They break down how these bottlenecks can stem from outdated identities, lack of systems, poor delegation, or misaligned priorities, and emphasize that most people tolerate them far too long without addressing the true cost. They highlight that growth requires evolving into a new identity, asking better questions (like "who, not how"), and being willing to remove, automate, or delegate what no longer serves your next level.

Through Dr. Annette Bosworth's 21-Day Challenge, she learned how insulin resistance and metabolic health affect the body's ability to burn fat and produce ketones. By tracking her glucose and ketone levels daily and experimenting with fasting, diet timing, and macronutrient adjustments, Linda discovered how to push her body into fat-burning mode and reduce inflammation, something she believes is key not only for weight loss but also for protecting brain health, energy levels, and long-term disease prevention. Dana and Linda discuss how understanding your body's metabolic signals, rather than chasing quick-fix diets, can help people struggling with inflammation, brain fog, and stubborn weight find a more sustainable path to health.

If you could get on the phone a hour a day, 3 days a week, what would that do to your income?

What if you actually discovered it wasn’t that hard once you learned a few little tricks. Prospecting became the easiest part of my day, really. If you disappear all your ego baggage related to prospecting so you don’t care what happens on any call, you can make calls with little effort. I know that may sound almost impossible at this point, but you can do it. Lots of people have. The course is $1200, on sale for $797 or 3 payments of $297. Get an additional $100 off or $697 with this code until midnight tonight: LindaDana100. With the Code, one payment is $697. If you do payments, the coupon takes $100 off your first payment. So the first payment is $197, followed by payments of $297 in 30 days, and $297 in 60 days. (Hint: If you are making more prospecting calls, you will have extra money.) For a relativiely small amount of money, you could double your income this year. There is still time. I see people do it all the time. It actually takes far less energy to make prospecting calls than it does to put off making them and have to cope with less income. You can stop this insanity! Watch the Introduction at Fearless-Prospecting.com, it is a good overview of the course. Go to the website and scroll down to the gold section right after the photo of the beach and click there. Please call me at 505-318-1055 (MT USA) or email me at Sid@SidWalker.com. What I teach is amazingly simple and it does takes some guts, but anyone can do it. If you can jump into a cold swimming pool, that is all the risk you have to overcome. It only takes 2 seconds to dial the phone. Once you dial the phone, your ego has a whole new problem, what to say! What to say is way easier to fix than putting off doing the prospecting you need to do. You can stop piling money up on your desk everyday and burning it! You can keep the money and do whatever you want with it. Would you like to have some peace of mind related to money and income? That finally happened for me when I conquered my call reluctance. It is worth the effort and I can show you how to do it. I hope you will join the movement of Fearless Prospectors and stop letting your scared and misinformed ego keep you from the success that is yours if you risk going for it. On this episode, Linda and Dana talk to tech businesswoman turned Realtor Sarita Dua about how her unique approach to real estate has paid off.  Sarita completed her undergrad in electrical engineering, went on to get an MBA, and spent the first part of her career in tech.  She loved everything about that fast paced environment, but after having kids she realized she would love a job where she had more control over her schedule.  Since both she and her husband traveled for both of their jobs, keeping up with two travel schedules with a 2 and 4 year old just wasn't working anymore.  In considering real estate, Sarita drafted a business plan before she started interviewing brokerages asking them why she should choose them to work with.  Most importantly in her business plan was her desire to set the amount of days off she would have instead of just focusing on a production goal.  After starting at a boutique brokerage, she eventually transferred to Keller Williams and now runs a team that averages 100-140 homes a year at a 62% profit margin with 3 buyers agents, a listing manager and a transaction coordinator.  She shares how her unique approach to her team helps her sell at the level she wants while still having time off throughout the year.

On this episode, Linda and Dana talk to Undercover Millennial and author of I Love It Here Clint Pulver. After hearing a CEO preach that "you gotta adapt" in business but finding out that the same CEO hadn't changed his management style in years, Clint asked some of the employees how they liked working at that company. When he heard multiple answers about how they disliked the company and had other job interviews lined up, he started to realize that most companies weren't focused on making sure their employees loved their jobs, and he started interviewing employees as an undercover millennial; not dressed up in suits and business attire, but instead a backwards hat and a sweatshirt. After working with 180 organizations and conducting 10,000 undercover interviews, he wrote I Love It Here: How Great Leaders Create Organizations Their People Never Want to Leave. In the book, he shares what he learned from his interviews, most importantly that people who said they loved their job loved it because of their mentor, and people who said they hated their job hated it because of their manager. He explains how mentorship is earned not given, and the 5 C's (qualities) that mentors possess. He dives into the 4 types of managers and how to shift into being a mentor manager.

He began to be able to see when it was time for someone to bring on help and would transition them towards it by asking how much easier their job could be if they freed up 20 hours a week to have someone else doing tasks they don't like doing, the science of finding a who not a how. On this episode, Linda and Dana talk to the author of The Golden Handoff Nick Krautter.  Nick shares how he created a process for helping agents handoff their business to another agent after going through the process himself when he absorbed the business of another agent at his office.  He discusses how difficult it is to stay at the 7th level of real estate because of turnover and overhead, and how that can often lead to it being easier for an agent to retire and have another agent adopt their business as a way of keeping the business still going.  He created a formula where the retiring agent just needs to know how much of their business comes from repeat and referrals and what their average commission is for them to know what they would profit and the adopting agent would profit over 3 years.  This allows agents who are wanting to work less of their database or none of their database to easily create a deal with another agent to take over their business.  His Golden Handoff workbook walks both agents through the process, and you can find it on his website at

This episode is from a live Wednesday Morning Mindset that Linda and Dana did on October 7, 2020 where Dana asked Linda about what she thinks about mindset and how she keeps her mindset positive.  Linda discusses how growing up in less than ideal circumstances has helped her with her mindset as an adult, because she knows everything could actually be harder.  She talks about how one way to keep your mindset positive is to not care what people think, because she realized what anyone thinks about you is none of your business.  She shares insight on how to deal with being stuck in a rut, either by talking to someone else who is familiar with your industry, or by removing yourself from the task that is keeping you in a rut.  She also talks about how constantly achieving is what keeps her going, and how life isn't about arriving at one destination but about always becoming.

On this episode, Linda and Dana answer a question from long time listener Becky Gluff: Am I too old to invest?  Becky tells her story of coming to real estate later in her life, joining to just sell 6 houses a year and pay for an annual vacation.  After she joined Keller Williams, her production went up 70% and she sold 32 homes her first year at KW.  Now, after having her mind expanded in that process, she has been considering buying rental properties but has had a limiting belief that maybe she's too old to embark on that.  Dana and Linda share how it's truly never too late to start on another wealth building adventure, and how the learning and growing you do throughout the process are worth it AND keep you young.  They discuss how 15 year mortgages at the current interest rates can play out to be a great investment even in your 60s, and how you could also go in on your first property with someone else if it's intimidating to take on by yourself.  Linda reminds Becky that people are going to start living until they are 120, so it's actually more important to build wealth that has longevity because being in your 60s isn't really that old anymore.  They land on saying that whatever it is that's most interesting to you as a new stream of income, it's never too late to go after it.
