Regardless of what you hear, read, or watch, I’m going to show you how to set your priorities in today's episode.
The common misconception about health is that more is better. I’ve fallen into this trap before as well, but the reality is that most individuals don’t need more than 30-minutes in the gym.
What you (and I need) are better habits with sleeping, eating, managing, and moving. These are the prerequisites to health. Consistent, daily habits in these four areas will reach most New Year Resolutions.

10 months ago, Brandon Judd was crippled by herniated discs. After falling out down one morning after getting out of bed, he went and visited his chiropractor. A couple of visits later, that chiropractor referred Brandon to us.
On Brandon's first day at RxFIT, he struggled to pick up an empty barbell off the ground due to back pain and restricted mobility.
