Hello and welcome to the Ante-Nicene Apostolic Faith(ANAF) where we discuss religion, history, and culture according to primitive Christian apologetics.
2 Roles: Didaskalos(teacher) Catechumen(pupil)
In today's episode me and my catechumen Shane Compo once again dive into the exegesis of written tradition, this time we dissect the exegesis of Judges and Ruth as part of my catechumens most recent homework. Enjoy our catechism class today. LVX LVCET IN TENEBRIS
Today I go into the exegesis of Exodus 20 and Matthew 5-7 comparing & contrasting both the Ten Commandments with the Sermon on the Mount to show our catechumens the clear difference in the exegesis between the writings of the Old Moses on the Old Mt. Sinai versus the New Moses on the New Mt. Sinai. The prophets themselves mention how the New Moses would have a very radically reformed version of the Torah(Law) in the New Covenant. See Deuteronomy 18:15&18 & Jeremiah 31:31-33
In our first episode I’ll be sharing my personal testimony of how I threw off the shackles of Constantinianism with my guest Catechumen Shane Compo and how I found the road back to the original pre-Nicene faith of the apostles before the worst mistake in history, the Council of Nicaea.
