Ganga holds a deep knowledge and understanding of the effect of sound, voice, and vibration on the physical and energetic body.  We explore how she teaches people to understand and connect to their own voice and to use it as a powerful tool.

Many of us can find it difficult to verbally express our needs and desires.  It can stop us from speaking our truth or speaking for what we believe in, leaving us feeling frustrated, stressed and deflated. As a result, we can form blockages that inhibit us from living authentically or reaching our true potential.

Ganga's vision for “Singing the Self” is to empower women with the tools and inspiration to utilise their own voice as a source of wellness, confidence, vitality and freedom in their lives

Note: this conversation was recorded in Febrauary, 2020 prior to the COVID 19  epidemic. However, where the focus is not on strategies to support people through these difficult times, information and strategies in this podcast are very relevant for these times.

This episode explores how to focus on the things that matter most. Susan discusses how the brain uses different pathways and how they affect the way we function. She brings forward a challenge for us to reframe our perspective on what it means to always be busy, and how taking time for rest is a powerful remedy.
