing constant stimulation with grounding habits like movement, reading, writing, and real conversation
  • Using everyday moments to retrain your attention and presence
  • A simple five-second reset that interrupts the automatic pull toward distraction

If you’ve been feeling mentally crowded, easily distracted, or unable to fully switch off—this will help you understand why, and give you a clear way forward.

Because the goal isn’t to remove dopamine…

It’s to reclaim your attention—and your state.

Success isn’t just about getting there… it’s about staying there.

Most advice around success sounds like a hype playlist—push harder, aim higher, upgrade everything. But very few conversations explore what happens after you win… when the pressure rises, expectations grow, and your nervous system starts carrying more than it was ever designed to hold.

In this episode, I unpack the hidden cost of success—and the skill that matters most if you want to sustain it: the ability to stay in the game.

Using sport as a powerful metaphor for long-term performance, we look at the mindset behind elite consistency. Roger Federer is a perfect example—becoming one of the greatest of all time while losing nearly half the points he played, simply by staying present and focusing on the next shot.

From there, we explore the real divide I see with high performers:

  • The outer game — strategy, growth, results
  • The inner game — emotional wellbeing, meaning, relationships, and calm

Without the inner game, outer success can quietly turn into burnout, health challenges, strained relationships, or a constant pressure to maintain what you’ve built.

We also go deeper into the relationship between wealth and emotional balance—why more money doesn’t always mean more freedom, and how behaviour, identity, and temperament shape long-term outcomes.

Along the way, I share real-world insights from individuals operating at a high level—those who have built significant success, yet still face challenges around trust, fulfilment, and connection.

And importantly, we cover the practices that keep you grounded while you grow:

  • Meditation
  • Movement
  • Nutrition
  • Simplifying when needed
  • Surrounding yourself with people who stabilise and elevate you

If you’re building something meaningful, leading at a high level, or stepping into more responsibility—this episode will help you do it in a way that is sustainable, grounded, and aligned.

Because success isn’t just about winning…

It’s about who you become—and how you sustain it.

One night on a golf trip ended in a coma — and Greg Weston waking up was never guaranteed.

Greg is one of my closest friends, and even now, hearing him tell this story firsthand still stops me in my tracks.

In 2011, a traumatic brain injury changed everything. What followed wasn’t just survival — it was a long, uncertain road of rebuilding a life from the ground up. From paralysis down his left side and a year in a wheelchair, to the relentless reality of rehabilitation and the cognitive effects of frontal lobe damage, Greg shares the parts most people never see.

We talk about what it really takes to keep going when life doesn’t go to plan — the setbacks, the frustration, and the quiet determination to stand back up, even after the falls.

What makes Greg’s story truly powerful is where he stands today. He now volunteers at the very rehabilitation hospital where he was once a patient, supporting others as they begin their own journey forward. A full-circle moment that speaks to purpose, resilience, and the strength of the human spirit.

We also explore the role of family — including how his son George became his reason to keep fighting — alongside the impact of spirituality, and how tools like functional electrical stimulation are helping him regain movement and independence.

And through it all, there’s still room for humour, love, and lightness — including moments shared with his partner, Heidi.

If you care about mental health, recovery, resilience, or simply understanding what it takes to rebuild when everything changes — this is a conversation worth listening to.

You’re not procrastinating… you’re out of alignment.

Procrastination has a way of turning into identity:
“I’m lazy.” “I lack discipline.” “I always do this.”

But what if that’s not true?

In this episode, I break down a completely different way to understand procrastination—not as failure, but as feedback.

Drawing on both lived experience and teachings from Abraham Hicks, I share a simple 3-part framework to help you move forward with clarity, rather than pressure:

  • Why real decisions create momentum
  • How missing information keeps you stuck
  • The difference between healthy deadlines and toxic urgency

I also share a personal story that changed how I think about delay—and how sometimes, what looks like procrastination is actually intelligence guiding you toward a better outcome.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, second-guessing yourself, or forcing action that doesn’t feel right… this episode will give you a new lens—and a practical way forward.

Because you don’t overcome procrastination by pushing harder…

You overcome it by getting into alignment first—and then acting.

What if the stories that hurt you most only survive because you never question them? In this episode, bestselling author and spiritual teacher Byron Katie shares her transformative method, The Work, a simple yet radical practice of self-inquiry that turns fear into clarity and stress into presence. From early struggles with agoraphobia to life-threatening moments, Katie shows how questioning your thoughts—through four precise questions—can dissolve anxiety, end mental “war,” and open a path to freedom and joy.

We explore:

  • How to identify stressful beliefs and test their truth
  • Recognizing the body’s reaction to unexamined thoughts
  • Turning “something terrible will happen” into grounded curiosity
  • Transforming fear into gratitude and presence
  • Real-world applications in health, relationships, and everyday life

Katie’s approach reminds us that the ego is simply a frightened organizer of images and stories—and with attention, curiosity, and clarity, it softens. By the end of this conversation, you’ll have practical tools to meet stress, heal old narratives, and return to a steadier, more peaceful self.

What if your life is simply reflecting the frequency you’re broadcasting?
In this powerful episode, I sit down with Steve Linton—former U.S. Marine, professional pilot, and world-class skydiver with over 17,000 jumps—whose journey took him from sleeping in his car to earning a six-figure month in under six months.

Steve’s core message is both simple and confronting: frequency drives results. Change your internal signal, and your patterns, relationships, and income must follow.

We explore frequency not just as a spiritual concept, but as physics plus pattern—vibration reinforced through repetition. Steve shares how a persistent “why me?” mindset kept him trapped in cycles of struggle, even after earning two degrees. The turning point came when a mentor delivered a blunt truth: your attitude is the engine. From there, everything changed.

In this conversation, Steve breaks down the exact tools he used to rebuild his life:

  • Rewriting identity before changing behaviour
  • Present-tense “contracts” with himself to reprogram the subconscious
  • Visualisation that makes success feel normal, not distant
  • Gratitude practiced with emotional charge—not surface-level positivity
  • And the unglamorous but essential truth: mindset without action changes nothing

We also dive into self-image psychology, subconscious conditioning, and why protecting your environment—and your circle—matters, especially when doubt comes from those closest to you. Steve shares grounded, repeatable practices you can apply immediately: morning and evening affirmations, sensory-rich visualisation, upgrading your environment, serving others to shift state, and executing quietly while your goals are still forming.

This episode is about discipline over drama, clarity over chaos, and the unwavering decision not to quit.
If you’re ready for a reset around money, purpose, health, or direction, this conversation offers a practical roadmap to turn belief into behaviour—and behaviour into real-world results.

What if your problems aren’t separate from you — but the very energy that built the version of you who thinks they have problems?

That bold idea is at the heart of this conversation with Brian Hubbard — journalist, philosopher, creator of Time-Light, and author of The Untrue Story of You. We follow his path from early neglect and a depressive collapse to a single insight: what you don’t fully attend to keeps weighing you down.

Time-Light teaches that trauma is stored energy that shapes brain, biochemistry, behavior, and identity. Instead of chasing symptoms like anxiety, anger, or self-sabotage, Brian shows how changing your relationship with time can shift the process creating them. We unpack:

  • The three time selves: present time, psychological past, and narrative memory
  • Why unresolved charge explodes when fused with story
  • Glimpses of no-time states such as awe, love, flow, and presence
  • Practical exercises to view charged memories with compassion and free yourself from their hold

Bridging spirituality with research in consciousness and intention, Brian offers a precise, compassionate map for anyone looping familiar patterns. If you’re ready to step out of time’s grip, reclaim presence, and live beyond old stories, this episode is for you.

Can group intention really heal, influence biology, and change reality? In this episode, we explore the science of collective consciousness and focused intention with investigative journalist and bestselling author Lynne McTaggart (The Field, The Intention Experiment, The Power of Eight).

Lynne shares compelling evidence from large-scale group intention experiments showing how human consciousness can measurably affect the physical world — from biological changes in plants to improved health outcomes and reductions in community violence. Designed with independent scientists, these studies challenge conventional ideas about mind, matter, and healing.

We trace Lynne’s journey from sceptical reporter to pioneer of intention research, and break down what actually works: why specific intentions outperform vague wishing, why short 10-minute intention windows are most effective, and how collective focus supports nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and healing.

Lynne also introduces The Power of Eight®, a simple weekly practice where small groups focus intention for one person at a time — often producing remarkable physical, emotional, and psychological shifts.

The takeaway is practical and empowering: consciousness connects us, and when aligned with clarity and compassion, intention can heal and transform — personally and collectively.

A wedding week. A sudden collapse. An operating room that opened into something luminous.

In this deeply moving conversation, Mike McKinsey shares the near-death experience that transformed the ruptured appendix into a profound awakening of meaning, faith, and purpose. He recalls the moment he says Jesus took his hand, the breathtaking landscape of living light and domed cities, and the jolt back to a hospital bed.

It’s a story told with honesty and detail — one that gently reminds us there’s more to life than the body.

We explore what came after the vision just as much as the vision itself: pneumonia, ICU nights, and a second encounter that arrived as a quiet but unmistakable voice — tell our story, expect valleys, keep walking. Over two decades, Mike has learned to live by that guidance, listening for small promptings, testing them through action, and meeting scepticism with empathy. His message now reaches millions through podcasts, books, and the near-death experience community.

💡 In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • What near-death experiences reveal about consciousness and divine connection
  • How to ask for guidance without forcing outcomes
  • The difference between blind faith and tested faith
  • Why beauty, gratitude, and silence can anchor a restless mind
  • How to live with greater peace, purpose, and trust in life’s unfolding

Whether you call it God, Jesus, or the Universe, the invitation is the same:
Pay attention, act on the light you have, and let hope guide your next step.

In this powerful episode, trauma-informed coach and healer Soulla Demetriou shares the extraordinary journey that unfolded after a freak kite-surfing accident left her with life-threatening injuries. Confined to a hospital bed for a month—unable to eat, drink, or know what her surgical future might hold—Soulla was forced to embody the very teachings she had been offering to others for over a decade.

As a somatic therapeutic coach, yoga teacher, and founder of Soul Shine Retreat, Soulla takes us inside her deeply personal process of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. She reveals how her Soul Shine Way begins with one simple yet profound practice: creating the pause between what happens to us and how we choose to respond.

This conversation is rich with practical tools for navigating life’s hardest moments—from accessible breathing techniques and nervous system regulation practices to the quiet power of humming, music, prayer, and micro-movements that support healing, even when the body is immobilized.

Perhaps most moving is Soulla’s wisdom on surrender and trust. Having experienced three near-death experiences, she speaks with rare authority about letting go of control, meeting uncertainty with grace, and discovering that “pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.

We also explore her upcoming book, You Have Always Been Enough—a message born during her hospital stay that reminds us of an unshakable truth: beneath our struggles, our wholeness has never been broken.

This episode is a gift of grounded wisdom and practical resilience. Whether you’re navigating a storm or simply preparing for life’s inevitable waves, Soulla’s story and tools will help you build inner calm, deepen self-compassion, and discover the quiet power of trusting your own healing.

What happens when your entire identity is built around being the 'nice guy' who never rocks the boat? Harrison Saunders, host of the Growth Voyage podcast, knows this territory all too well. In this raw, illuminating conversation, Harrison reveals how a devastating wake-up call at age 19 began his journey away from people-pleasing and toward authentic living.

Behind the nice guy mask often lies deep-seated shame, frustration, and a profound disconnection from one's true self. Harrison unpacks how childhood experiences—particularly his parents' divorce when he was six—shaped his people-pleasing tendencies and desperate need for external validation. "I wasn't voicing my annoyances," he explains. "I would shove it down, build resentment, and what happens with resentment is that it never leaves your body."

The turning point came when Harrison recognized himself as the common denominator in his recurring relationship patterns. This crucial realization shifted him from victim mentality to creator consciousness—a transformation that changed everything. Through disciplines like Thai boxing, pro wrestling, and consistent self-development, Harrison gradually built genuine self-confidence rather than the facade he'd previously maintained.

Most powerfully, Harrison shares practical strategies for breaking free from nice guy syndrome: testing boundaries in low-stakes situations, surrounding yourself with people who "call you forward," and reconnecting with your authentic self beneath the layers of conditioning. The reward? Genuine relationships, clear purpose, and the freedom of being loved for who you truly are.

Whether you're struggling with people-pleasing tendencies or simply want to live more authentically, this conversation offers both inspiration and actionable wisdom. As Harrison puts it: "When you become proud of the person you've become, you stop looking for external approval."

What if your emotional triggers were your greatest teachers?

Instead of avoiding them, imagine seeing triggers as messengers from your past—pointing directly to what’s ready for healing.

We’ve all had that moment: a small comment that stings, a situation that rattles us, or someone who knows exactly how to push our buttons. These reactions aren’t really about the present—they’re echoes of old wounds, times when we didn’t feel safe, seen, or heard. When those needs go unmet, similar situations today can spark our fight-or-flight response, pulling us out of presence and into reactivity.

But here’s the opportunity: every trigger holds a doorway to transformation. By meeting them with awareness, curiosity, and practical tools, we can shift from reaction to growth. You’ll learn how to notice the signs—racing heart, shallow breath—pause to ask “What’s this really about?” and use grounding, conscious breathing, or Dr. David Hawkins’ “letting go” technique to reset your system.

In this episode, I’ll show you how to turn emotional messengers into guides toward a calmer, more magnetic way of living. Because calm isn’t just a mood—it’s a superpower.

The secret to transforming your life isn't found in massive overnight changes but in the subtle power of daily 1% improvements. Drawing from over two decades of personal experience, including a 21-year meditation practice spanning more than 21,000 sessions, I share how small, consistent actions create profound results through the miracle of compounding.

We often chase dramatic breakthrough moments while overlooking the simple truth that Bruce Lee captured perfectly: "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times." The 1% Rule embraces this wisdom, showing how tiny adjustments in your daily routine—drinking water before coffee, expressing gratitude before scrolling, or taking short walks after meals to boost digestion—create a foundation for remarkable wellbeing.

This episode explores practical applications of the 1% Rule across multiple dimensions of life: physical health, emotional resilience, financial growth, and spiritual development. I share how simple mental shifts like asking "What if it turns out great?" transformed an elderly friend's outlook before medical treatment, and how brief daily nature exposure synchronizes your brain to beneficial alpha rhythms. Whether you're looking to increase energy, improve relationships, or build financial security, the compound effect of consistent small improvements creates the sustainable transformation we all seek. What tiny action will you commit to for the next seven days? Your 1% improvement awaits.

What does it mean to be a gentleman in today's world? James Lawley, known to his followers as Gen Z, is answering this question for a new generation of men seeking purpose, confidence, and direction.

At just 27, James has turned his passion for classic style and values into a movement, reaching nearly 30 million views on YouTube and building a community of over 350,000 followers. But his journey didn't begin with silver spoons or boarding school etiquette lessons. Raised in a working-class family that valued hard work over refinement, James's transformation into a modern gentleman was actually an act of rebellion against the humdrum of everyday life.

What makes James's perspective so refreshing is his honesty about his own evolution. Before he became the polished figure we see today, he spent his teenage years as a gothic heavy metal musician with long black hair and eyeliner – an image so striking it once scared a woman on the London Underground! This dramatic transformation underscores his core philosophy: confidence comes from fully committing to how you want to present yourself to the world.

Through his accountability program, James helps men develop discipline, confidence, and purpose. He reveals that many men struggle with the same issues: social confidence, establishing healthy habits, and creating a clear vision for their lives. His approach combines practical tools like daily journaling and accountability partnerships with deeper work on self-respect and believing you deserve the life you envision.

The conversation explores how external presentation affects internal confidence, why having a clear vision makes saying "no" easier, and how small, consistent actions create momentum toward becoming your best self. James shares his own non-negotiables – no video games, no social media doom-scrolling – alongside practical wisdom about replacing nightlife with daytime activities and choosing discipline over temporary pleasures.

Ready to rediscover classic values and develop greater self-respect? Listen now and learn how small changes in presentation and habits can transform your confidence, relationships, and life direction. As James reminds us, "The life that I want requires unusual actions" – what actions might you need to take?

Feeling stuck in a rut? That plateau where nothing seems to be changing can be frustrating, but the solution isn't waiting for external circumstances to shift—it's about transforming your own energy first.

This episode reveals five powerful yet simple ways to break free from stagnation and reignite your spark. These aren't expensive lifestyle overhauls or complex systems, but practical approaches you can implement immediately, wherever you are. We explore how novelty stimulates your brain to create new neural networks, breaking patterns of sameness that contribute to feeling flat. Whether it's exploring a new environment, embracing curiosity, trying something different, playing without goals, or performing acts of service—each approach creates biological shifts that elevate your mood and magnetize new opportunities.

The science behind these methods is fascinating. When we experience novelty or witness kindness, our brains literally change—creating what researchers have documented as a "biological natural high." This isn't just positive thinking; it's neurologically-backed transformation that anyone can access. The ripple effects extend beyond our personal experience, potentially inspiring others and creating legacy impacts we may never directly witness.

What makes these approaches particularly valuable is their accessibility. You don't need to break the bank or dramatically overhaul your life to experience significant shifts. Small, intentional changes—taking a different route home, cooking an unfamiliar recipe, or leaving an anonymous kind note—can create profound energy shifts that transform how you experience life. Try one approach today and notice how quickly your perspective and possibilities begin to expand.

When Lorin Krenn heard “I love you” from his father for the first time — just moments before he passed — it cracked open a lifelong quest. That loss became Lorin’s greatest teacher, inspiring him to break the cycle of emotional disconnection and redefine what true masculinity means.

In this powerful episode, Lorin explores how many men unknowingly live out of alignment with their integrity — and how reclaiming that alignment unlocks freedom, presence, and personal power. He shares insights on the three core masculine archetypes, the shadow of hyper-independence in the feminine, and how sacred union becomes the ultimate spiritual practice.

This is a heart-opening conversation about love, truth, polarity, and the kind of relationships that evolve your soul.

You’ll hear about:

  • The hidden cost of living out of integrity
  • Masculine archetypes: the pleaser, the dominator & the awakened man

What if the secret to peace wasn't in doing more, fixing more, or controlling more—but in letting go?

In this soulful episode, we explore the liberating power of surrender and the radical shift that happens when we release the need to manage every outcome and emotion.

Drawing on the empowering ideas of Abraham Hicks and Mel Robbins, I unpack why trying to control others or "get it right" is often a mask for deeper fears—and how letting things (and people) be exactly as they are could be the most powerful step toward freedom.

You'll hear a personal story from the London Underground that changed the way I see judgment forever, and we’ll explore how becoming a thermostat (not a thermometer) in life allows you to create emotional alignment regardless of circumstance.

✨ Expect soulful insights, a practical technique to transform your relationships, and one simple question that can turn tension into trust.

This week’s invitation: Practice letting life be—messy, magical, and completely out of your hands—and notice what unfolds when you do.

"You can pay it forward and be a decent human being without being evangelical:"
-John Pearson

Join me as I journey into the depths of life's beautiful intricacies with John Pearson, the world's first male supermodel. Our exploration begins with John's captivating journey from being a teenager working in a market stall in Yorkshire, England to the international runaway, and appearing in magazines during a transformative cultural shift in the fashion industry.

In this episode I talk with conscious grief coach, breath work and yoga instructor Tara Nash.

"Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom.". - Rumi

Tara is a peaceful, beautiful and compassionate human being working to help others heal through their grief so that they can become more illumined, conscious and peaceful as they peel back the layers to this emotion.

Tara's life story is inspiring and she knows what it is like first hand to feel grief as she lost her father at the tender age of 9 and her mother 11 years later (at the age of 21) to breast cancer.

Despite all the heartaches and pain of personal tragedy and loss, Tara has still managed to transform herself into someone who is so caring and compassionate. She has taken the experience of grief and transmuted it by turning her pain as a force force for good to help others heal. This is what makes her story so captivating.

If you want to feel hope and start your healing journey whatever you may be experiencing, then this episode is a inspiring must listen.

In this episode I share my insights from working in the beauty industry and how to reveal your REAL beauty.

““To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.”

— Thich Nhat Hanh

If you are wondering why this show is called 'the super soul model' - it's because it's a play on words from the journey that started it all off for me which was working as a male model over 20 years ago. My journey was one of self and soul discovery in the most unlikeliest of places and careers.

Little did I know that I'd get to work in some of the most incredible locations around the world, jet-setting internationally and rubbing shoulders and working on sets with some incredible people - getting to do some fun and super stylish shoots.

Whilst relishing the opportunities before me, I learned a thing or two about myself, about life, about the heart, the mind, the body and the soul. I really wanted to understand and embody what the true meaning of heath, wellbeing and beauty was so that I might be able to create a space for a little bit of heaven on earth around me (not always easy but a way of life).

In this episode l share:

  • What difference between the external and internal
  • The attributes of real beauty
  • What you can do to reveal your inner beauty.

In this episode I share how to trust in Divine timing and operate with it.
A wise man who you may have heard of said once said -

“Time is an illusion.”

— Albert Einstein

Did you know the ancient Greeks back in biblical times used to measure time in 2 ways 'Chronos and Kairos'.

You may have heard of the word 'chronological' before used as as a term to measure the length of time or an age, but have you heard of the term 'kairos'?
This was used by the ancient Greeks to say 'in nature's time or divine time'.

I love this concept because it gives clarity and light to reasons why somethings in life happen easily and quickly and somethings don't.

In this episode I will share:

  • How to let go of being being disgruntled that certain things haven't happened in the time frame you wanted (like being married to a dream partner, starting a family or making your first million)
  • Why certain things don't happen
  • Why that is a good thing

Find out and learn if there is a need for 'kairos' in your life to create more happiness, wellbeing and success.

Warren's ethos is simple - when you shift your mindset or disrupt your thinking patterns and see new ways to do things you shake up what's possible and a natural confidence within you beings to exude.

In this episode I share the 4 disciplines to increase your life-force.

“To perceive beyond where you are now you need to increase your life force"-Stuart WildeEnergy is what the universe is made up of.  Human beings are all electrical offering different frequencies all the time. The key to have the life you want,  is to increase your vibrational frequency and life force so that it matches your desires.

The faster the speed of energy you hold in your body with the application of the 4 disciplines - the better,  though your body does need to adjust itself to higher frequencies before it acclimates and stabilises.

Much like the new  fibre optic broadband cables, the information that travels through them (like life- force) is energy that travels faster to your router than say the old 'dial up' broadband .

The same analogy applies with your ability to know and perceive beyond what you can do now. With faster energy you get the upgraded package to life and it's all in your own hands.

Learning and applying the 4 disciplines will help you reach higher states of the allowance of life force. It requires effort and self control though is totally worth the dedication when you swim and bathe in your own natural high energy.

In this episode I share my 10 ways to bring positive energy into your home

“If it makes you happy then its good feng shui "-unknownI used to think this world was all there was until asked out loud to God " is there anything else going on here? because if there is...I want to know", and then by chance, a barrage of books came into my experience. One of them was a beautiful book on 'Feng Shui' by Lillian Too - How to apply Chinese wisdom for health wealth and happiness. . This felt like an initiation into understanding the power of positive energy. (I guess when the student is ready the master appears rings bells with this segment of my life).

I hadn't heard of Feng Shui, but what really appealed to me was that the pictures contained were so beautiful. As I began to apply what I was learning, strange benevolent coincidences began to happen to me and I thought this is what the author of the book was talking about. Since then I've never looked back and understand that everything is connected.

If you're open minded and want to encourage more positive energy into you home then this is the episode that will help you attract more good luck, harmony and wellbeing.

In this episode I share how to build a habit in one minute with something I call the one minute transformation principle.

“It only takes a minute girl...to fall in love "-Take That How can you create change? All change begins when you replace a bad habit with a good one and I would like to emphasise the word 'replace' here. It all sounds simple doesn't it? But you can't really quit anything without starting something else.

In my former life, I had plenty of bad habits (too many to mention here) Most people would frown I'm sure, however, I like to think that I signed up for this incarnation with a class in 'do it all wrong kiddo so you can learn how to do it right'.

In my 20's I was spiralling out of control and one more close call and I'd not be here telling you my story. I felt emotionally more 'off' than 'on'. And decided that in order to get out of the loop of lunacy I was in I needed to be radical and rebellious, which led me to start the habit of a daily meditation practice. This all sounded so foreign to me at the time, but I heard from trusted sources that it would be great for my health and wellbeing. So I was sold on this new idea. Anything to break mould I was in.

This was a true game changer for me. And from there on in, I noticed a little gem, in that any good habit I implemented in the morning which only took me 'one minute' - was a keeper. I figured a small good deed done every morning would be easy to maintain and the rest they say is history. Roll on 2 decades later and I'm still doing a stretch and a host of other wellbeing habits in the morning and have made some new additions too.

In this episode I share some ideas that can transform your health, happiness, relationships and abundant mindset - and the catch is- they only take a minute to perform daily!

To be bold is to start - to be heroic is to develop self discipline and self control.

“Rivers know this: there is no hurry. We shall get there some day.”

What I have noticed when you commit to the spiritual path, it's that life is set up for you to learn and grow. There will be good times and tough times, and in the tough times every challenge you face contains a lesson designed by infinite intelligence especially for you.

In this episode I share how you can help influence others to heal.

"Love is the ingredient that heals". - James Granstrom

Back in 2004 I went on a spiritual retreat to Hawaii to heal myself from my own traumas. On the last day, after a week of staying on the most beautiful sacred land with open minded and open hearted people and learning about the power of the mind and the heart - I had a mystical or divine experience that happened naturally which changed my view of life and what we are as human beings forever.

The experience was a 15 minute glimpse into what the spiritual teachers, sages and mystics of the past have talked about in ancient texts - that we are divine at are core and that you are so much more than you think.

In this episode, I share with you through personal stories and lessons how your positive influence and energy can influence others to heal.

In this episode I talk with author and transformational coach Gillian McMichael

"Have a determination to do the work you are meant to do". - Gillian McMichael

In 2009, Gillian experienced a difficult set back - a divorce, a £97,000 debt to pay off, her business going into liquidation and her 6 year old son to care for.

She used this opportunity to pivot as surmounting health issues acted as a warning light that making personal change was critical if she wanted to survive and look after her son.

She explains in this episode what she did, the healing she underwent to face herself, let it all go, and rewrite a new story.

Gillian shares a message of hope, where having a sense of integrity, belief in yourself and having a dogged determination will help you forge a new destiny.
Whatever is happening in your life, there is always a way if you are willing to face yourself and are prepared to do the healing work.

In this episode I share with you what NOT to do for if you want greater health and wellbeing.

" Nothing will change until you do".

— Jack Canfield

If you know my story, I am quite candid about saying that I am a reformed character and have changed my focus when it comes to health, wellness and mindset. I am now proud to say I live a very healthy, happy and robust life. However, it used not to be that way.

In years gone by, self care was not a high priority for me and with that came the consequences that caused me to look at myself differently, my life and the choices I was making. This led to a spiritual awakening which has brought much more happiness and wellbeing.

What I love about life and what I share, is that life is always working out for you even if it seems as though it isn't. Sometimes you have to take the long and colourful scenic route full of twists and turns before you arrive at your destination.

When you're going off your path with your health and wellbeing, it's good to know that like the hard shoulder on the motor way (or freeway) you can make little adjustments and tweaks and that is what this episode is all about.

If you know where the line is or you've crossed it (which I did a few times -oops)
there is always a way you can return to back to your centre again.
It's all about awareness.

In this episode I talk with manifestation coach Matt Cooke

"Use your past as your wisdom to manifest your best life.” - Matt Cooke

In February 2019, Matt Cooke connected with his mother for the first time, following her passing in July 2017. This was completely unexpected and triggered the start of the most extraordinary spiritual awakening and realisation: that he shares in his work that there's more to life than we know.

In this episode, I speak to former estate agent and sceptic Matt candidly about his experience connecting with his mum in the afterlife and how it has shaped him and spurred him on to take a leap of faith and teach others the mechanics of manifestation. He has created an amazing life for himself and his wife and has dedicated himself and his work to helping others create their best life too by using the principles of manifestation he teaches.

He shares the art to finding your purpose, how manifest abundance and his experience with his mum in the afterlife. This is an eye opening conversation.

In this episode I share with you how to handle life when things don't go right

“The beautiful thing about setbacks is they introduce us to our strengths.”

— Robin S. Sharma

Life is magical and beautiful but we don't all see it that way - at least not all the time. Sometimes there are setbacks, people, events and challenges that really push our buttons. What happens to us when they appear? Usually, we go into a frantic state or enter into our usual coping mechanisms which may even get an "Oscar for best dramatic performance" amongst our family and friends.

What brings us back to our centre again is grounding ourselves into a knowing and a remembering that things can change for us when we change our perspective.
Sometimes feeling good again can seem so far away because you're all caught up in the problem, but there is always a way to feel sense of peace and calm. I share in this episode some helpful reminders and techniques to help you along your journey,

In this episode I share with you how to heal your inner child.

" In every real man, a child is hidden that wants to play."- Friedrich Nietzsche

Your inner child is the part of you that has learned the thoughts, beliefs and assumptions about the way the world works from your parents and environment some of which are positive and some negative, these you carry around with you as an adult.

Your childhood has shaped you into who you are, why you behave as you do and why you believe certain things about yourself, and the relationships you have with people, money and the world at large. All the dramas playing out in your life right now are the result of what you have been exposed to growing up. Anything that is a negative reoccurring theme, requires healing.

The way to move beyond tough life experiences is not to bury them, but to shine a light on the wounds and begin to heal your inner child..

In this episode you will discover :

  • What the inner child is
  • How to speak to your inner child
  • Some ideas to help you heal reoccurring patterns (that have worked for me personally)

In this episode I share with you how to discover what your love language is.

" The object of love is not getting something you want but doing something for the well-being of someone you love ".

— Dr. Gary Chapman

Your love languages according to Dr. Gary Chapmanare the languages you speak that help you build greater bonds with the people in your life. However, not everyone feels loved, heard and understood by their partners, family or friends. Why is that?

According to Gary, not everyone is aware of their love language or is able to help make their close ones feel special, because in reality, they are speaking a different love language than their own.

When you truly want to deepen your bonds in relationships because they are not working, then as Gary suggests, it's then time to take a new perspective and use the love languages to become more aware .

In this episode :

  • You will discover your own love language
  • You will be able to identify what your partners love languages may be
  • Some ideas to help you if you're single how to use this process

In this episode I share tips for highly sensitive people.

"Sensitive people suffer more, but they love more and dream more".- Augusto CuryBeing a highly sensitive person in the world can often have negative connotations associated with it. However it's nothing more than being able to feel how others feel in the moment. Whether it's a person, place or environment, a highly sensitive person or empath can detect and absorb the vibes of others.

A sensitive person will immediately pick up the emotional signals and tones that others are sending out. Whether it's love or fear, they all too often become overwhelmed by the heavy emotions of others that they are picking up. This can be draining and confusing to anyone if they're not in their able to find their centre because that's where everyone's personal power lies.

I became aware of this ability early on in life and it took me many years to find my centre and to stop taking on other people's heavy feelings and trying to fix them.

In this episode I share my tips:

  • How you can create an auspicious environment wherever you're at
  • Immediate solutions so you can thrive
  • New habits to centre yourself to remain naturally high

In this episode I share why there are no shortcuts to what you value the most.

"There are no short cuts to any place worth going".- Helen KellerSuccess is not all about the financial, it's also about your state of happiness - if not more so. To be wealthy and successful is to have robust health, be happy, have fun and loving relationships, overflowing abundance, spiritual connection and have meaningful purpose.

Whilst shortcuts can seem pleasing with the idea that it may save time and money, the lessons you learn by going the distance are priceless because failures will teach invaluable lessons that a shortcut won't.

Nobody has a crystal ball to tell you what the future holds for you, but the next best thing is your vision combined with action. Your success comes from you learning from your failures which helps you to sharpen your focus and make better decisions.

In the end the only thing that matters when taking a journey towards your goals and dreams is who you become along the way.

Enjoy the episode!

In this episode I talk to with Tik Tok sensation Ryan Starkey

"Make 'em smile and change a life”"- Ryan StarkeyRyan's story is one most people can relate to - the low after experiencing a break up.

Just over a year ago, Ryan began to turn his fortunes around when he started making daily uplifting videos on Tik Tok. His intent was to help people feel better by saying things he wanted to hear when he was going through a tough time, and little did he know that a few videos would been seen by millions and it would catapult him into discovering his life's purpose - which is to help people feel better.

His messages are short and sweet and they pack a punch optimism and heart and it's only been a year since he started. Just think what's possible for you in a year?

This conversation will remind you of the power of positivity in life. And that your fortunes can also turn when you use words to heal not only yourself but others too. Ryan candidly shares how people have written to him to say thank you and that some of his messages have brought them back from the brink.

His approach will make you think - that you can turn anything around when you start being yourself, keep things simple and make 'em smile.

Enjoy!

In this episode I share 3 Techniques to help you enter the zone for peak performance.

“You must be one with your emotion, because your body always follows the mind".

-Bruce LeePeak performance of mind or entering 'the zone' isn't something that just happens randomly, it occurs when the mind is non resistant to the present moment. Athletes revel about this state and when you experience it, it's positively intoxicating - it's a natural high.

The techniques I share in this episode I have used to great affect and they have helped me both on the court and in life. They will help you understand more about what you are capable of, when you practice getting into this headspace.

Sport is a great metaphor for life. And some of the finest moments are when you get to witness professional athletes making a comeback. This is because it's what we all have to go through in life - it's the human condition to have to face challenge and adversity.

The most satisfying way to succeed is when you demonstrate to yourself that you can come back from any challenge and thrive.

You are capable of so much and practicing these techniques will help you reach deeper levels of mind, clarity and success.

In this episode I share ways to help you develop greater self belief that are both mental and physical.

"When you are required to exhibit strength it comes".

-Joseph CampbellSelf belief isn't something that you're born with, it's something you develop. It takes time to grow and yet it is much like a diamond - it requires so much pressure before the beauty is finally revealed.

On life's slippery slopes, your challenges are a call to reveal to you an inner strength and confidence that you might not have been seen unless a situation presented itself for you to act . To trust yourself to make the right choices in tough moments, will ultimately lead you to personal satisfaction, greater self belief and a life of wellbeing.

In this episode I share some of my unusual methods for developing self belief when I was lacking in confidence which are both physical and mental.

In the end the only thing that matters is that you learn to trust yourself, push your own boundaries and live a life you are deeply proud of that betters the whole.

In this episode I share the benefits of kindness and how it improves your health and happiness.

"When we practice loving kindness and compassion we are the first ones to profit".

-RumiKindness has the power to dissolve all fear and set us straight when life seems to be upside down. Have you counted the times you've been blessed by friends and family who have extended kindness and generosity to you?
Or perhaps a mysterious stranger who appeared to extend kindness and generosity to you when you thought in that moment you were done for? I've lost count and for me it's been quite a humbling and heart opening experience.

When I stop and reflect I know Einstein was right - ' this is a friendly universe', and that the universe does have your back which is demonstrated by the kindness of others.

In this episode I share the both the scientific and spiritual benefits of kindness for both the giver and receiver and offer some creative playful ways for you to extend some kind deeds out into the world..

Let's start a pandemic of kindness - what the world needs is a little more love and heart.

"To listen is one of the greatest gifts we can give another”"- Jane Adshead- GrantJane specialises in teaching you how to really listen. In this episode I help share with you 7 ways how to move forwards in uncertain times.
“In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity.”

Albert Einstein

Every crisis contains the seeds of opportunity but it takes a real visionary to be able to go beyond the veneer of fear and uncertainty when it's all around. Reality is always changing and bending according to quantum physics and experiments have shown that when particles are observed they begin to behave differently and the same lies true in the world but it takes something much bigger - a consciousness and awareness shift. If enough of us begin to see things differently reality can change for the better. But it takes a change in perspective which then starts a chain reaction. Reality, is just a reflection of your inner state of consciousness.

The visionaries of the word are the ones whom seem to thrive in all times because they're not looking at what is and reacting with fear uncertainty and doubt, they are looking beyond reality to help create a better world for humanity where everyone wins. They are willing to be outcasts as Malcolm Gladwell writes. Einstein was one of those and I'm willing to join that list - even though I'm no Einstein!

In this episode I share with you my 7 ways to move forwards in uncertain times so that you can discover more harmony, inner peace and a greater state of well-being.

In this episode I help you to discern between tough love and soft love and when to use them.

“Be tough minded but tenderhearted ".

―H. Jackson Brown Jr.Tough love and soft love are part of the same coin. They co- exist as pair like yin and yang and up and down. They are required for a solid foundation for your wellbeing and one without the other would cause you great imbalance.

It's always nice to be appreciated through soft love and kind words and this helps your spirit to grow especially in tough times, however, if you get too comfortable and start settling for less you may find yourself being stagnant halting any chance of real growth .

In nature and life most breakthroughs come after harsh storms and periods in your life. Think of the spring and the flowers that bloom after a long cold dark winter. Adversity or tough love is your friend in disguise and it's rears it's head to help you grow back stronger.

In this episode I share with you when to use both tough love and soft love as a way to help those you care for. And when you're receiving a tough lesson, remember it's just part of life meant for your eventual success and breakthrough.

In this episode I share my ways how to bring out the best in yourself and others.

“Your happiness is your greatest gift to others ".

―Abraham Hicks Bringing out your best isn't something you can do all the time, because of life's ebbs and flows. However, you can set the wheels in motion by having some spiritual practices in place which causes you to have a renewed perspective when you're in need of an upgrade.

Life is best lived by having an outlook of progress and not perfection. When you're progressing in your inner life meaning your state of calm, happiness and joy, your outer life meaning your work family and relationships and money will begin to change too.

We humans have everything back to front - (as I'm often reminded)
"Everything is inside out'.

Life is often referred to spiritually as like a classroom, and the better choices you make the more enjoyable it becomes.
In this episode I share some ideas to help you bring out your best when you feel far from it - so you shift and then begin to pay it forward too.

In this episode I share that changing your questions from 'how' to why can shift your well-being and state of mind .

“When you ask why you want it and not how, you begin to move energy".

James GranstromDoes 'asking why' remind you of being a kid again? The children have had it right all this time because they're fully aware they're emotional beings dancing and expressing their emotions openly, until they find their happy place again usually after an outburst and perhaps some tears.

As a adult you might do less screaming now because you're a well trained citizen, (lol) but internally when you feel 'off your centre' and things don't go your way, you tend to ask 'how' rather than 'why'. The' how' is logical and the 'why' is emotional.

Mental health comes from an emotional well-being foundation. And when you ask 'how' most answers aren't going to be helpful because you will be perpetuating the problem. But instead by asking 'why' you can positively change your emotional state.
This is a game changer, because changing your emotional state changes your experience - and you'll feel better.
In this episode I share this method and give some examples to help you tap into your inner power.

In this episode I share my ways how reboot your well-being after getting stressed out and fizzled.

“When you do less, you do the things you consciously choose to do better ".

Kate NorthupDoes 'doing less' seem crazy to you? Whatever your status is in life, sometimes you need to take a break for what you're doing so you can replenish yourself and gather your energy for the next steps that await you - your life will be far more productive going forwards when you really begin to listen and slow down.

What happens to you when you choose not to listen (hands up I'm human and make mistakes too) - is what happened to me recently. The noise of resistance got louder and so did the stress. I had a refresher course on this spiritual truth when I forgot to take heed on some of the things I share (oops) and ' Life' intervened by creating a series of forceful events especially designed for me to slow down. Talk about being humbled by the perfect orderliness of the universe!

In this episode I share my ways to help you heal soothe and replenish yourself practically so that you can come back stronger. Sometimes you've got to do less to become a better version of yourself.

In this episode I share my insights after 2 decades of meditation and introspection of what this thing called life or the universe wants from you.

“The less you open you heart to others the more your heart suffers".

Deepak ChopraLife is not linear and there are so many lessons along the way to learn. In this episode I share a couple of questions that can change the course of your life today from a simple shift in perspective. I wish I had applied these earlier in my life when I was all caught up in my head, but it took years to actually understand this, until it's become a daily practice. I have found these questions to be especially helpful when things tend to get out of balance.

What you will discover within are 2 powerful simple questions. Then I share the benefits they bring and then prepare for an experience because if you're serious it will come.

Life is set up in your favour it's a 'giving matrix' a soup of infinite possibilities. But what life wants from you is a solo quest. And, only you can know what it is, when you ask the right questions. I have discovered that life may not always take you where you want to go but where you will serve it best and make the highest impact. And despite the non linear route it will always lead you to higher safer calmer ground when you flow with the stream. rather than fight it.

In this episode I share some ideas for how you can make peace with change.

“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.

Eckhart Tolle
Life is always moving and life is always changing and sometimes on the surface things might make no sense to you whatsoever. Yet underneath, the new seeds of change are germinating and are preparing you for all the new to come into your life.

Do you ever feel like you are clinging to the known, familiar and the old? Maybe it's a relationship that has run its course that you are frightened of leaving? Maybe it's your work where you might be feeling dissatisfied and you are anxious to change because of how you might support yourself and make an income ? Maybe there's been a death and you don't know how to find the inner strength to move on? Maybe it's a health concern which is causing you act and think differently about they way you live?

All these questions are natural and bring with it life's catalyst for change. In order to make light of it all when life gets tough - I share with you my 5 ways to make peace with the change no matter what's going on.

In this episode I share my 12 practical ways to clear away old thoughts and make way for the new.

“Nurture your thinking, for it sows the seeds of your destiny. ”
― James Granström
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by what you have to do and that there is not enough time, money or energy to do it in? I sure have and it's a reality where I have to do everything myself and not harness the power of the universe. It's not a reality I choose - however I slip from time to time.

In this operating system, of reality, I have to remind myself that life does have my back and there are unseen forces at play (namely the universe) that can help me when I'm up against it.

In this episode I share with you ways to practically shift the energy and clear the rubble from your mind and heart to make way for the new things. Because, if you don't declutter your mind - the clutter and noise will run the show!

Tune into this episode to find out my 12 ways practical ways.

In this episode I talk about how to trust the process of life.

“When things are not coming together with the way you want them to don’t lose hope. Trust the process, your time will come.” ― Germany Kent

I used to struggle with trusting the process of life. It used to own me and cause me much resistance until I began little by little to release the attachment to having certain outcomes in the timeframes I wanted them in.

Life is a dance and you learn best through the challenges and contrast it presents. The challenges you face are disguised as opportunities to help you grow spiritually, so that you can become a better person and gain inner strength. As you gain wisdom and insight through each experience you now can help others by the new level of inner peace and consciousness.

Life is like nature. You can't rush a fruit tree to bear a bountiful harvest of fruits, if you've just planted the seeds. Nor can you harvest new ideas you've just planted in your mind. It takes time, which takes faith. The act of faith is just like giving the seeds enough sunlight, the right soil and enough water for it to grow- then you prepare the way for it to thrive.

Somethings in life just take a little time. So you have to be patient and trust the process.

In this episode learn the qualities needed to trust the process of life and then the ways in which will help you along your journey.

In this episode I talk to you about the power of real connection in your relationships and how to do it.

“Great communication begins with connection.”— Oprah Winfrey

Loads of people suffer in life and in relationships because they maybe communicating but not connecting. And, I know I've done my fair share of suffering but as Abraham hicks stated wisely that "a happy life, is just a string of happy moments".

Life is complex with a lot of moving parts. But a richly rewarding life is one with wonderful relationships wherever you go. And the best way to do that is by creating meaningful relationships built on deeper connections.

Part of being human is that we all have needs such as to be heard, acknowledged appreciated, loved and felt at our core. And in order for that, we have to share ourselves with the world.

Learn how to connect more deeply with others in this episode.

In this episode I talk to you about 'The power saying of no'.

“When you say yes to something you don’t want to do, here is the result: you hate what you are doing, you resent the person who asked you, and you hurt yourself.”
― James Altucher

Well-being comes from making a series of good choices because behind them is an understanding which that leads to good results for your mind and body.

What the world is catching up on, is that underneath all disease and problems is resistance. This is called vibrational resistance. In short, you are always offering a vibration whether is is positive or negative and you are always receiving the essence of what you are flowing or giving outwards such as your thoughts or emotions.

When you say 'Yes' to things that don't help you and that you don't want to do, it lowers your immune system, making you feel worse - then you suffer. This is called a lower vibrational frequency. And, when you come to know this truth consciously, and you do something about it such as say "No' to things that are toxic for you - you begin to feel empowered. This is called a higher vibrational frequency. Life is a series of choices and the better you choices often the better it gets.

When your life has got the better of you on those tougher days, and you're low on energy that's when you need to look at your choices and what you are agreeing to do. With this comes a time for self reflection, self care and self respect. It is priceless in helping you turn a corner emotionally and physically.

If you are still running around with patterns of doing things which are unfulfilling, then this episode will really help you gain a foothold on your personal power in making change.

In this episode I talk to you about 'the law of reflection' how to understand it and how it can help you.

“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.”— Ernest Holmes

Mirrors whether for the the bedroom, bathroom or for your car all serve a purpose - to reflect back the light of the object being observed for reference.

In quantum physics there's this effect that scientists discovered called the 'observer effect'. It states that particles and atoms when observed, began to behave differently because they were being observed. This astonished scientists because the very act of giving an object attention was causing them to move and behave differently.

When I first heard about this principle my mind was blown. Everything I thought about life was on the precipice of change. The idea that there is this underlying intelligence operating at the minutest level throughout all of life was mind boggling to me .

You are made up of the same tiny particles and atoms and this is where science meets spirituality. At the core of these particles is empty space which is made up of light - meaning you are made up of atoms which are at their core 'light'.
So, like the mirror your life is reflecting back to you different levels of light which is called your life experience. This is where your life becomes a reflection of your inner state.

This episode is for you if you are a seeker of truth and are ready to have your mind blown by your place in the universe.

In this episode I talk to you about the power of your vibrational influence.

"In optimism there is magic, in pessimism there is nothing."

— Abraham HicksInfluence isn't just the ability to communicate and get your point across so that you look good and others will understand you and hear what you are saying. No, there's more to it than that - it's vibrational. Vibrational meaning, there's a frequency or energy that's flowing from you outwardly that is being subtlety picked up on many levels by people around you. This is presence. There may be no words even spoken when you are present, - yet there is still a vibration.

Have you ever been a room where it feels a little 'off'? That is your inner being picking up on the vibrations. Some people emit good vibes and some people don't. You know, you can tell. And the more discerning you are, the better you become at picking up the vibes around you.

Human beings all want to be understood, acknowledged and appreciated, these are basic needs to fit in. However, you can never control that. So, it's important to realise that you can be positively influenced from people and places that have 'feel good' energy and contrastingly also being negatively influenced. .The point here is your discernment and that you listen to how things feel to you. . Because all energy is contagious and as the law of attraction states
- like energy attracts like energy.

Are you looking to become more influential and help others? Then you have to become aware about how you are flowing your energy towards yourself and others.
You are a powerful vibrational influencer and may not even know it. This episode will clarify that.

What you will learn :

  • Why you're always comunicating with your energy
  • The qualities of vibrational/energetic influence
  • How to know when you are receiving influence that doesn't feel good

In this episode I share why leaders need to start the practice of meditation now more than ever.

"If you take care of your mind, you can take care of the world"— Ariana Hufffington

Are you leader?

This could be a series of different roles not just the ones that may instantly spring to mind like being a King or Queen, President or Prime minister. I am talking about you. Do you hold a position of influence? Do you lead and influence people in your life... such as team mates, employees, the community, your family, your friends, your children? Do people look up to you for guidance to help them when challenges inevitably arise? And how do you think you are managing with all of that?

Now more than ever, life is shaking and the foundations of things are causing physical and emotional disruption amongst many. People are looking towards the leaders who can transmute the discomfort and lead people back to a state of equilibrium. But what is evident is that not all leaders are in tune, which is causing more disruption to the very people they lead.

Although change is natural, it seems to be happening at a frightening pace for many since the pandemic.

This episode will help you realise the gravitas of your influence over your peers and why meditation is a untapped resource that's free that can help you transform the way you relate to others with more empathy, peace and compassion as the world goes through this period of rapid transformation.

Check out this episode to become a better human.

In this episode I talk to you about how to find Calm a midst the chaos.
**"Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.” ...."

Eckart Tolle**Life is noisy right now and to find space, tranquility and calm almost feels like a luxury. But it is not a luxury it is an absolute necessity for your well-being, not only for you, but for the people you care most about. This is because your energy whether you are aware of it or not, affects others.
When I discovered this principle I spiritually woke up and began an adventure in awakening to living more consciously.

Chaos will always exist in pockets on the planet because out of it emerges something new.
The contrast of life creates your expansion to help you move from one state of being to another. This is the purpose of life - evolution.

If you want to live with more calm then this episode will help you on your journey to self empowerment.

In this episode I talk to you about how to tap into your genius

" Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.— Albert EinsteinDo you think you're a genius or do you think that ship has sailed?

When you were a child did you feel invincible capable of anything? I bet you did! However, as you grew up and took on responsibilities did that lofty mindset fizzle away. Did the realisation that this wasn't true became all too apparent by the results you were not getting...? This was me once - is this you now?

I'm here to remind you that you are the creator of yourself and your life. And the genius you are, needs to be nurtured and tapped into regularly if you want to see its inherent power at work in all its glory.

If you think you're a fish and not a monkey, then that proverbial tree is only going to annoy you when you can't climb it. But, iif you played in the ocean, then you will feel feel infinite and at home in your genius . It's all a matter of perspective.

It's so easy to judge ourselves .I remember feeling less than pleased and powerless so many times. I kept looking for validation at it wasn't there. I knew there was something wanting to express itself from within me however, I couldn't see it or access it because I was looking in the wrong place.

And so this episode is for you, if you want to be fully restored that inner knowing - that your genius lies within. Genius occurs when you're enjoying what your doing and it feels timeless.

What you will learn in this episode :

  • What genius is
  • Ideas and clues where you will unleash it
  • 6 ways to tap into your genius

In this episode I talk to you about how to change your story and transform your life

"If you tell your new story enough you'll start to believe it ." — Abraham HicksLife is whatever you make it. You get to choose. When I first started out on the path to well-being I didn't know squat, but in time I had this remembrance that life could be amazing but I just had to figure out how.

I remember feeling less than pleased in so many areas and this has happened at different points on my journey. But, when I learned to think differently, change the story I told myself and began to take my attention away from less than pleasing things and focus it on the positive (whilst taking action towards my dreams) things gradually began to change.

And this is also what I want for you too - to live a life happiness health and wellbeing.

The Universe is always eavesdropping on you, about what you think, say and especially feel, so it might as well be something phenomenal - the choice is always yours. When you practice telling a new story you'll eventually grow into it -
because you get what you think about whether you like it or not - that's the law of attraction. And what you keep thinking, eventually becomes a belief which is the story you telling yourself over and over again. .

This episode contains my life hacks to changing your story to help net YOU better results. Nothing changes until you do.

What you will learn :

  • Why you may be getting mediocre results
  • Why you get what you get

In this episode I talk you through why creativity is so important and how you can awaken yours. If you feel like battery is on low and or that just needs a jump start then this episode is for you.

“Creativity challenges the norm"
Cecilia Garnett

How many times have your heard that voice inside your head saying
"I'm not that creative"?? Well, if that's you -I have some good news.
Answer this question "Are you breathing"?
( Pam Grout says this!!)
Yes ?? Then welcome to Club Creative. Everyone has the capability.

Years ago at the beginning of my modelling career I was asked at a casting - "Do you do anything else? Meaning....do you have any hobbies? We are looking for someone who's got something else going on". My lack of an answer floored me because I was so fixated on having a hedonistic lifestyle that all other options were out of reach...

That day a light went off in my head.. I knew I had to change because I felt I was wasting time and energy. My creative soul had begun to stir.

So, with that jab to my ego and change of perspective, I went on a quest to discover a new hobby that wouldn't hurt myself any longer but bring me closer to a feeling of joy.

This episode is for you, if you feel as though you are a newbie to being creative and will also be helpful to those of you who may suffer from writers or creator's block.

Creativity is nourishment for your soul. You soul needs to express itself and have an outlet . How you do that is up to you.

What you will learn :

  • Why creativity is so important for your wellbeing
  • How it can help heal you on those down days
  • 7 ways - How you can awaken that creative spark of yours

In this episode I talk you through my 8 strategies to help you manifest more successfully.

“The Law of Resonance states that the rate of the vibration projected, will harmonize with and attract back energies with the same resonance. ..”How many times have you wondered how does a radio work? The simple answer is it operates by the law of physics by sending out sound waves. There must be a broadcaster and a receiver. Much like this podcast. I broadcast this show and you've come across the content which gets your attention at some level - this is resonance at work. Your thoughts are turning the dial as to what you want to dial into - namely this episode.
It's also the reason why you may breeze through some episodes and have your attention grabbed on others.

I've been a student of law of attraction for about 20 years and yes I have had huge success but not all the time. I've come across a few principles and teachers that have astonished me when I've applied what I've learned, but the processes I share in this episode are logical,
do-able and operate by the law of physics and have brought me a level of manifestation glory that is remarkable to some but available to all. But I have not always succeeded and I have learned why.

This episode is for you if you have had success with manifesation and the law of attraction but are ready to upgrade your awareness.

You attract what you resonate with. Like the song you heard that you love- you resonate with it and its lyrics. . You like the new person you just met in the queue - you resonate with them. You found a new tv show that you love - you're resonate with its message. It's all about how and what you are resonating that determines what comes back into your real life experience.

What you will learn :

  • What is resonance and how to change yours
  • What NOT to do when manifesting
  • 8 strategies for changing your vibe so you become a power magnet
  • Stories of people who have succeeded before that can light the way for you

In this episode I talk you through my 10 strategies to help you
'Find your centre when challenges arise'.

“The challenges we face in life are always lessons that serve our soul’s growth.”— Marianne Williamson

How many times have your asked when challenges arise :
Why did this happen to me? Or why me? I didn't deserve this?!!
Have you felt like curling up and dying after having one of those gut punching challenges?? (hands up anyone? I have )

But, as much as you feel like you didn't deserve the things that happened to you, they did, and there is a reason why and it's called - 'Growth'

The mentality of 'why me'? keeps you stuck playing the lead role who's a victim in a movie called "Your Life". Drama sells (as you know) but inner peace rules.
You do get to choose which role you wish to play every day (free wil) but after a while it takes it toll on your health and wellbeing. That's why I made the shift to self empowerment.

To switch out of this victim mentality story, you need change the person in the story "yourself". And you do this by taking ownership of your thoughts and actions.

What you will learn :

  • What is Your Soul's Growth
  • Where is you centre?
  • Why Challenges are necessary
  • 10 Strategies to help you find your centre when a challenge arises.

In this episode I help you make light of your soul's purpose.

“All in all, the goal of my planning and doing is to find the true meaning in life: peace of mind.”
Bruce LeeHow many times have your asked: Why am I here? What am I doing? What is my purpose? What am I doing with my life? Is there more to life than this?
This was me years ago when I was at a low point and from that came a spiritual awakening .

When you ask those types of questions and with that level of sincerity be prepared because -the universe will answer you.. That was my experience early 2 decades ago and it brought with it a real sense of inner peace.

If you are cruising through life with no road bumps - that's great and I'm glad for you - you may be having what is known as a resting lifetime .but that, has definitely not been my experience. Life has been amazing and really tough sometimes but it has shaped me and I am grateful for it in hindsight.

As positive and optimistic as I am, I have worn that hat of suffering one too many times, and and have felt dissatisfied and disillusioned by my outer experience even though sometimes it apprw

In this episode I share with you how to build confidence

"Confidence comes from discipline and training".Robert Kiyosaki

Confidence is a powerhouse when it comes to your wellbeing. Buckets loads of confidence brings forth new opportunities, success and happiness and a lack of it can make a great day turn sour.

Having modelled for 20 years I know what it feels like to face rejection after rejection and a lack of confidence. But after feeling those pains only made me stronger. From the suffering comes truth which is that discipline is key to building confidence and that has to start with you and the way you think and behave.

Do the right thing to the best of your ability and you'll be rewarded with outer success and more importantly inner confidence.

I have been to the other side of confidence and I'm here to say it's not a pretty place but
if I didn't pay a visit to that irksome place I wouldn't be able to tell you all is well.
Confidence isn't a place it's a headspace and your best outfit. Wear it, own it and never dull your light for no one.

Want to build and become a powerhouse of inner confidence?

What you will learn in this episode:

  • How confidence issues start
  • Your mind and its role in helping you
  • Why your environment plays a major role
  • 12 strategies for building confidence

In this episode I share with you how to listen to your body

"The body itself is to reveal the light that's blazing inside your Presence."
Rumi

Your body is incredible. It literally is a vehicle for you to experience 'this thing called life' as Prince would say in his famed tune from the 80's 'Lets go crazy'.

But instead of feeling crazy happy, brimming with health and vitality -
are you feeling kind of the opposite?

I'm here to tell you there is another way to listen to you body and it's simple, really simple, and all too often overlooked.

I started to listen to my body when times were tough and the feedback I got was almost immediate. Then through listening came understanding and fortunately now my energy levels are stable and naturally high.

Want that for yourself too? You should, because otherwise you're just existing rather than getting full access to what's rightfully yours.

What you will learn in this episode:

  • What are the signals and messages your body sends.
  • What do they mean

In this episode, I discuss a rule for success in life which could be called  a divine dichotomy.

When you're willing to do what's hard life will be easy for you, BUT when you're only willing to do what's easy, Life will be hard..
'The universe is having a cosmic joke by organising all life seemingly back to front.'
Life can be tough enough as it is, and to ease that pressure  you require  self discipline. In my early years I always used to take short cuts, do the easy option and I found that my life was hard. It all shifted when I showed up with a new attitude and developed self discipline.

What you will learn in this episode:

  • Why some people don't get what they want and how you can
  • 8 ways to help you tap into this philosophy of hard vs easy
  • What you need to do to get the best out of life.

Settle for more out of life NOT less. Discipline is Key to getting what you really want.

In this episode I discuss a powerful way to improve your future by doing the one thing you can do something about right now - making peace with your current circumstances !

Understanding this took a while for me to get my head around, but it made so much sense to me that you can't get what you want unless you are calm where you are. The law of resonance can only bring you what you are radiating. This may be the greatest disservice the movies portray when characters get what they want through resistance but it is not real life and it is never satisfying.

When I first applied making peace with my circumstances no matter what they brought me, I began to notice little by little an inner freedom emerging. I felt a sense of inner peace and relaxation that I hadn't felt before. When life really started giving me evidence that I didn't need to control every aspect of my life even when things didn't go my way - that's when things began to take off.

I learned and rewired within myself the notion to stop fighting with reality and began to flow with it and let it be. and you can too...The Beatles weren't wrong in their song!

Check out this episode if you want to learn ways in which you can look at things in your life to make peace with which in turn will improve your future. It's only you who can access the good that lies before you and you do that by making peace right here right now.

In this episode I discuss the best way to make decisions - ones that are for you highest good. When you understand that you live in a friendly universe (based on Einstein's quote) then your life will become more stable and it feels like an enjoyable adventure.

Decision making breeds clarity and fuels wellbeing too. Often you need to make many mistakes to fine-tune yourself, and that comes from making better decisions..

I used to make loads of bad decisions (Isometimes still do 🤣 but way way less now). They used to cause me so much pain & suffering (which were all instant gratification based). However, the more pain I felt, the more I asked for positive changes to take place in my life. That's when I had a spiritual awakening back in 2000 - it was a positive consciousness reboot! And making better decisions was the first thing I needed to address on my journey.

I share soulful and practical strategies in this episode for helping you make those decisions that are for your highest good. They have really worked for me in some very difficult moments when I have forgotten that all is well. I live by them and swear by this method and they are how I do everything.

Try them, tweak them and make them your own. Ideas are nothing until they're applied. Have your own experience and see what happens. It all starts with application.

Making better decisions will help you every single day. Having clarity and a sense of wellbeing - will help you meet with certain success and greater inner peace.

In this episode, I discuss the reasoning behind the ups and downs of life. Life is a dance between day and night, yin and yang. - you can't have one with out the other. This is how the universe is set up - it's called the law of polarities.

When you truly understand life is set up for you, then you'll notice that the contrast you experience helps you build new preference and greater clarity. It's like you become a sharper focuser. How could you truly appreciate real happiness if you didn't experience some loss and sadness.

Years ago when I had a hedonistic lifestyle that was running me to the ground, it was the contrast that led me to make a better choices for my future. It took about 4 months or so to notice some profound changes in my own life, but it was the contrast of the years of hedonism that served me well to focus on what I now wanted - which was to live a life that was naturally happier and healthier.

What contrast are you experiencing right now? What in your life would you like to change? Because it's the contrast that helps you define what you'd prefer.

So learn and discover in this episode how to use the contrast as leverage to take new actions and take back control of life by understanding, that it is just a part of life that is helping you get CLEAR about what you NOW want.

Fear is not knowing, Understanding life creates personal happiness and well-being.

In this episode I share a positive aspects review and my own personal takeaways of 2020.

The news and mass media amplification of covid has brought challenges to all, but simultaneously opportunities too.

The quality of your life and wellbeing is dependent on your ability to focus. The mind brings more of what you pay attention to - this is the law of attraction in action.

This year more than ever, it feels as though you are either buying into the drama or creating personal peace in your own life - you may have a bit of both. Whilst you can't control everything in life (and wouldn't want to anyway) , what you can control is how you focus and think about things - such as finding the positive aspects in your own circumstances. This begins to create positive momentum in your life.

Everyone has been affected differently by covid in 2020, but it matters not what has happened, but how you view the opportunities and benefits that have also come secretly alongside it. Could it be a blessing in disguise?? There is a spiritual principle of life called the law of balance - which says there can be no loss without a gain.

However, when you look for the positive aspects of any situation day, week, month or year you'll tend to find more and more positives - this is just how the universe is set up and how you tune yourself into your natural state wellbeing .
Enjoy this episode so you can start 2021 in the best possible way - on a natural high!!!

In this episode I discuss the benefits and how to's of setting healthy boundaries in your life. It seems that the world is creating more and  more information that is coming  to you from all sides, but the question is how are you coping with it? Are you frustrated or perhaps overwhelmed?

Too much information and demands on your time is a set up for a life of stress  which will cause burnout.

Life can and will give you what you want, but you have to be clear on what you won't accept too (like demands from other people) ) In the end - you get what you settle for.

You have to be willing to put yourself first and notice how much freer you feel as a result. Happiness is not something you'll get later, it is something you choose in the now. And when you say yes to everything and people please ,it's going to back fire and you won't feel free and enjoy life.
The more you make space  for your precious time and energy by saying no when you mean it and yes when you mean it  - the better your life will go.
You deserve the best in life, but you have to be willing to set healthy boundaries with others in order to live it.

In this episode I talk about the spiritual law of circulation. Everything in life has energy and that energy if it isn't used positively becomes stuck energy,  Water that doesn't flow, eventually becomes stagnant and creates a  stench. This analogy is the same in our lives. If something isn't working whether it be your job, your relationships, your money  or your health, it needs fresh movement to get the energy flowing again.

We are built to move and the world is always moving as it rotates around the sun. Nothing ever stays still.
So, if you are looking to find a solution to something that is currently troubling you then listen to this episode and discover why, and then understand  how you can get the energy flowing again.
Don't wait for life to change, if you want positive change it has to start wit you.. Because what you are circulating out into the world.. always comes back. And  when you move, so will the Universe 100 times. .

In this episode I discuss the subconscious mind and how to reprogramme it . The subconscious is the part of your mind that runs the show of your life whether you know it or not.. This can also be called the inner child. If there is anything in your life that is limiting you, you can be sure that the subconscious mind will be holding you back. And in this episode I share ways in which you can get it working for you.

In your formative years between the ages of 6-12 your your mind was absorbing new information on all the topics it was exposed to like, love, relationships, money, health and habits of your parents and the environment you were in.

During this time your subconscious mind was wide open to suggestion and sponged all the minutae from you parents and the people you grew up with.

By about the age of 12 your ideas and beliefs about the world were uploaded so to speak. If you have every wondered why children are so fast at learning languages at a young age, it's because the brain wave activities that they live in at that young age is different to what you are operating at in your adulthood. Learning and retaining information is so much easier and faster when you are a child.

As you've reached adulthood you've carried on with these programmes. Some are positive and some may be limiting.

If anything is holding you back from living a marvellous abundant fun filled life then listening to this episode will help give you some ways to update your mind's software and take your power back.

In this episode, I share what fatigue and lack of energy really is..resistance. When your energy becomes blocked, what happens is that your personal energy quota hits a lower gage.

Why is that? It is because what you are giving your attention to, is causing you resistance and that spills out into your body in the form of heavier slower energy. Your mind is the driver and when you feel bogged down mentally your energy becomes much slower and can cause problems in the body.

A body and mind at ease creates bountiful energy. I have played around with this idea for years and it still surprises me today, why I have so much of energy. It doesn't mean that I fall prey to low energy from time to time, but what it does mean, is that there is a common denominator of mind/body mastery I want to share with you.

I am not a doctor, however I know that energy is plentiful when you feel good. A daily Meditation practice has been so helpful to me in understanding this scientifically and this is what I share with you in this episode.

Instead of adding tablets and chemicals to your body like the adverts on tv suggest - you have a free resource get acquire more energy - your thoughts. Your thoughts directly affect your body and mind. Most people aren't in control of their thoughts which is why most of the world are going about it backwards.

Your body is meant the thrive and it will feel good when you nourish it properly and you nourish your mind simultaneously.

Life is not about doing, it is about being. And when you are happy and feeling good (which is your natural state of of wellbeing ) you will tune into higher feel good positive energy .

Listen to this episode to discover some ways of increasing your energy and raise your vibe.

In this episode I discuss the topic of death. My beloved father recently made his transition last week and left this physical world. He had a great life and left a legacy of love. Actually I like to refer to it that he has gone from the physical world back into a state of pure bliss and love from whence we all came. He has returned home.

It's hard when a loved one leaves this world, because of the people they leave behind, but this is part of life. We all know it, it's just that we are not all prepared for its eventuality. That's what makes it a mystery.

You can never really be totally prepared for the emotions you will feel when a loved one passes away, combined with the the tidying up of assets and finances etc, but, in this episode I share some practical tips to help keep you centred, peaceful and harmonious in the aftermath.

Personal wellbeing is your greatest asset during these times because when your emotions are centred especially when a parent or loved ones makes their transition, it is so easy to feel tremendous shock and grief. I have been astonished by how my sisters, my mum and I have worked as a team to create such a beautiful space of love, kindness and compassion for each other.

Where there is sadness in loss in life, there is also love and joy. This is because that's what the person had brought to you emotionally. We always remember people by how they made us feel.

I got a sign firm my dad the day he passed - and it was otherworldly to me. It was enough for me to be reminded that all is well in the spirit world and that life truly continues albeit in a different non physical form.

My intent with this episode is to uplift you, give you a sense of inner peace during tough times, and to remind you that all is well even though physically it may seem far from it. Trusting in life's masterplan is key.

There is always help from above when you ask for it.. So ask away...This has been my saving grace this last week.. and it has been invaluable. It will help you too when life gets tough!! So use it...

In this episode I discuss the timeless   quote from the 13th-century Persian  Sufi poet. "live life as if everything is rigged in your favour'.

This quote alone has transformed my life and could transform yours when you embody  its timeless wisdom.  What the world needs is hope. What everyone needs is hope and thethe best place to get it is from  within.

In this episode I discuss the topic of presence. Presence is where you are in the 'Now" as Eckart Tolle says it in his spiritual powerhouse of a book "The Power of Now'.

Your presence is what you bring to life and what you bring to each interaction you have. Is it online or offline?  Meaning are you bringing high energy or low energy?
The first is your natural state and the other has resistance laced with it.

The power of your presence is your ability to become present in all situations (good or not) and accept it as it is. This means you don't fight what is, you accept it, and then from that headspace that level of presence, it gives you freedom. This helps allow your natural energy to rise creating more coherence and wellbeing within yourself.

Wellbeing is more than just eating well, it's thinking good feeling thoughts too.
It's actually a way to enjoy a sense freedom from excessive thought activity which leads to stress - the number one cause of disease.

This episode shares ways and ideas to help you learn to become more present, and open your mind to a new way and possibility of peaceful living.

In this episode I discuss the topic of 'enough- ness'. In today's world there is a social hypnosis and conditioning that you are fed 'a lie' that you you not enough as you are. Some advertisers are banking on your emotional behaviours by claiming that you aren't enough in their ads, so that they can sell to you product X,Y,Z.

If you buy this product or have this thing, then you are worthy and deserving or will feel this emotion - maybe it's happiness!!  And often these 'mind viruses' are created when you are child often from the people you care most about - your parents - who learned the same things from their parents. This is where the older generations pass down the thought beliefs and habits to the younger generations. Some beliefs are good and some need a good hearty software update.

If you ever feel like you aren't getting something you really want, then there is a high probability that maybe some of your thoughts and beliefs are in the way holding you back and in need of a good software update.

In this episode I discuss the push and pull of life. When you follow you own star you are drawn magnetically to what lights you up. When you follow what society deems is right for you  - then you are cut yourself off from that light until you return again. The feeling  won't leave you alone because deep down you know what you inner compass is telling you.

"The Push" happens when you begin to grow and move towards your dream daily with baby steps. The path will light up for you along the way for you. There is resistance in growth because you are summoning more life through you a bit like a teenager growing. However, once you move and grow you are forever transformed for the better.

"The Pull" happens when you gather enough momentum and you become a like a strong magnet towards your purpose and personal fulfilment. This is how life works when your are building a business or anything. It starts with the push and eventually crosses over to the pull.

In this episode I talk to my buddy the Adam Stansbury aka The Plant Powered Pt about Unity and relationships and how we need to both engage and disengage in relationships for self care and rejuvenation.

While the whole world is trying to unite in challenging times, we also need time to separate ourselves from things that don't help us reconnect with ourselves.
The answer is not to become more busy, but to increase the space in our lives. Because when you actively seek quiet time you become fuelled by spirit and personal insights that are invaluable for your wellbeing.

Isn't it strange that silence and space in our lives is what most people struggle with ?
And the reason is because people are afraid to be left alone with their thoughts.

Listen to the episode and reconnect with that aspect of yourself that knows why you like to both unify and separate (or have space) in relationships. That part of yourself does that for a reason. It's all knowing and it's in your growing awareness that you'll find invaluable insights on your personal path of happiness and joy in all your relationships.

In this episode I explain how prayer is something so common to us in life, yet we still find there is a wall between us and connecting to a higher power. I endeavour to create the bridge and dispel the myth and make it clear for you to understand.

I learned a wonderful and insightful way to pray powerfully from Gregg Braden's personal  encounter with his Native American Indian friend who put it so simply. His prayer which he shared in his book and which I learned back in 2008 - I started to apply in my own life and have never looked back.

Prayer is renowned for its healing abilities and everyday miracles all over the world, but what if there is more to it that? Can anybody tap into to its power? And if so how?

Listen in and discover how, and enjoy some of the wild 'out there" experiences which I have experienced which have cemented my connection to life itself. I don't ask you to believe, I just ask you to open your mind and apply anything of value to you that resonates with your heart and soul.

You are what you believe until someone else shares with you a story of what happened to them which expands your horizons. Prayer has a power and its power comes from you! Tune in, tap in and connect!

In this episode I talk about the Simple 3 Step Process To Attract What You Want.

This process has been written about in financial books such as Rich Dad Poor Dad and a spiritual powerhouse of a book called 'Conversations with God'.

This method has changed my life and countless others however, most people are still thinking backwardly which keeps them stuck and alas in the victim mode.
In order to break that pattern and interrupt those mental states (in what I call the loop of lunacy which I used to find myself in),  I used this simple process to turn things around.

When you listen to this episode you will discover where you are at, and then from that awareness you can start apply this simple 3 step process right away and begin to transform.

In this episode I discuss the power of having a vision. If you don't have a vision for your life you may feel like your life is stuck or even static. When you have a vision, you are using your mind properly. When it's combined with positive emotions capturing your heart and mind whilst talking baby steps towards your vision, this creates positive powerful momentum.

Having a vision means you know your outcome. This is true clarity. The universe is impartial and it just wants to give you what you want, but you have to know what you want. Sometimes on the road to becoming really clear, you have to take a few roads of what you don't want before you've come to a new decision.  And remember when that happens, remind yourself it's ok and that you haven't gone wrong, you've just become clearer and come to a new decision of what you prefer.

Women want to feel to secure and made to feel beautiful. The feminine delights in being vulnerable but men oppose this because of the fear of being seen as weak.

It's not just something that happens randomly. The universe is orderly and perfect and the same goes for the unfolding of our lives.

I have learned through my own experiences and challenges that there is always a silver lining or a lesson to make life better and richer following down times. Don't fall prey to being a victim when challenge occurs, question everything and seek the blessing in the pain or challenge. Then, you'll begin to master your life and realise that everything that happens no mater what, is for your highest good when you eventually look back and connect the dots.

The mind needs a director - you !! or you default it to the monkey mind and believe me most people do!

Deep down we admire their ability to focus and we want that for ourselves too.

I started this habit about 5 years ago and haven't looked back. I discovered that writing down a feeling statement and telling my mind and the universe what I wanted every day is one of your greatest allies - but don't believe me until you try it.

In this episode I discuss the reasons why consistency plays a major role in our lives. Our  upbringing and environment has determined a lot of our habits which are both positive and negative.

Negative behaviours are destructive in our lives and we often reach to blame circumstances or others but that's that doesn't empower us, it encourages the old victim mentally. Athletes can't think like that - they choose to adapt their game to find a new way when they are up against it.  The same principle can apply to us when we have a reason 'why' big enough!

How we we act and behave is up to us to take responsibility for. The pain we feel is guidance telling us to to start making change. Find out more in this episode so you can start  making change today so you can live your best life.

In this episode I bring a simple and level 1 understanding to the eastern energy centres known as the chakras. Each of the 7 chakra energy points on the body (from the base of the spine to the tip of your head) act like a vortex of energy which either spin in or out of balance.

When you are in balance you are happy, healthy and successful and when your life is out of balance you'll find it relates back to one of these areas on your body known as the chakras or energy centres.

Each chakra in your body relates to a different area in your life. They act like a transmitter  bringing you signals which are positive or negative.

This episode is a western perspective of this ancient eastern wisdom. It is super helpful to  become aware of because your body is always sending you subtle signals and if something is out of balance you can apply some of the solutions straight away to ease back into wellbeing. In this episode I discuss the spiritual law of detachment and how it works with manifesting your desires. Years ago I couldn't understand why I could let some things into my life and not others, until I met a friend who game me the simplest of answers for this spiritual law.

The spiritual laws are the laws that govern all of nature. They co- exist in nature and within each of us, for the purpose of guiding us to healthy, happy and harmonious lives. When our life us out of order, it's because something within us is not in harmony. Our job is to restore balance.

We often find ourselves clinging to what we know, rather than releasing our desires for something better. The key to getting what you want comes from you - no one else. You are the key and the key to having a better life is understanding and applying the law of detachment. Listen in to find out how.

Please note... don't believe me until you try some of the exercises here. The real teacher is your own experience from the practice not these words.  It's your heart that holds the key to a better life and that can be accessed by feeling thanks and appreciation.
