Hiawatha Church
In our ninth episode, we interview our new intern! Jess Haagenson has lead our Mom's Ministry for almost two years and has just started an internship with Hiawatha this past January. We get to hear Jess' story of how Jesus opened her eyes to the gospel, brought her to Hiawatha, and called her to minister to moms both inside and outside of our church as well as what God's been teaching her recently.
In our eighth episode, we interview our latest hire! Jonah Traaseth is our Men's Ministry Leader and Outreach Coordinator. We get to hear his personal story, hear about the vision behind our Men's Ministry and our corporate quarterly events where we serve our city, and hear about what the Spirit is teaching him recently.
In our seventh episode, we interview our Lead Pastor Chris Wachter! We get to hear his personal story as well as that of Hiawatha Church's inception and some of what God has done the past 15 years! We also get his insight into what the Spirit is doing within our city and church and why gospel ministry will never become irrelevant.
In our sixth episode, we interview our Counseling Director! We get to hear her story, learn about our incredible counseling ministry at Hiawatha, and hear about how the gospel and Christian community can bring great hope and healing to everyone, including those with mental health, relational, and spiritual challenges.
In our fifth episode, we interview our Youth Ministry Leaders: Tyler Howard and Leah Reist! We get to hear their stories, learn about their roles of gathering and discipling youth at Hiawatha while having a LOT of fun, and get some great insight into what God's been teaching them recently.
In our fourth episode, we interview our Women's Ministry Leader Leah Miller! We get to hear her story, learn about her role of gathering and equipping women at Hiawatha (among many other things), and get some great insight into what God's been teaching her recently.
In our third episode, we interview our Kid's Ministry Leader Maren Warren! We get to hear her story and how Jesus saved her here at Hiawatha, about the heart behind our Kid's Ministry, and learn what God's been teaching and showing her these past few months through suffering.
Leah Miller and Emily Kleiber interview our Community Life Pastor and ask him about his testimony, some of the history of our church, what hope he's seeing in our city and church, and much more.
