Why is it wrong to hate someone? What’s the difference between disliking someone and hating them? Why is revenge something that feels so right at times but is wrong? How should we perceive the trinity, especially the Holy Spirit? Is it a person, energy, power, etc?
In this episode we discuss about the concept of fear. What is fear? Is it good to fear anything? Many might say "I fear no one but God?" What does fearing God mean? When does fear go too far?

On this episode I had the pleasure of chopping it up with a good friend of mine, an amazing piano player and worship leader Mr. Justin West. In this episode we talk music, working on tour with one of the most popular groups of all time and the high honor of leading worship for a church congregation.

-Social justice is good but what is our first mission: biblical justice!
-God is often accused of not being loving because of examples of him showing his justice

In this edition of the Spiritual Disciplines Series, we discuss the importance of understanding God's word. the Scriptures lead us closer to God? Why might context matter? Where should we start? Is the Bible descriptive, prescriptive, or both?
Hell of course is a place, where most of us don't want to end up. However, along with trying to avoid being there we also tend to avoid discussing it. It is important to discuss where many of us might end up for eternity, but it is also important to choose wisely when and how we decide to talk about this place of eternal torment. Are we giving glory to God or are we just trying to promote fear (in the scary way)?
Why would God send people there? Does he send people there? Are we at all responsible for where we end up after we die? We hear the term Jesus saves quite a bit but what is he saving us from?
In this episode, we are joined by our friend and pastor of Church Two42, Craig Hamilton. We explore the human necessity of community as well as dive in to some areas of conflict between the current cultural climate and the church. Why should we go to church? Why would some of us might not be excited about going to church? What is the difference between spectating and participating? How might we be trying to fit God into our own narrative? Why are our relationships so important to us?
In part two of the Spiritual Discipline of Prayer episode, Christine and Rodney discuss how and when we should pray. How should our prayers be? Do we need to say a lot of words? Do they need to be short? How should we pray when we are in a big group? Should we be practicing discernment during these prayer groups? How can pride affect our prayer time?

What are "spiritual disciplines" and why are they important? Are they the same as good works? How often should we focus on these spiritual disciplines? Could these have any impact on our relationship with God?
In today's culture, we often hear words and phrases thrown around that can be harmful to ourselves and those around us. They may just seem like words that don't do any physical harm but perhaps they may be affecting us emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually.
It is not unusual for us to experience questions or even doubts about an. invisible God. However, should we go about handling these types of thoughts? Are there benefits to us having questions? Could they actually help us draw closer to the Bible?
Why does the path to heaven have to involve Jesus of Nazareth? We discuss the dilemma of evidence vs. experience as well as the prevalent idea of religious pluralism.
