This Podcast was meant to give listeners hope and the remind them that forgiving themselves is key to moving forward.

I’m speaking with guest, Becky Morales about support and how it’s wanted and needed when having to make sometimes-difficult decisions. She works for Real Options, a licensed community care clinic providing consultations on abortion, adoption and parenting.

Becky also facilitates a HOPE after abortion retreat where participants can learn how to forgive themselves and rid themselves of any guilt so that they can move on to a happier, healthier lifestyle. I also opened up about my experience as an attendee of the retreat.
