We were designed to work. A meaningful occupation is an important component of a healthy lifestyle. This is just as true for people who are living with disabilities as it is for those who are not. Satisfying work makes us feel good about ourselves. It provides a sense of accomplishment, worth, and dignity. In this podcast we will explore this concept, especially as it pertains to people with disabilities. My vision is to bring in professionals, parents, and disabled adults. I will also share my experiences as an occupational therapist serving people of all ages. Let's get to work!
