Hey Guys!

Welcome to today's episode of the I'm not Lucky, I'm Blessed Podcast, I'm your host Lucky Olali, and I'm here to talk about why we should keep showing up for our goals and dreams.

In life, it's very easy to get distracted by all of the bright and shiny new things, but continuing to show up for our goals and dreams, even when it's difficult, is a critical piece in ensuring we reach our end goal. After all, goals are nothing without taking action.

Showing up for our goals and dreams is an essential part of success. It requires commitment, dedication, and resilience. And while it can be difficult and challenging sometimes, as long as you keep showing up, all of your hard work, perseverance, and consistency will eventually pay off.

Thanks so much for joining me today! If you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the comments section below. Until next time, stay safe and keep showing up.

Hey Guys!

A Hedgehog Concept is not a goal to be the best, a strategy to be the best, an intention to be the best, a plan to be the best. It is an understanding of what you can be the best at. The distinction is absolutely crucial.

To go from good to great requires transcending the curse of competence. It requires the discipline to say, “Just because we are good at it—just because we’re making money and generating growth—doesn’t necessarily mean we can become the best at it.” The good-to-great companies understood that doing what you are good at will only make you good; focusing solely on what you can potentially do better than any other organization is the only path to greatness.

Health equity means ensuring that every person has the opportunity to achieve their best health.

Unfortunately, many social and environmental factors can limit a person’s access to and continued use of good health practices and healthcare.

By reducing, challenging, or overcoming these obstacles, people can achieve health equity. However, this is rarely something that a person can do for themselves. Instead, it requires adaptive changes from community and healthcare organizations and governments. That is where our Vanessa comes, she provides that platform for everyone to have access so everyone gets the health benefits they need.
