The Maryland Constitutional Amendment that has been put on the ballot for the 2024 Presidential General Election obfuscates the intention of the bill by claiming it is an "abortion issue" and seeks to codify it for all time in our Constitution beyond the already existing bill that passed in 1991. The 1991 bill gave full access to abortion in Maryland for the full 9 months and beyond. The language of "prevent" and the nonspecific gender information in the current Amendment is broad and vague, allowing for expansion to cover transgender health. The outcome of the Amendment will be to destroy the fundamental expectations of God-given parental rights and deny basic informed consent of the parents and guardians to oversee the health and well-being of the children in their care.
Jen, Deborah and Shannon discuss the concerns and opposition to this far reaching and widely deceptive bill that intends to mislead the voters into believing this is "merely" an abortion amendment. The ballot states, "The proposed amendment confirms an individual's fundamental right to reproductive freedom including but not limited to the ability and effectuate decisions to prevent, continue, or end the individual's pregnancy, and provides the state may not, directly or indirectly, deny, burden, or abridge the right unless justified by a compelling State interest achieved by the least restrictive means."
Two important points to mention are that the ballot language attempts to guide voters as it states "confirms", yet there is nothing to confirm, in order to encourage a "yes. In fact, there is nothing to confirm, only to choose yes or no, and we strongly urge you to just Vote "NO!"
Further it asserts a new "right" but leaves out any mention of gender specifically for women, pregnancies and choices associated with being pregnant and the health of the mom and the unborn. So this Amendment will not protect children due to the broad language of "reproductive health" that tends to open the gates up to the transgender movement. Additionally, Parental Rights will be "reassigned" to strangers or non-family members. The Health care system and medical providers offering reassignment treatments are huge beneficiaries of this reassignment industry. The process of medical care through reassignment treatments, surgeries and services can cost up to $800,000 per patient over a lifetime.
This Amendment language may obligate taxpayers to pay for "Gender Reassignment" treatments and services. The children may be led to choose irreversible disfiguration and mutilation, sanctioned by the government and hidden from parents, and may be subject to a lifetime of mental health issues. All this can result in catastrophic, long-term health and wellness issues for the child after stripping Parental Rights. This is unconstitutional, immoral and unethical and MUST NOT PASS. Please VOTE "NO".

Kate provides an update on final Maryland Scorecard of election violations in excess of 85,000. She breaks down numbers for 2020 and 2022 and identifies the cause of the violations due to the excessive ballot boxes put into effect then expanded by Governor Hogan. Kate also is adamant that the voter roles must be cleaned up from dead people, wrong addresses, multiple entries due to typos in names, and other issues.
Vince covers the actual election numbers for 2022 that demonstrate in 17 counties that Cox was ahead of Governor Moore significantly until the mail in ballots were counted.
It is quite possible that the outcomes of MD congressional race CD6 and other county and Maryland legislature races would have been different across the state had these election violations noted on the Scorecard not have occurred. Elections have consequences and the outcomes have resulted in Kirwan blueprint for education being fully funded on the backs of MD taxpayers as well as increases in property taxes, income taxes, energy rates and minimum wage, all causing a devastating blow to Marylanders and specifically small and large businesses across the state.

Bill revealed inaccuracies in the recent Bureau of Labor & Statistics December Jobs Report and the over reporting in 11 out of 12 months of nearly 500,000 jobs added. The Biden jobs report is obfuscating the facts to We the People, Wall Street and the business sectors.
We also covered the costs of education as about 50% of most jurisdictional budgets and the exorbitant cost of the “Blueprint for Education” (Kirwan Plan) on Maryland taxpayers as well as the early bump in minimum wage (one year early) by the legislature and Governor Moore. This additional wage cost along with the recent energy increase will result in significant financial burdens on business and will ultimately hurt small and large businesses in Maryland and the country.

Discussion covers the political tendency to gain and assert power by elected officials. We cover the importance of restoring the power to the people and minimizing the control that government has through budget, Judicial politics and agency decrees by non elected officials. The initiative to amend the Constitution of the United States to eliminate the possibility of packing the court and manipulating the court system for political purposes is proposed to be a simple amendment that reads:
"The Supreme Court of the United States Shall be Composed of Nine Justices"
For 150 years the tradition has been to maintain nine Supreme Court Justices. However, with the weaponization of the Judicial System, the Courts, and the Soros installed prosecutors, it is more important than ever to enshrine the Nine Justices as the law of the land in the Constitution to avoid politicization and weaponization of the Supreme Court to do the bidding of politicians instead of upholding the Constitution without prejudice.

Doug Mastriano (R-33), chair of the Senate Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will host a hearing Thursday, Feb. 23, at 10 a.m., at the Community College of Beaver County, located at 1 Campus Drive in Monaca, to gather testimony about the Feb. 3 derailment of a Norfolk Southern train carrying toxic chemicals near the Pennsylvania border.
The hearing will focus on the emergency response to the train derailment and subsequent controlled chemical burn. It will also feature testimony from concerned residents.

Discussion covers early ballot counting and the opportunity for fraud to occur during the tabulation of votes. Currently ballots can be issued, acquired and submitted by mail, online downloads, and can be faxed or mailed in creating an opportunity for corruption to occur within the election system. This process could result in suspicious and possibly illegal activity that changes the outcome of the election.
A precise and untainted vote counting process is a critical component to maintaining a fraud-free election process. The chain of custody of votes is broken when they separate the ballot from the identity of the voter. This essentially "spoils" the vote, making it impossible to challenge the veracity of the vote later.

Draza Smith is a computer engineer with two master’s degrees, in electrical engineering and in computer engineering. She completed her doctoral work in computer engineering, and awaits defense of her PhD dissertation. She has worked for Sandia National Labs focusing on Cyber and Grid Security.
She explored the 2020 election count data from The New York Times (supplied mostly by Edison Research, with additions by The Associated Press) which shows the proportion of ballots voting for each candidate as the results came in, batch by batch. Her investigations indicate that results in many states may potentially be being manipulated or controlled via a computer algorithm.
She believes the algorithm has been programmed to achieve a specific percentage of votes in each location, adjusting the votes up or down during the count in order to reach that target. She likens this algorithm to that of a “PID Controller”, or a car’s cruise control, where, after a specific target speed has been set, the car’s engine adjusts up or down to reach that target. She identified several cases where the target was adjusted mid-way through the ballot counting process (potentially based on the results in other states, such as after Florida was announced as a win for Trump) and it appears that all batches following this adjustment show a shift in the results as the algorithm now aims for the new target value.

Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick Police officer and former member of the House of Delegates is running again. Bill Folden has filed run as a Republican in the 4th District. He served at a Delegate for District 3B from 2015-2019.
Folden says he’s concerned about police reform bills passed by the 2021 General Assembly which could make it more difficult for police officers to do their jobs. “When we got law enforcement officers that we want to defund, they want to take money away from. We don’t have the tools that we need currently. And we can’t be in a position to provide services to the community that we all love with even less,” he says.
Calls for police reform began last year following the death of George Floyd at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer, which was captured and video and posted l on line where it went viral. . That sparked demonstrations all over the country, and calls to defund the police.
The police officer involved in Floyd’s death, Derek Chauvin, was convicted, and sentenced to more than 22-ears in prison.
The police reform bills past in 2021 by the Maryland Legislature repeal the Law Enforcement Officer’s Bill of Rights, call for a statewide policy on the use of force and limit the use of no-knock warrants. They also expand public access to records in police disciplinary cases, and require all police departments to use body cameras by July, 2025.

Doug Mastriano is a combat veteran and the son of a career US Navy man. He is an Eagle Scout and worked as a paperboy, janitor, security guard, short-order cook, pizza delivery person and dishwasher. Doug was commissioned in the U.S. Army in 1986 and served on the Iron Curtain with the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment in West Germany. While serving along the East German and Czechoslovakian borders, he witnessed the end of the Cold War and thereafter deployed to Iraq for Operation Desert Storm (1991) to liberate Kuwait. His regiment led the attack against Saddam’s elite Republican Guard forces. Doug went on to serve in Washington, DC, the 3rd Infantry Division and US Army Europe. After 9/11, Mastriano was the lead planner for the operation to invade Iraq via Turkey. He served four years with NATO and deployed three times to Afghanistan. Mastriano was the director of NATO’s Joint Intelligence Center in Afghanistan, leading 80 people from 18 nations. On his own initiative, Doug led seven relief operations to help Afghan orphans. He completed his career as a Professor of the U.S. Army War College (PAWC), Carlisle, PA, and taught Strategic Studies at the Master Degree level to the next generation of senior leaders.
Mastriano is a Doctor of History (PhD) and has four master’s degrees: Strategy, Strategic Intelligence, Military Operations, and Airpower. He earned a BA from Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania and was the alumnus of the year in 2009. He led the search to locate where America’s greatest WW I hero, Alvin York, received the Medal of Honor and led the construction of a three mile trail, with two monuments and nine markers in the Argonne Forest of France. He published 30 articles on strategy and historic topics and authored the book Alvin York: A New Biography of the Hero of the Argonne which received four awards. His new book, Thunder in the Argonne is the first to tell the complete story of America’s largest battle, the 1918 Meuse-Argonne Campaign. Doug’s next book, Pershing’s Lieutenants, was just released and is an edited work that focuses on the leadership style of American officers in the First World War.
Mastriano has appeared on Tucker Carlson, C-Span, numerous national radio programs (John Batchelor Show, Eric Metaxas Show) and on Fox Business with Stuart Varney. He retired from the U.S. Army in November 2017 after 30 years of active duty as a Colonel. In 2018, he was a candidate for Pennsylvania’s 13th U.S. Congressional District, where he overwhelmingly won Franklin and Fulton Counties and placed 3rd (of 8 candidates) in Adams and Cumberland Counties.
Doug is married to Rebecca (Stewart), whose ancestors settled this region of Pennsylvania in 1732. Rebecca was a chaplain with Marketplace Ministries at Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe. Their son Josiah is a graduate of Liberty University, and an Eagle Scout, Canadian Chief Scout and recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards.

Robert Popper joined Judicial Watch in September 2013 as a senior attorney and directs Judicial Watch’s voting integrity efforts. Dr. Brenda J. Thiam is a passionate special educator of nearly 25 years. Her fondest memories are of teaching students who have autism. She is originally from North Carolina, but chose to move to Hagerstown, by way of other cities, so that her family could have a better quality of life. Dr. Thiam comes from humble beginnings of being raised by a single mother of five children, no heat in her childhood home, and living in the projects during her high school years. She set high but attainable goals for herself because her mother required it. As a Delegate, Dr. Thiam is ready to work with and alongside the Hagerstown Mayor, its City Council and its citizens as we all embark upon a prosperous, safe, and healthy future for Hagerstown. She is Maryland’s first female Black Republican state legislator in the House of Delegates. Dr. Thiam was appointed by Gov. Larry Hogan to represent a district in Washington County and western Maryland to replace a former delegate who was appointed to the state Senate.

Shannon Wright was born at the height of the 20th Century Civil Rights movement. Many of these experiences went into shaping who Shannon has become today, because of the way her family taught her the lessons they learned. Shannon saw her own family’s progression from living in the projects, to a co-op, to home ownership – this path in her life has given her a unique perspective into the good and the bad of welfare, the distribution of wealth, and equality versus equity. She knows where people are, where some have moved from, and how it impacts communities and interactions between the diverse communities within the city. Our comprehensive services to victims of sexual violence include supporting survivors of sex trafficking. Heartly House serves as a co-chair of the Frederick County Human Trafficking Response Team, where we facilitate training and education to various audiences on human trafficking. The collaborative work of the response team allows us to be part of the prevention of and trauma-informed response to trafficking incidences in Frederick.
