Lewis Hatchett is an ex Professional Cricketer turned start-up Founder. He has overcome numerous challenges throughout his life, starting with being born with Poland Syndrome which is a condition where you don't have one pectoral muscle & two of the ribs surrounding your lungs.
Hear how his father was told that Lewis would never play professional sport.
Then having made it to the top level of the game, Lewis suffered a back injury that would ultimately force him to retire & re-evaluate his life. He has since founded Sport Yogi & is using his former experience to build a scalable Yogi app for athletes of all levels.

We first interviewed Duncan in March 2019 and he was just launching a new lending business. He was also spending time working out a new property investment business focused on fractional ownership.

Amit Lubling has been an entrepreneur since straight out of college, he has never really worked for anyone else.
His early career was spent building out the initial stage broadband infrastructure for the UN's development team in emerging markets around the world.
He then became a partner at Incubator Pre-Hype which took problems from some of the worlds best companies & spun them into businesses before setting up his own VC studio with a niche of focusing on businesses in Africa.

Gary Lewin is the ex Arsenal & England Physiotherapist.

Today I speak to Nathan Kosky who is the Vice President of Global Partnerships at AEG - no not the appliance firm but the global firm Anschutz Entertainment Group that owns the likes of the O2, Staples Centre, the LA Galaxy and Coachella amongst other famous venues and iconic festivals.
Nathan started in media sales before being recruited by AEG to help then develop the O2 Arena. He had a stint away to be the commercial director at Coventry City Football Club before returning to AEG to find a company that had substantially grown during his time away.
Nathan discusses how deals get done at such a huge level and offers insight into the scale of the thinking behind these partnerships.

He co-founded TÅPPED birch water having worked for Innocent Drinks, Air Asia and start ups in London, Hong Kong and Malaysia, from where he cycled the 10,000 miles home (perhaps ironically for mental health charity SANE!).

How do you know if your organisation is change ready?
There are six steps you need to take - in order.
Most organisations fail at change because they omit one or more of these steps, believing them to be less important than just "cracking on". Or they handle them badly, because their thinking is woolly or they haven't properly worked through sources of disagreement.
We teach the world's leading organisations how to avoid hurdles like these, and they are often surprised by the progress that they can make when they do the basics well. (The basics are often the highest form of skill.)

Today I interview the hottest prospect in the EFL Championship. Ollie Watkins has scored 22 goals in all competitions this season and if you google him, it looks like a big move is on the cards.
Today we find out more about his early career at Exeter City. Hear how he couldn't concentrate when he first went there and so didn't get a contract before being asked to go back two years later. Ollie saw his brother break a leg playing Sunday league football and that made him more determined to make it professionally. He made his debut at 17 but broke into the first team properly aged 20. He played another two years before signing for Brentford.

Josef Jackson is an amazing guy. He is an ex-professional footballer who is just about to start an internship at Morgan Stanley.
Above that though, he has been through some extremely difficult times and has shown courage & determination that is a true testament of his character.
At 14 he lost his 12 years old sister to a brain hemorrhage and if that wasn't enough, Josef was told at age 21 that he had Leukemia.

At 7 years old, Sonny Pike was featured in his local paper for scoring 80 goals in a season. By 10 he was on London tonight and by 12 he was doing too much media work to go to school.
Sonny was literally the coco-cola kid but the media hyped him up so much that it went past his football and unfortunately it never caught up and he lost his love for the game.

He had a career playing professional football before transitioning to become a coach age 27.
His coaching ability was quite apparent but Justin has an amazing ability to develop young people and so he rose through the ranks quickly at Tottenham to become Under 23 assistant under Mauricio Pochettino who was the first team manager at the time.

Yusef Bouattoura has a brilliant story to tell. Growing up in Tottenham he fell into the wrong crowd and by 15 he was in Feltham young offenders prison.
A judge let him out with orders to give something back to his community and he took those instructions & then some.

Josef Jackson is an amazing guy. He is an ex-professional footballer who is just about to start an internship at Morgan Stanley.
Above that though, he has been through some extremely difficult times and has shown courage & determination that is a true testament of his character.
At 14 he lost his 12 years old sister to a brain hemorrhage and if that wasn't enough, Josef was told at age 21 that he had Leukemia.
Josef tells his story and there is lot to learn about how difficult situations can fuel a desire to make the most of every second available to you.

Lionel Morgan was a truly unbelievable young footballer. He had the most ability i've ever seen on a football pitch and the speed, strength, & technique to back it up.
He made his championship debut for Wimbledon at age 17 and had Tottenham chasing his signature soon after.
On his England under 16 debut he was likened to a young Ryan Giggs & John Barnes. If you remember playing championship manager from 1998 onwards you'll possibly remember he was always one to buy.
Unfortunately a series of unlucky injuries and some mismanagement from the club saw him unable to fulfill the potential everyone knew was there.
I spoke to Lionel about his career, what happened,how he dealt with injuries, if he has any regrets and what he thinks about the legions of people who still tell him what a good player he was when he was young.
