SHE Project is a place where a group of women/men have what I call Girl Talk. Girl Talk is normally when a group of women get together and talk about everything in life. This girl talk is a place for both women and men to have the freedom to talk about different aspects of relationships and all those things that seemed to stay suppressed deep within. This is the place where we come to begin that place of healing. The first step to healing is to talk about it.

In this discussion we broke down the difference between domestic violence and intimate violence. Understanding how this can cause issues with the children and why do people stay in these toxic relationships.
