This week’s previously recorded episode with Glenn Siddle focuses on his passion for investing in the younger generation, and the stories that led him to become a Kingdom Builder.
Glenn Siddle has been married to his wife, Lucy, for 31 years. They have twin daughters, Melissa and Melanie who both graduated from Auburn University. Glenn's background is in Mechanical Engineering, and as an entrepreneur has started two dozen companies. Today he owns Newcastle Construction and his primary focus is residential construction, land development, and real estate sales. Glenn currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders, and Highlands College.
On both sides of his family for five generations, there have been pastors loving and serving people. Needless to say, when Pastor Josh was 16, he too felt that God was calling him, like so many before him into a life of ministry.
Before his full time pursuit of ministry, Pastor Josh first had to answer to his relentless desire to serve our country. In 2002, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After 2 overseas deployments and participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Pastor Josh came home for good in 2006. That same year, he married his best friend and greatest ministry partner, Crystal. They now have four beautiful children, Lucy, Josh, Lincoln, and Josie.
After eight years of full time ministry and serving at Community Church in Ashburn, Virginia, Josh and Crystal knew that God was calling them to pursue the dream of planting a life giving church.
In March of 2014, Pastor Josh and Crystal drove down Broad Street and immediately knew this was their new home. They have completely fallen in love with the city of Richmond, its people, its needs, and its unimaginable potential. From starting in a small tent to where we are now, God continues to add people to help build His church and help fulfill all we believe God is about to do in RVA. We are just getting started – the best is yet to come!

In this week’s episode, Lee has a conversation with Peter Low who has just settled back home in Sydney, Australia after months of traveling the country in a caravan with his family!
Peter’s purpose is to inspire and equip the next generation of Christian Business Leaders. He founded 100x to facilitate this. Through conferences and coaching, it awakens people to their God given purpose in business and equips them so that they may increase their margin in time, money, and mission. Prior to this, Peter founded Cavalry. From humble beginnings operating out of a bedroom from his parents home in 2000, it grew to be an internationally recognised, multi-award winning Managed Cloud Company. The business was acquired in 2018. Peter holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management where he was voted “Most likely to succeed as CEO”, and was a scholarship recipient for his Bachelor Degree. Married to Clare (his Hot Bibee), they are loving parents to “Queen” Coco and Kobe (aka The Little Emperor).
Welcome back to this week’s episode where we discuss family, ministry, and the relational dynamic between a pastor and business leader. Pastor Jeremy grew up in a family of preachers and cowboys. He has always had a sense of adventure, trying everything from singing in a rock ‘n’ roll band to starting his own business and breaking 3 ribs on a bull named Spitfire. But no matter where he went or what he did, God's calling on his life became something Pastor Jeremy couldn't ignore. After 15 years of following a passion to reach people for Jesus, God led Pastor Jeremy and Pastor Jennifer to Houston and gave them the vision to start Hope City. Since Hope City’s launch in 2015, Pastor Jeremy and the love of his life, Jennifer, have been loving God, loving people, and loving life together. Together, they have five children - Jayden, Jeselyn, Jillian, Jackson, and the newest member of the family, Josiah!
Lee shares about the four most critical relationships you need to have in your life to make up God’s Dream.
In this episode, Lee preaches on the covenant relationship between a Pastor and Business Leader. This is what Kingdom Builders is all about.
A King is the Business Leader, or the person making their income in the secular marketplace. A Priest is a Pastor, or vocational ministry person. A King and a Priest walking together is God’s funding mechanism for His local Church.
At this year’s Kingdom Builders Summit, Lee sat down with Jerry Meek to record the very first Legacy Starts Today podcast episode! With a client base of over $3.6 trillion, Jerry leads Desert Star Construction, based in Scottsdale, AZ, building $30 million+ homes.
Jerry shares his story of finding Jesus, his journey from making only $19,000/year to turning Desert Star into a lucrative business, and the revelation that led him to begin using his generosity for an eternal return.
