Working with people requires an ability to meet them where they are in the moment you meet them. It's not a full representation, but every interaction can change these factors. When dealing with kids this can be compounded. There's so many factors in their day and development that affect where they are every day. Know this is important, and knowing how to manage that even more so.
Teaching, coaching, or instructing is a challenge. You don't know everything, and you certainly don't know everything when you start out. In this episode we talk about some strategies working with kids and how to approach those challenges.

There's a lot of noise out there. A lot of distraction. In fact, when you start something you're going to get a lot of opinions from people on what they feel is in your best interest. I've had this happen to me from the beginning and continues. I graciously take in the opinions, but I'm also steadfast in what I believe is the right move(s) for me and what I want to accomplish. Sometimes you just have to go your own way, even if you're the only one.
Marketing is such a vital component to building out your brand. However, there are some key things that people tend to forget as part of this process. We talk more about that and give some of our own examples in this episode.

When you talk about Floorball you can't hide from the comparison people make between it and hockey, or variations of hockey. In doing so people miss the point, miss the mark, and ultimately miss the opportunity to learn and experience something new.
We all have lessons to learn. Sometimes we bite off a bit more than we can choose. In the moment we're forced to act or get through the process. When we come out on the other side we've hopefully learned some lessons and have better knowledge to make better decisions going forward.
