• Praise Update: Our final step is in process! The city is currently reviewing our As Built drawings!
PRAY: Please pray that our drawings would be approved, and we would get the CO the week of 3/18!

• Praise Update: Punchlist developed by the Building Committee and Cosco is actively being worked on. The turf is down on the playground! We passed our HVAC commissioning review, and the agreed upon “fire panel integration” with the fire marshal (which was key to us passing our fire inspection) is over halfway complete!

• Please pray with us that the “As built drawings” for the site work will be submitted to the city this week and approved quickly.
• We ask you to pray with us for the baptistry leak to be fixed quickly and pass upcoming “leak test” so that tiling can start!
• Join us in praying for the playground, patio, and “play area” between the Preschool and Ed building to be completed quickly.

• Praise Update: The final kids mural has begun. Our last carpentry work has been completed, and cleaning for the Grand Opening has started!

• Praise Update: The playground is being worked on, and the patio is almost finished! Teams are being trained and getting ready for the Grand Opening.

• There’s been a delay in the Fire Inspection. Please pray with us that it will be resolved.
• We ask you to pray with us for the CO to be issued next week, the week of 1/8/24

• Praise Update: The playground and patio are being finished! The AVL system is operational, and the initial training is complete. The cleaning process is being started to get ready for opening!

• There’s been a delay in the fire alarm inspection. Please pray with us that it will be resolved and for the inspection to be scheduled for 12/28.

• Praise Update: The first sound and light check is done, and it sounds and looks great! More furniture has arrived, so almost all of our pieces are onsite. The Audio Visual company have started training staff and volunteers on the new system.

• Praise Update: We passed our Electrical Inspection! Our final Mechanical Inspection is set for Monday, December 4. The Fire Alarm consolidation is taking place and ahead of schedule. There is more furniture arriving daily.

• Please pray that our turn lane will be rescheduled to be resurfaced quickly.
• Our Audio Visual Lighting company has work to complete, please pray that it can be completed quickly!
• We ask you to pray with us for our playground and patio to be completed by 12/9.

• Praise Update: Finish carpentry is scheduled to be completed before Thanksgiving! Also before Thanksgiving, the final “clean up” of the choir room will be complete! Great progress is also being made on the Fire Alarm consolidation.

• Praise Update: The city is working through many of our inspections now. We have measurements for our final countertops, and almost all of the baseboards have been installed!

• Our turn lane will be resurfaced soon, please pray that it is approved on November 16th.
• We ask you to pray with us for the scheduling and passing of the fire inspection before November 24th.
• Our Audio Visual Lighting company is working on installation. Please pray with us that they are able to finish their installation work by 11/24.

• Praise Update: The AC is ready for inspection. The Dairy Road sign lights are fixed (don’t miss them when you drive by in the evenings). The Acoustical panel team is AHEAD of schedule!

• Praise Update: The parking lot lights were finally connected to the new transformer and they are on! They look great, next time you drive by at night be sure to look.

• The date for the kids theming company did not hold. Please pray that God will send the right workers at the right time to complete this project.
• A huge prayer request is that the task of connecting the fire alarm systems between our pre-existing building and the new building would be completed soon.
• We are still waiting on approval for our turn lane, please pray that progress would be made soon
• Pray that the date for our “sound panel subcontractor” to return to complete their work will hold

• Praise Update: We have a date set for the kids theming install! Please pray that the date will hold and that the workers will come to install all of the new kids theming.

• The parking lot lights to get connected to the new transformer that was installed by FPL. We hit another hitch in the road on this part of the project, please pray that God will bring the right workers at the right time to get this work done.
• We are still waiting for the AC adjustment requiring a crane to take place, please pray that everything goes well.
• We are still waiting on approval for our turn lane, please pray that progress would be made soon
• Pray that the date for our “sound panel subcontractor” to return to complete their work will hold
• Progress is being made on our new playground! Please pray that the weather will continue to be favorable for completing this project quickly.

• PRAISE: FPL came this Tuesday, September 19 to install the transformer we needed for the parking lot. This is a HUGE praise!
• While FPL did come to install the transformer, we are still waiting on another team from FPL to come connect the parking lot lights to the transformer.
• We are still needing a lot of prayer for the county to approve the turn lane
• We are still waiting for a date to be set for our Kids theming company to come install all of the kids theming

We’ve prayed a lot for this parking lot and it is looking good! As good as it looks, we still can’t park in it yet… We’ve tried submitting to the city and governing authorities to request authorization to use the parking lot and at this time they have asked us to wait until the building is complete.
