What’s up ya’ll, M Glad & Spurlock here! We are huge fans of real estate, sports, and empowering people with information. REIT Ball creates a fun platform to explore our interests while providing insightful real estate market and investment ideas in a unique and entertaining way. Think of a world where Fantasy League had a baby with Wall Street. REIT Ball caters to the broader audience (“Main Street”) interested in real estate but may assume it is too expensive and out of reach for them. We will do a deep exploration of REITs, also know as, Real Estate Investment Trusts, arguably one of the most powerful (but less popular) real estate investment options available for everyone. What makes us worth listening to? Our love for sports and obsession with trying to make investment education less dreadful for the masses. Additionally, we have over a decade of investing in public and private markets and management of affluent client assets, personal investment successes, and failures, as well as, some other boring credentials.
