God is the kindest person you will ever meet in your life. He's so good, that he answers even the smallest of prayers - the ones that are so small you might be forgiven for thinking they don't even count as thoughts let alone prayers. If that sounds too good to be true, we’ve got a bunch of stories from the Bible, our own life and even give you a 5 step process to partnering with the goodness of God.

Less of an episode, more of an update - what a crazy seven days it has been! Thank you for all of your love, support and encouragement. It's wild to say... but we adopted a baby!
Not sure where to even begin with this episode! Hilariously outdated moments after recording, this episode attempts to chronicle last week while we couldn’t have understood what was coming this week. On this episode we talk about the importance of process, the beauty of community and why sometime you just have to do things scared. We’ll add the show notes later, listen to the episode to find out why!
Goodness gracious. We've had a crazy week in the Jones household and it's been quite the rollercoaster! How crazy you ask? Well we’re adopting a baby in three weeks - and that’s not even the crazy bit! Come aboard and we'll tell you all about it. This is a different episode than normal, but it’s one of our favorites so far. 🙌

So this is a fun one. It's called five things we didn't know about marriage and it's each of us talking about - you guessed it - five things we didn't know about marriage. We've tagged this one explicit, but only because we talk a little bit about sex at the end of the episode - not enough to make anyone blush, but more than enough that if you've got kids listening they might ask questions!

Dr. Chip Dodd is a feelings expert. He literally wrote the book on it. For the past 10 episodes we've explored what he wrote in his breakthrough book, "The Voice of the Heart". This week we were thrilled to sit down and ask him your questions on feelings. Join us on this wonderful, meandering conversation with a brilliant man with a beautiful soul!

Books mentioned in this episode:
- Voice of the Heart

So we've talked about all 8 feelings. Now what? Well that's precisely what this episode is all about.

Ask Dr. Chip a question
And we're back to talk about gladness - the feeling everyone wants to feel! However, there's some fine print to feeling glad which is why so few people truly do! Tune in to find out why.
Out of all of the 8 feelings, this one is the most straightforward to talk about, probably because it's the one that we're so familiar with given the human condition. So here it is: guilt.
Out of all the feelings, this was the one that had the most impact on our understanding of ourselves. On this week’s episode we unpack why shame is actually a blessing (something that would previously been an anathema to our thinking), leads to a glorious gift and has two fairly horrible impairments. As a bonus: we breakdown an argument we had last week and show how shame played a role in it.
Fear is not as scary as we've been led to believe. This week we talk about the gifts and impairments (plural!) found in fear. Also we discover wrestling!
This week has given us plenty to be angry about and on this episode Alyn gets to demonstrate what anger looks like, AJ tells you what the gift is and we get to explore all sorts of misunderstandings regarding what is - and isn't - anger.
This week we talk about sadness. Not sadness as a concept, but our own sadness and what we’ve done with it in the past and how that’s worked out for us. We also talk about reconciling sadness with the goodness of God. Recorded after a week of deep sadness, we love how this turned out. Let us know what you think!
This week we’ve had proper sleep so we’re on our A-game. Sort of. We talk all about the feeling of loneliness which is the feeling that as humans we try to avoid the most. We talk about the gift that’s found in the feeling of lonely and most importantly update you on the celebrity world of Animal Crossing.
Last week we started our journey into discovering more about our feelings. This week we tackle the topic of hurt. Let’s just say, we start rowdy and it only gets more glorious.
We're in the middle of a global pandemic. Everyone you know - including yourself - is going to have feelings. Denying them won't help, but this podcast will! We're starting a 9 week series on feelings and why they are a gift from God. This episode is the primer for the rest of the series. Buckle up and get your feels on!
It only took a global pandemic to get us podcasting again. Let's get reacquainted and connected. And what do we have here? Video? It’s like podcast Christmas! Watch or listen: it’s your choice.
Just in time for your drive home from Thanksgiving. This week we talk about our thanksgiving traditions (which we just created), what we’re thankful for and explore the reasons why there’s been no episodes recently. For non US listeners we apologize for all the US centric holiday talk. Don’t be put off, there’s still some gold in here.
We went as a family to visit The Holy Land. It was quite the adventure. In this nearly hour long episode we talk about what it was like to be there, what we saw and what we came home with. If you are a patron, the video version of this episode is replete with photos and videos of our time there.
It seems like we hit a nerve on the topic of feelings so we thought we’d revisit it once again! This week Alyn talks about his journey into therapy and the benefits of being in touch with your heart.
Our beloved pastor, Jeff Dollar, joins us this week to talk about his new book, Letting Go of the Need to be Right. We talk about why it’s so hard to say sorry, why we often refuse to let go of being right even when we know we’re wrong and one of the keys to breakthrough.
We’ve just come off of a weekend intensive on feelings and AJ has some to share. Despite her sore throat and a long week, AJ talks about her experience of group therapy and learning to connect to her heart. Feelings are good, we just have to learn to love them.
Danny & Sheri Silk are known around the world for their books Loving Our Kids on Purpose and Keep Your Love On. They are part of the senior leadership team at Bethel Church in Redding, California. This week we sat them down to play the dating game, and seek out their wisdom for new parents, new grandparents, navigating change and what 40 years of history with Bill Johnson has been like.
The Toronto Blessing happened in 1994. 25 years ago the Holy Spirit visited this little church at the end of a runway in power and changed millions of lives around the world. This week AJ is back from the 25 year anniversary celebration and spills the beans on her visit there. Also, an update on the important topic of touching while sleeping.
Vision is essential for life. Without vision we get despondent and discouraged real quick. This week we talk about how to get a vision and what to do with it once you have one. Welcome to 2019 - your best year yet!
Our final episode in the back to basics series is all about giving! This episode we talk about God’s design for giving, how to partner with his design and why we’re often so reluctant to give.
Authority gets a bad rap, but it’s one of God’s greatest gift to us. This week we invite David Campbell, a leader to leaders, onto the podcast and ask him questions regarding authority plus it’s our 10 year anniversary in the United States of America!
One of the basics of the Kingdom of God and following Jesus is healing the sick. It’s something Jesus modeled for us here on earth and something he expects his followers to do. On this week’s episode we talk about our experiences with learning to heal the sick, some of the things that get in the way and answer a listener’s question about the goodness of God.
An essential part of the Holy Spirit’s work in our lives is making us more like Jesus. This work, sometimes called sanctification, includes inner healing. On this week’s episode we talk about where inner haling is found in the Bible and talk about some of the ways it’s benefited our lives.
Continuing our Back to Basics series, this week we talk about the importance of the church in helping us mature as Christians. We take a peak at what happens when we stop attending church and AJ drops some hip-hop magic.
One of the keys to a fruitful life is getting good at forgiveness. For something so important, it’s amazingly difficult to do. This week we talk about the rewards that come from forgiving others and AJ gets the opportunity to do so live as Alyn confesses to a heinous crime.
The Father’s love is the foundation of our faith. Because of God’s love Jesus died for us. Sadly, many Christians forget about the love of God and move straight to performance. This week we talk about our entrance into understanding the love of God.
It’s hard to be in relationship with someone you can’t hear speak to you. In this episode we talk about how we learned to hear God’s voice and give you the same four keys we were given to get you on the road to hearing God speak to you.
Ever wonder the purpose of pain? Or how sorrow fits into friendship with God? On this week’s episode, author and speaker Dr. Jack Deere sits down and talks about a life filled with pain and tragedy and how it ultimately led him to friendship with God.
In episode 2 of the Back to Basics series we are talking about the Holy Spirit with our friend Steve Long. Steve is the senior leader of Catch the Fire Toronto and has 25 years experience of ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit. Learn how to get more of Holy Spirit as Steve prays a prayer of impartation.
We're back! This time with a new 10 part series called "Back to Basics". On this episode we'll give you five steps to help you read, understand and apply the Bible better in your life. This week's listener's question is all about the "Law of Attraction".
Throughout the scriptures we are encouraged to "remember" what God has done. In our lives we are served well when we look back at all God has done. On this week's episode we talk about the importance of building our own personal history with God.
The best kind of prayer is answered prayer. This week we talk through praying apostolic prayers and leave you with four tips to strengthen your prayer life. Also, one of us had a birthday.
We've all got stuff to do. And somehow we get it done. This week we talk about a better way of getting stuff done. From two people with healthy to-do lists, here's the behind the scenes secret of how we live and get stuff done.
This week's guest is one of the finest men you could ever hope to meet. Blake is a brilliant thinker and we invited him to answer a listener's question about self promotion and marketing. Listen as Blake talks about why sales, marketing and promotion don't have to be slimy.
This is so important, it's our second episode on the same topic! This week we talk about one of the founding principles of our life and killer dolphins.
Allow us to introduce you to our friend Quinn. This is one man's story of traveling thousands of miles to get more of God. From an intellectual faith protected by cynicism to an abandoned encounter with the Father Heart of God, Quinn and Alyn go on a 20 year journey in just over an hour.
Our life is ruled by our expectations. This week we talk about why it's important to have good ones.
Recorded on Mother's Day, we started thinking about parenting and what it means to be a parent. This week we talk about challenges, joys, things we wish we knew and other related parenting topics. Plus a keto review and a discussion on Chacos.
This week we answer a listener's question, "What is a heart of stone?" Find out how this defense mechanism is actually causing trouble in our life, often while we think it's helpful and learn how to dismantle it. WARNNG: AJ does a "Scottish" accent in this episode (repeatedly).
Sure this week's title is a little wordy but if you're in the midst of transition, you'll be happy just to hear someone talk about it! Whether it's a good or bad transition we've got some things to help you make the most of your time in flux.
Stillness is so important in our modern-day crazy-paced life. This week we share with you 5 keys to cultivating stillness in your life. (Camping and Breath of the Wild in master mode too.)
Recorded on Easter Sunday we take a moment to reflect on the awesomeness of Jesus's resurrection and what it means for those who don't know Christ and those who do. That and death and taxes.
Have you ever noticed that some seasons of your life go slow and there seems to be no upgrades, no change and no progress? But then you hear of other people with amazing stories to tell and it seems like God did things in an instant? Yeah? Well we explain why in this episode.
And we're back... kind of. This week's episode we catchup on our last two weeks and answer listeners' questions on spiritual warfare and list our the top five books that have impacted our lives.
This week we talk about how to get into the presence of God - literally - with like a three step process. Also we talk about three things that help and two things that hinder the presence of the Lord... and Alyn teaches the kids about the facts of life.
We've been reflecting on the life of Billy Graham. In light of his passing we've been thinking about what it looks like to live a laid down life of sacrifice for God. That and how to parent pre-school children.
For such a controversial topic, this is a pretty straightforward episode. We share our journey to speaking in tongues, pray for you to receive the gift of tongues and talk about Alyn's parenting fail (several of them).
This week we talk about five things that have changed our prayer life for the good. Plus tacos, Zelda and video stuff.
Jesus paid for a lot more than we are living with. With so many Christians confused about what to do with feelings, this week we turn our attention to the importance of allowing our hearts to be healed.
This week, we're doing a good ol' fashioned Bible study! AJ takes us through some of her favorite passages in the book of Romans, meanwhile Alyn buys a Windows PC!
Hope is in short demand so this week we talk about the biblical pathway toward it (caution: it's not pretty), answer a question about tithing on the gross or the net and talk children's ministry resources. Also, it's our wedding anniversary!
Easily the nerdiest episode yet. Join us for the first episode of the year where Alyn can't believe the transformation AJ's gone through, we talk about the need for hope and answer a listener's question about financial declarations. But mostly we talk Zelda (note: some slight spoilers included).
Because AJ's sick this week, we've departed from our regular programming, but fear not we have a pretty cute replacement and a whole teaching on dreams.
It's hard for us to comprehend that we've got this far in and haven't recorded an episode on the kindness of God, but to our shock we hadn't. Consider this our efforts to correct that oversight.
This week we're helping you get ready for Christmas shopping. Here's a list of our ten very favorite things from this year that you or a loved one may like for Christmas. Life tested in the Jones household and given two thumbs up, this should help narrow your gift list and empty your wallet at the same time.
Whenever we try and start something new, we're always bombarded with voices trying to talk us out of it. This week we talk about where they come from, how to get rid of them and the most important thing when starting something new.
This week we talk about an exceptional spirit, what it is, what it looks like and perhaps how to have one. That and AJ gets one year older.
This week our friends Sam & Tink join us to talk about the beauty of serving, pursuing your destiny and just generally drop bits of wisdom here and there. Also, AJ gets her iPhone X and it's birthday celebrations for a little boy.
A lot happened since we last talked: new iPhones, new Mario game and the Heaven Declares conference. We kidnapped our friends Gary & Sarah Morgan and asked them to talk about their School of Prophets - a brilliant online school for those who want to learn to prophesy.
We take a lighter approach to podcasting this week. A.J. picks the topic and asks, "What are your three favorite things about each season?" Needless to say, our answers barely stay on topic.
The gap between where you are now and where you want to be will always be with you, so you may as well learn to master the fine art of living there well. That's our main topic, but we also talk about La Croix flavored water.
We sometimes think love is communicated automatically, yet that's not the case. This week we talk about the five love languages and how each one can be used to strengthen connection in our relationships. Plus we all go camping.
It turns out that we have wildly different experiences while fasting. This week we talk about how to get started fasting, the benefits that come with it and Alyn falls more in love with AJ because of Nintendo.
Moving from one season to another often isn't as smooth as we'd like. This week we look at how God prepares us to move into blessing while ensuring that good doesn't become the worst enemy of best. Also, AJ meets Superman.
Nobody is immune from being discouraged. Some of the greatest men and women in the Bible and in history have had navigate disappointment. This week our friend Alaina Stratton joins us to share her story of finding the gold by navigating disappointment well.
We all have to make decisions - it's a part of life. But making decisions you won't regret comes with maturity. This week we talk about decision making from both a married and single perspective. Plus a review of our listeners' feedback.
This week we discuss direction, why it seems so elusive for some and how to find it for your life. AJ gives us an update on her Volt & Ink planner and Alyn talks prophetic words and other stuff.
Learning how to steward the prophetic words you've received is vital for growth in the spirit. Too many people delay what God's trying to accomplish either by ignoring their words, forcing their words or fast tracking their words. This week we give you 7 things to help steward the prophecies over your life. Also: snake update!
This week we offer 5 practical keys to reducing stress in your life. We answer a question about five fold ministry and we nearly forgot something but went back in time and made it alright.
To achieve anything in life, endurance is necessary. Good thing endurance comes from God then!. This week we talk about things that help us cultivate endurance in our lives, catch up on AJ's trip to California and bonus: we have snake!
Most of us have to work to live. It would be a shame to never get to live life because we're too busy working. This week we talk about some simple things we can do to balance the responsibilities of life while ensuring we enjoy the rewards of life. Also, why AJ doesn't speak French and Alyn ate the most flavorful meal of his life.
We're fresh off of vacation. Back from Disney ready to pick up the podcast trail once again. This week we talk about the importance of remaining life long learners and share some hints we've picked up along the way.
The transformation we're looking for starts with our thinking. This week we talk about how to identify orphan thinking, answer questions on soaking, anointing and inner healing. And we're off on vacation so we'll be back in two weeks time.
Yes, sorry, horrible title. But in all honesty, we do have a lot to catchup on. This week we bring you up to speed on the last few weeks, talk about Alyn vs the toad, Alyn's birthday and AJ's plants. It's more listenable than this description sounds, we promise.
It's staggering to think that some Christians today are questioning the Bible's reliability. This week, we tune into Alyn's introductory lesson from his "Beginners Guide to Theology" course where the topic of biblical infallibility comes up. If that sounds difficult or boring, trust us, it's neither. Tune in and have a listen.
Sickness, funeral planning, birthday celebration, kitchen painting and a wedding. It's been one of those weeks. Plus AJ teaches on Esther.
A different podcast this week. We had some sad news, which has taken us on a detour. Don't worry, we'll bounce back, but for now, here's a message on cynicism and a much better Kingdom alternative.
Jesus paid a price for our lives to be transformed, yet many Christians are living with way below what Jesus paid for. On this week's episode, we interview 6 guests - all graduates of the School of Supernatural Life to find out what happened to them when they came to the school and how their lives are different now that they've left. Have a listen, we know you'll be encouraged.
Oh boy, do we have an episode for you! Our dear friend, Gary Morgan joins us this week to give us a behind-the-scenes look at prophetic ministry. Fresh after ministering at Grace Center, Gary sits down and goes through each word of knowledge he got that morning. From dates of birth to first names, nick names and last names, this is a rare insight into the mind of a prophet.
If you've got questions about how to handle your own weakness or the weaknesses of others, trusting God, spouses that play video games for too long, having kids when you're older or the difference between hard work and striving, boy do we have a podcast for you. If not, we've got a great story of AJ scaring the living snot out of Alyn. So... something for everyone this week!
Our friends, marriage experts, inner healing specialists and all round good guys Mike & Phyllis Best stopped by to talk healthy relationships. These guys are the real deal. They spend their life ministering to people who feel stuck and specialize in marriages. Join us on this special episode to get all you need about marriage.
Last week we talked about how to confront, this week we talk about how to receive confrontation. We talk through a four step process to help you become the easiest person to confront and talk through three things that usually trip us up.
One of the most paralyzing fears we have in relationships is the fallout of confrontation. This week we talk about the value of confrontation, how to - you know - actually confront a loved one and when not to do so. Also, we're hoping AJ has a green thumb, and not a black one.
We're married, we live together and we work together. That requires a whole bunch of coordination and division of roles. This week we talk about our strengths, our weaknesses and how we manage them. Plus listeners' questions about soaking music, inner healing and raising toddlers.
Jessie Early: voice of a thousand angels. If you've ever been to emanate or at Grace Center while Jessie's leading worship, you'd know it. But behind the worship leader is a wonderful friend, a beloved wife, an accomplished singer/songwriter, creative whirlwind and independent artist in the truest sense of the words. On the week of the release of her new EP - Wild Honey - we sat down with Jessie and asked her a wide range of questions from how she arrived at Grace Center, to the creative process of making Wild Honey to the most important one: "What's your favorite Peter Gabriel song?". Thank you Jessie, we love you! Enjoy.
Simple devotion to Christ. It's what the Christian walk is all about, yet somewhere we get it all a little confused. Alyn gets his Barry White on in this episode so it's a little shorter than normal.
Obedience has such negative connotations, and yet one of the greatest joys of walking with God is getting to obey a wonderful king. This week we explore why that is and AJ shares her love of the Spanish language and talks knives.
Wow, there's a cheery title for you, right? This week we try and tackle some of the things related to backsliding. We're asking for help on understanding this topic but we present our best thinking so far. That and how to prepare yourself to not backslide in the future. Also, MJ has questions about our night life.
The brilliance of hindsight is that it allows us to learn from what God has done, to prepare us for what he's doing. In this episode we talk about lessons we've learned when we've stopped to reflect on God's ways.
This week we're talking having kids. How they're made (not really but kind of), how to raise them, the best thing and hardest thing about being a working mom, all that sort of stuff. If you don't have kids yet, you'll still love this episode because we talk life before kids too. Explicit tag because we do talk a little bit about sex and if you have little ones listening we want you to be able to pick the time to answer their questions about sex!
In response to a listener's question we talk about the art of negotiation. Learn the four basic steps of negotiating anything. Also AJ has a new party trick that involves rooms spinning and crazy eyes. Good times.
Nuggets of wisdom? Please, this week it's nuggets of trivia. Alyn's top five songs he knows all the words to, that one time AJ met Tom Cruise, what makes Alyn feel at rest, AJ's kryptonite that nobody knows about? It's all here in this week's episode of Keeping Up With The Joneses.
We tried to have our friends Ben & Sarah Jackson on this week, but it was too hot in the studio. So instead you have to settle for just us, talking about blessing and all the controversy the topic brings with it. Plus we go bed shopping and watch Arrival.
This week we talk about longevity. Specifically, why is it some people move forward with God and others, well, not so much. This week's listener's question: what advice would you give for people starting a podcast?
This week Dann Farrelly, the associate pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California joins us to talk about a ton of stuff. Topics include Bill Johnson's arrival at Bethel, manifestations of the Holy Spirit, the price you pay for future glory and a whole bunch of wisdom about stepping into your prophetic words despite the crazy journey it may entail.
Recorded while celebrating our 12 year anniversary, we reflect on life as a married couple and the things that have helped us stay married. We also reveal a surprising thing, our favorite thing and the most challenging thing about being married to each other. Plus movies with old people, Alyn goes outdoors and how to evade shark and alligator attacks.
Our first episode of 2017! We catch up on 3 weeks of radio silence, learn about a new way to cook, talk New Years resolutions and answer two listeners' questions about enemies and marriage. It's good to be back folks.
A little something from our family to yours. From all of us Joneses, we wish you a very merry Christmas. We'll see you in the new year.
What are you asking God for? Do you know his plans for you are beyond all you can ask or imagine? This week, in our shortest episode ever, we talk about planning for 2017 with God's vision in mind.
Things not to do when you're hungry, angry, lonely or tired. Our number one tip for parenting, but mostly encouragements from Jesus and Paul on not giving up.
AJ's trip to the hospital, Alyn gets busted on Instagram and the effect of gratitude on your brain. Plus, a listener's question about whether it's okay for Christians to smoke weed (given it's becoming legalized in several states).
This week our friend Steve Long joins us all the way from Toronto, Canada to share on the Holy Spirit and healing. Steve is one of the best ministers we've ever heard teach on healing and has a way of simplifying complex truths into practical steps. All of this plus some follow up from last week's episode on the election.
So it's AJ's birthday. What better way to celebrate than to have a Scotsman and a Canadian talk about the US elections. That should be fun, right? In this episode we talk through a better way to respond to the changes and uncertainty our nation faces. All of that and Alyn learned to make pancakes.
And we're back from sick-ville and ready to rumble. This week we catch up on what we've missed in the last two weeks; the Heaven Declares conference, intimacy week at SOSL and AJ got healed. Also, our latest argument and what it means for marriage and a question from a listener on having a baby which leads to a long discussion re: babywise.
Money. It's sometimes a touchy topic, but on this week's episode we talk about three principles that we've found to be essential regarding personal finances. That and AJ keeps doing Yoda impersonations. But mostly money.
In life are you bracing for impact or believing the best? This week we talk through what both of those look like and how to change your ways. Plus - some pretty cool healing testimonies, Alyn's desire for bagels and AJ doesn't like BBQ.
Alyn finds his Scottish accent, AJ gets her DIY kick on and we talk hospitality in the Bible and in life. Plus learn how to prophesy and get our top 5 tips on starting to have folks over.
All of us have been hurt in life. Our approach to dealing with that hurt will vary from person to person, but until Jesus is able to minister to that hurt, our hearts can become hardened and sore. This week we talk about the value of inner healing, AJ's new (new!) iPhone and Alyn comes clean on his love for burritos.
This week we answer questions about the balance between blessing and contentment, emotional health and codependency and how to be healthy while dating. Oh and Alyn gets a new iPhone. Good times!
We've been thinking about leadership a lot the last few weeks. We've either been asked questions about leadership or have been asking leaders about leading. But there were some questions we just never got to, so we talk through them here. Plus, AJ's unique iPhone 7 review.
This week we catch up on Apple's new product releases and review the GO Conference hosted by Legacy Nashville. We zero in on this whole topic of personal responsibility and answer a listener's question on healing.
Brett & Shailey have an incredible story of the faithfulness of God. From a marriage ruined by alcohol addiction and hidden sin, to the pressures of being a pro athlete in the NFL we talk to these guys about the journey of discovering the Lord, why they chose the presence of God over everything else and what it means to live life contentedly.
We've been away in the Smoky Mountains, Alyn has started gardening and AJ is painting cabinets. Aside from domestic bliss, this week we talk about being corrected, why it's necessary and 5 reasons why we're terrible at it.
Alyn goes to the dentist, AJ breaks her coffee machine and we talk about the power of our words. Plus a prophetic word from Patricia King and we announce this year's line up for Heaven Declares.
Community is one of God's greatest gifts. This week we explore what it's like to be part of an amazing community, talk about Alyn's history with breakdancing and answer a listener's question about the way women think about men.
Inspired by the events of this morning's service at Grace Center, this week we talk about what we love about Grace Center and our leaders Jeff & Becky Dollar. Also - we're hiring! - there are three opportunities to come work with us at Grace Center. Finally, Alyn saw the new Jason Bourne movie and AJ can't remember what she taught this week.
We're talking wisdom baby! We've been struck by the book of Proverbs. Join us for the month of August as we read Proverbs together and spread the wisdom we receive. Also, the house gets unpacked slowly and we have tips for parents on visiting the eye doctor.
And we're back. In a new house. Boxes everywhere and overwhelmed by the kindness of God, friends and neighbors. Here's a recap of the last few weeks and some verbal processing about life right now.
A while back, our good friend Blake Stratton stopped by the studio to ask Alyn some questions about money, wealth and abundance for his podcast. Blake was kind enough to let us share that interview with you guys while we're still enjoying the last few days of our vacation. Have a listen and let us know your feedback!
This week is vacation week. We're enjoying the sun while on vacation. But we haven't left you all alone. Before we went, Alyn interviewed Kory Westerhold & Aaron Martin the creators of NeuBible, the world's most beautiful Bible app. Alyn asks about the behind the scenes of making the app, how one procures the actual texts for the Bible and life as a Christian in California. Listen to the interview and then download the app.
We're in the middle of moving house. That means early starts and late nights. So this episode is a little different from the rest of them in that there's no topic per se, but there are answers to listeners' questions on changing seasons, writing books and life languages.
A random find while packing the house leads to some thinking about our past, our present and our future. Plus a question on the orphan spirit from a listener. Shorter this week but blame that on the house move.
Recorded on Fathers Day, we talk about what it means to be a spiritual Father, what it means to be a spiritual son and how we've still got a long way to discover how to celebrate. Also, new beta software from Apple has Alyn all happy and a Boy Named Ben is back in print!
And we're back with tales from abroad. Last week we were in Iceland catching up with old friends and making some new ones. While there, we interviewed our friend Baldur a former pimp and drug dealer who met Jesus and had his life transformed. We also answer a listener's question about sexual sin, which is why this episode is marked explicit (it's not really explicit, but we want to warn you lest you listen to these at work or in the car with kids around!)
Last week we bought a house – this week we sold ours. In all of this God taught us some things about kicking shame to the curb, about embracing opportunities instead of permission and about faith and potassium. Also, we answer a listener's question about inner healing.
We just finished the MORE conference with Chris McClarney and Danny Silk. In this episode we talk through each of Danny's session and pull out some of the stuff that landed on our hearts. Plus a listener's question about when is it okay to say enough is enough with leaders who are disappointing you?
Look, all you need to know about this week's episode is that AJ sings the Canadian national anthem, she viciously attacks Alyn in an unwarranted manner and is in a generally feisty mood. This week we review your feedback to us and answer a listener’s question about the prophetic. There's also no post credit show, much to AJ's disappointment.
In response to listeners' feedback that we have longer episodes and that we answer more listeners' questions here's a new longer length episode with an answer to a listener's question! The orphan spirit is the way of thinking that keeps us trapped so tightly that we can't experience God's best for our life. Find out what it is and how it works in this week's episode of Keeping Up With The Joneses.
With SOSL students graduated we take time to reflect on what it means to learn, what we've learned from watching others learn and share tips on keeping what you got on the mountain top while you're in the valley. But more importantly we want to give $100 to you so you can get life's most important things: donuts, coffee, juice and burgers.
Have you ever stopped before you started? This episode is an encouragement to do that thing you've been too scared to try because you don't think it will work. With 100 episodes to look back on, we share some of the encouragement we've found from God to starting small. Let's face it, we all have to start somewhere. The people you are impressed by right now? They most likely started years ago, with something small. Start today and before you know it, you'll be shocked by what you've made.
This week we're joined by our friend David Campbell. David is one of the national leaders of the Elim Pentecostal church in the UK and oversees 200 pastors. As a pastor of pastors we asked him all sorts of questions about what he's learned in leading people for over 30 years.
This week we talk the Bible. How we learned to love it, our favorite versions, Alyn's trouble in finding a new one, AJ's slightly crazy mark up techniques and other biblical bits and pieces. We also answer one of the best questions we've ever been asked about leadership.
Henry & Alex lead The Belonging, a church in Nashville that started with 7 people meeting in the basement of their house. Two years later, they are fast approaching a congregation of 2,000 people. We sat down with them and asked about their journey which looked more like despondency and desert than dreams or destiny. Be encouraged as they share their story about what it's like to sell everything you have, move across the world following God while everyone else thinks you've taken a misstep.
Poor AJ is sick, but she managed to croak her way through this episode with tremendous results. Find out where we're going in June, how much weight we've lost in the last 40 days and more importantly seven helpful things to put into place while dreaming with God.
Alyn discovers he's a freak as AJ breaks that news to him gently, we test drive a Tesla and nothing is working in our recording studio. This week we talk relationships, friendships, verbal processing, how to steward favor in relationships, things that break connection and discover tea. While there are crackles, there's also laughs.
This week's episode reflects the change of pace we've had at this week. So instead of a topic, there's several as we answer our listeners' questions. Topics range from depression to spiritual discernment and from dreams to soaking music. Plus we ask you a question! It was a fun episode to record.
Goodness gracious me. We spend some time talking about the things we've put in place to reduce friction (and thus stress) in our lives. From automatic light switches to floor cleaning robots - we cover it all. Plus, Alyn reverts back to his Scottish accent, AJ gets a new grill and we answer questions about experiencing the presence of God and why Bethel Church isn't a cult. Join us for this packed to the gills episode.
You and I have a glorious future, yet too often we can't see it because we're focussing on the wrong things. This week we get distracted by a new game, get revelation from our kids and talk exciting date nights. But most of all, we talk about the nature of God, His eternal optimism and our happy future.
What a glorious week! We catch up on some Gary & Sarah stories after their radical time with us, talk about lunch boxes for grown ups and share our latest restaurant find. The main topic however is hunger for God; why it's good, why it's God and how it gets satisfied.
In preparation for this week's episode we suggest you watch this youtube clip first. Gary & Sarah have been friends of ours for 10 years. They are wonderful parents, incredible leaders and tremendous fun. We designed our podcast with the goal of getting to interview them and now, some ninety episode later, we've done it. If you want to hear straight from a prophet about how he hears from God, this is the episode for you.
There's no fast track to greatness. Everyone who is someone has endured something. This week we look at the topic of perseverance and share four things to help you stay strong when things are going rough. That and how we started our day with a "fight".
A great week with sad moments. We said goodbye to our friend Justin, Alyn taught at The Belonging on women in ministry and we ate great pizza and great meat. In this week's episode we talk about the women who had major impact on our lives. Also, School of Supernatural Life ministry applications are now open.
We'll be honest, this was a hard week with a very rough ending. Pneumonia, winter storms and the death of a friend. As a result this isn't your normal podcast. We say hi for sure, but you'll forgive us for not sharing, instead you get to listen a message Alyn preached called The Thin Line. Or, you could just listen to last week's episode which was astonishing. We'll be back next week with regular programming.
This is more than an hour of solid gold Holy Spirit goodness. On this episode we ask David to share the story of how God transformed him from a suicidal alcoholic schizophrenic into the cuddly loving mercy prophet we have today. If you're not encouraged after listening to this episode, have a bag of skittles and try listening again.
This one's a winner. You've got AJ's whistling nostril, AJ's story of how she started smoking and some talk about the most disbelieved verse in the Bible. Also, stories of how you can kick start blessing in your life and we answer a listener question about soaking.
The difference between people who do and people who don't, is that people that do, do. And the people that don't, don't. In this episode, Alyn talks about his realization that most of what he thought was wisdom has been fear and the dramatic effects that has on following God. Also, AJ is now Lady of Catan.
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, brown paper packages tied up with strings, none of these are our favorite things. But if you listen to this episode you'll find out a few of our favorite things from 2015. Also, we see Star Wars (but talk spoiler free) and have a brush with a tornado.
In response to a listener's question we talk about the steps to resting in life. Plus fake Christmas, real Christmas, leprechauns and AJ gets a bike. Also, we float the question, "if you could listen to the live recording of the show, would you want to?"
To quote Stephen King: "What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work." This week we look at the wisdom in working hard right now for your future you (despite right now not looking anything like what you want to be doing in the future). Also, Alyn gets a bicycle and AJ's ready for Star Wars.
We answer listeners' questions about sexiness, once saved always saved, alone time and hearing God's voice. Plus Alyn's thinking about getting a bike and wants a pastry named after himself. All in all, a pretty normal week.
And we're back! Thanksgiving is over but not forgotten. This week we think through the three things we are most thankful for. AJ gives a quick review of the iPad Pro, Pencil and Smart Keyboard and Alyn prays for an impartation of the kindness of God.
We're taking a rest this week and enjoying some downtime with family for thanksgiving. While we're away from the normal schedule, we have some very special guests to talk to you about the wonders of Thanksgiving. We'll see you next week!
Our friend and certified Life Language Trainer stopped by Jones HQ to record with us and share more insights on Life Languages. Learn more about each of the Life Languages and listen to an expert share not only from her training, but also from her life. Also AJ's birthday celebrations, the new iPad Pro and power tools.
This week we talk about the best communication profile we've come across and the traits of the life languages we are most fluent in. That made no sense? Don't worry, we explain it this episode. Listen to save money off your own life language profile. We've marked this one explicit because we talk about sex for, like, 2 minutes, but we didn't want you to get a shock if you were at work (or your kids were around).
If we told you that this episode featured someone who speaks 17 languages (15 of which were given to him supernaturally by God) and is familiar with a life of miracles would you believe us? What about someone who has seen eight people raised from the dead? What about - and stay with us here - someone who was murdered and then came back to life by the power of Jesus? For our 75th episode, we've gone all out and got some of the most crazy miraculous stories you're likely to hear today. Featuring Pastor Surprise Sithole and Pastor Franci Shongwe. Amazing.
Recorded a few hours after performing a wedding, we talk about how to future proof marriages and the key ingredients in staying married. Alyn has a father-daughter Nintendo moment, AJ finds a restaurant she doesn't like and we talk sex (don't get too excited).
It's crazy, we've done over seventy episodes and never talked about healing. This week we remember the turning point in our lives for seeing healing happen as a normal by product of being in relationship with Jesus.
God is always speaking; the trouble is, we're not always perceiving. Learning the language of Heaven is imperative if we're going to learn to hear His voice. This week, we talk about our experiences of growing (and failing!) to understand what God is saying. Also, new restaurant reviews and fantastic fish tacos.
What you think about determines the outcome of nearly every decision you make. Ungodly beliefs (or UGBs) are nasty little suckers that sound true, but are actually false and are designed to steal life from you. This week we announce a jingle winner, talk through UGBs and answer listener questions.
We can't actually believe we haven't talked about this before as forgiveness is key to the healing we've experienced in our lives. This week we talk about misconceptions about forgiveness, the importance of forgiveness and the power of forgiveness. Also, answers to listeners' questions about relationships and people who call themselves prophets.
Relationships are built on connection. When we allow our connection to degrade, our relationships suffer. This week we talk about the three most important life skills you need for establishing and maintaining healthy relationships. AJ gives a shoulder update, Alyn has a new Mario game and AJ (still) wants a jingle.
Life has a funny way of moving in and out of seasons. Sometimes those seasons are fantastic and other times they require huge amounts of patience. God is good in every season and this week we talk about how to live in different seasons and transition through them. Also, jingle competition!
With A.J. out sick, our dear friend Josh Parsons joins Alyn to host this week's podcast. We talk worship, church leadership and answer some listeners' questions.
We're just back from a weekend away with our leadership team for SOSL. On this episode we talk nature, mountaineering, bobsledding with no bobsleds and what we look for in the leaders we pick. We also talk the mistakes we've made learning to lead and how to shoot video when you're not supposed to.
The church is God's plan to bring His kingdom to earth. Yet sadly many Christians have decided to not go to church anymore. On this week's episode we talk about the fruit of not going to church, the key to accelerated growth in God and what to do if you don't like your church.
Social networks: love 'em or hate 'em we're all on them. This week we talk about our favorite parts of social networking, we discover that AJ prays about everything and Alyn learns what Pinterest is.
One of the easiest ways to see God at work is by giving. When we give, we empower heaven in incredible ways. This week we talk about some of the principles behind giving, tell some stories of God at work and talk five shiny stars. No fish tacos, however. Enjoy.
Conflict isn't bad; unresolved conflict, however, is terrible. On this episode we share - from practical experience during the week (!) - how we resolve conflict in our marriage. We talk about the common UGBs and pitfalls that we can often fall into and share practical steps to help preserve connections in your relationships. All this, plus Alyn goes outside.
Feelings: the good, the bad and the sometimes hysterically ugly. We all have them, but it's what we do with them that's most important. Of course we also talk fish tacos, chocolate and donuts but we also veer into movie reviews and talk about getting up early.
This week Alyn was in Scotland to bury his mom while AJ stayed home to watch the kids. We talk about life with Alyn's mum and catch up on vacation in Florida. All this and the answer to how pastors carry other people's burdens.
We’re talking about downtime this week. We share how we unwind, the difference between winding down and intentionally resting and Alyn reaches a new milestone in his life. And bonus: it’s America’s Birthday. Way to go USA!
A special episode with our friends Sam & Tink McLeod continuing our recent chats about favor and destiny. We invited these guys to share their story that started with a fleeting thought and has now transitioned into moving countries. Plus, how to make poached eggs for 10 people at a time and great ideas for children's books.
We recorded this on Father's day but instead of talking about our Dads we talked about celebration in general. How do you celebrate when things aren't perfect? How can you honor those that aren't perfect? What ancient Chinese proverb will Alyn make up on the spot? That and more in this week's episode.
Favor is awesome. Favor opens doors you didn't even know existed. This week we talk about what it is, how you get it, how you steward it and how to follow it. Don't worry, there's a fish taco update too and we talk Apple Watches.
I mean seriously, who doesn't love Josh & Sarah Parsons? Following on from last week's episode on destiny, this episode we ask Josh & Sarah to tell their story of moving to Nashville, finding favor, watch their dreams die, working hard and stepping into their destiny. This is a great episode that will be an encouragement to any of you who feel "stuck".
There's accents galore. Terrible, terrible accents. AJ does a Canadian yodel while Alyn digs out old videos. This week we talk a little about the feedback we got on the podcast but mostly we talk about destiny and what it looks and feels like.
We go for our annual walk, Alyn tries to convince AJ that Mario Party 10 isn't a video game and the kids are on summer break. The topic of discussion this week is ministry schools and how they change your life. Also we answer a listener's question about how to live post-conference life.
It's our one year anniversary podcast episode. We're fresh off doing the MORE conference, we catch up on the week and reflect on podcasting for a year. AJ got a hair cut, found a way to incorporate a donut into her sermon and Alyn likes surveys. Speaking of which, we want your feedback!
Don't be confused, this isn't about getting married per se, it's more about the season we are in where people are getting married, five tips for being married, a discussion on the call and commission into prophetic ministry and ballroom dancing. For reals.
Leaders of revival for over 20 years. World travelers. Lovers of Jesus. Spiritual parents to many. This week it's our tremendous joy to ask John & Carol to retell the story of when the Holy Spirit invaded their church and what they've learnt in the years since. Also: how not to screw up an international revival.
Did you know that God speaks today through dreams? On this week's episode, our friend Sarah Jackson from Catch The Fire shares about her journey into understanding dreams and the dream interpretation process. Alyn makes a sports analogy, we talk pizza and cronuts and Sarah interprets some of our listeners' dreams.
Our good friends, Ben & Sarah Jackson are in town, so we sat them down and asked them questions about living in Toronto and how the revival there has changed their lives. We even got them to pray for a revelation of the Father's love. This is a good one.
Walking pneumonia, pre-teen tattoos and astronauts as husbands get touched on this episode. The main focus however is the #myfuturetimehop that AJ kickstarted this week. We also get to answer two listeners' questions, both on marriage.
We've known Marc for years. If you've ever heard AJ's testimony you'll have heard of a time when a prophet called her out, told her the secrets of her heart, walked through her past and told her her future. Well, yeah, that's Marc. On this week we pick his brain on how he got called into ministry, what it's like to play poker with other prophets and what he does for fun.
Alyn tries to explain what tacos are. AJ's hippie nonsense actually works and MJ tries sushi for the first time. All of that plus AJ's journey into prophethood and the importance of believing what God says about you and your destiny.
We may well be the most boring people on earth based on the last week of (non) activity. Never-the-less we talk sustaining long distance relationships, Ravi Zacharias and weird milk shakes. The topic for this week? Doing what you do now while dreaming about what you want to do later.
Recorded on a beautiful sunny day (the first in many weeks), we talk about the things that bring us happiness, joy and glee. In addition: Cinderella, Apple Watch, remembering John Paul Jackson and the weekly catch up.
Paleo donuts, Champion's Road, special guests and the story of our salvation... all the ingredients for a killer podcast episode. Plus news of the MORE conference, Alyn's love of an obscure Brazilian berry and the weekly update. Boom. Done.
Lots of people have lots of different views on spiritual warfare. Given AJ just spoke at a conference this weekend on this very topic, we thought we'd throw our views into the ring too. Also covered: MJ's facial tattoo, pajamas and cronuts.
We're jet lagged, weather locked and have cabin fever. As a result we have nothing to talk about in this week's podcast. But we do have a Mario update, stories from our kids and we answer some listeners' questions.
This wasn't the easiest episode to record (technically and emotionally). Alyn's mom is dying of cancer and as her doctors had given her a few weeks to live, we flew over to Scotland to be with her and say our goodbyes. While we were eating lunch one day we plonked down a microphone and asked her for some wisdom on things like raising children, family days, salvation, death and avoiding dysfunction. The episode is worth listening to just for her accent. Enjoy.
We rushed off to Scotland this past weekend and because we spent most of the weekend traveling and restraining small children we couldn't record a podcast. Fear not however; the ever awesome Lyle Phillips who was with us last week gave us so much brilliant stuff that we couldn't fit it all in. This week, we've collected the stuff we cut out due to time so you could laugh along with us.
We hope your commute is long this week, or you at least have a lot of housework to do because this is the longest podcast we've made yet. It's totally not our fault. There's just too many good stories from Lyle that it was difficult to cut. Here's what you'll hear however; Lyle's transformation from drug dealer to a rescuer of children caught in sex trafficking, his first encounter with missions, what Heidi Baker taught him about the Kingdom and lots, lots more. This is a great episode.
AJ has a fairly horrible week (don't worry, all first world problems), Alyn gives AJ a jingle challenge and we answer a question on women in ministry. The main topic is honor, what it is, how we first encountered it and how God desires for us to live in it.
Celebrating our 10 year anniversary this weekend, we talk about pulling a surprise on a prophetic wife, the highlights of being married for 10 years and an overview of touring old houses in the country. It's better than it sounds. Seriously.
We admit it, we're behind on the listener questions that you've sent in. This week we sat down and worked our way through the list we had. Get answers on fasting, the prophetic, knowing what to do next and boundaries. Also, the Nintendo Wii U has taken over the Jones household.
It's almost impossible to describe just how amazing Chris McClarney is. He's a world renowned worship leader, a gifted song writer, incredible dad and just all round great guy. On this episode we pick Chris's brain on the anointing, leading worship, his one word descriptions of the greatest worship leaders around and his fascination with Lego. Bonus: Alyn finds a spontaneous prophetic song from years ago that many years later ended up as one of Chris's most awesome songs.
Recorded Christmas Eve, catch up on the crazy drug fueled week Alyn had thanks to an allergic reaction, discover our Christmas pajamas and what we have in store for our kids on Christmas morning. Honestly it's better than it sounds. Plus a free gift for our listeners. Merry Christmas everyone!
Trapped nerves, skateboarding, breakdancing and the blessing of friends all get coverage this week. Also, A.J. gets bored when Alyn talks tech and there's an awesome activation for listeners to do at the end of the podcast.
Preparing for Christmas time, we swap stories of Christmas morning. Also socks, underwear and pajamas can never be considered Christmas presents. Short discussion of nerdy cleaning time with Alyn and AJ just can't stop singing.
With the realization that this past year has been one of celebration, this week we talk about the process of celebration and how living in America has changed the way we celebrate. Recorded on the drive from North Carolina to Tennessee this episode features the sounds of I40, our children talking in the background and observations of road kill.
In this episode we talk differences between Canadian, American and British thanksgiving celebrations. We talk food, the Airfryer and the books we've read that have impacted us most.
One of the most controversial things about a move of God is the accompanying manifestations. People falling down, shaking, rattling, rolling, even gold teeth. This week we talk through some of the common complaints, answer listener questions and catch up with A.J. in her birthday week. Also, an air fryer is not a super hero weapon. Bummer.
Love is the greatest thing ever. We talk about how we are created to receive love and what it looks like if that goes wonky; we give the best advice we've heard about loving one another and answer listener questions on humility and God's provision for callings. Also, all the kids in our house were sick, yet we still found time to be social and A.J. drinks a hot toddy.
Wild Ginger, Silly Goose, Pinewood Social and Scandinavian snack bread that AJ knows not of - what a well fed week we had. We catch up with Dann Farrelly, ignore Halloween and talk boundaries.
Here's your Heaven Declares conference overview / summary from people who lived through it. We also answer some listener's questions, A.J. insists on doing sound effects and we excitedly announce year 2 of the School of Supernatural Life.
This week we talk dates, things kids say and AJ's favorite topic: food. Also, AJ's inability to speak French, our favorite food from around the world and why AJ doesn't like Ethiopian food. Plus we pray for your dream life.
Ben Farley was a champion. And this week he graduated to heaven. If you never got to meet Ben, we're really sorry because he was awesome. On this podcast we tell stories about what made Ben, Ben. Also, A.J. took the girls pottery painting and Alyn ensures delicious recipes will be published.
AJ's back. We finished Whole 30. Sugar makes Alyn grumpy. More importantly we talk about what it means to be awesome and list of a bunch of awesome people we know and why they are awesome. AJ insists on making jingles.
A special (and longer) show this week with our first special guest ever: none other than our dear friend and senior pastor, Jeff Dollar. Topics we cover include Whole 30 feedback, the personification of joy found in Becky Dollar, salvation, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and deliverance from chain smoking.
Our favorite topic is the love of Father God. This week we talk about how we got there, how to get there and what it looked like when we didn't get it. Also, new iPhone mini reviews, politics & Christians and listeners' questions.
Aioli, new iPhones and hearing God's voice. What more do you want in a podcast episode?
What brings you life? How do you view your work? Do you need to work or do you love to work? How do you balance what brings you life with the work you need to do? Who's the cutest member of One Direction? These are just some of the questions we cover in this week's podcast.
God is good and He is trustworthy. That's a fact, but one that is continually challenged by the circumstances of life. In this week's episode we talk about persecution, the horrors in Iraq, resurrection and eternity. We also talk about One Direction and A.J. insists on speaking with a "Scottish" accent.
From fasting to feasting (on ice cream) we cover a lot of ground. After a busy week we take our leadership team away for some team training in the woods which is why this week are talking about leadership. Other topics include hunger strikes vs. fasting, floating down rivers and listeners questions.
This week we tackle the topic of dating. Well... we at least get started talking about dating vs. courtship and what it all means to different people. In other news, we get our first robot, our family is addicted to American Ninja Warrior and we answer some listener's questions.
Oh only two of our favorite people in the whole world. This week we tell our favorite stories and favorite things about John & Carol Arnott, the leaders of the longest running revival in church history. Plus our five year old gives a really good reason why we shouldn't eat her.
If revivals are messy (and they are) how do we prepare our hearts for when God moves? We're not sure, but in this episode we talk about some of the lessons we learned from Toronto. Also, man flu, Guardians of the Galaxy and the best staff meeting ever.
Having Marc Dupont here all weekend got us thinking about prophets, so this week we talk about our first encounters with prophets, pho and the state of Alyn's teeth.
This was supposed to be part 2 of last week's podcast (which it is) but it didn't make sense to call this America Part II given we don't talk much about America in this episode. Rest assured we finish the story of how we ended up moving here. Additionally Alyn gets everything wrong and A.J. inadvertently offends all selfie takers.
We're back from vacation and ready to rumble. This week we talk about the difference between Canada Day and the 4th July, the differences between living in Canada, the UK and America and the story of how we came to America.
Alyn turned 40 over the weekend! We recorded this episode the day after the big event and lots of silliness ensues. We cover amazing testimonies from someone who was raised from the dead, delicious food, the low down on planning a birthday party and answer a listener question regarding our favorite things about each other.
This week we talk about how we manage our life and the tips, tricks and software we use to stay happy (and sane).
In honor of Father's Day, this week we talk about our dads; what they've meant to us, our favorite memories of them and our relationship with Daddy God. Alyn survives camping and returns with tales from the woods while AJ gets ready for a 5 year old birthday party.
This week we talk about the presence of God and how you can experience him wherever you are. We also talk about Alyn's faux pas in California and the best spicy Korean noodle paleo bowl you're likely to ever experience.
Recorded just after MOREXIV, we recap the conference and our down time with the kids. Alyn's taco addiction is discussed and he's on the hunt for the best fish tacos in Nashville. The main topic of discussion is about kids; making them, having them and raising them. Even if you don't like kids, don't have kids and don't want kids, this is still the episode for you.
Recorded live in our car as we drove to Nashville International Airport to pick up David Campbell from England, we talk about our process of preparing to speak at the MORE conference. In addition, we answer reader questions about prophecy and healing and discuss why the show has no bumpers.
In this episode, we get an update on A.J.'s cleanse (yay!) and we talk about dreams. I (Alyn) talk about my journey into understanding that God still speaks through dreams and A.J. shares an insane story about her boss and God saving his life through one of her dreams. Check the links below for great dream interpretation resources and if you've enjoyed the first two episodes, please take a moment to leave a review on iTunes - we'd greatly appreciate it.
The very first episode of Keeping up with the Joneses. As we wade into the waters of podcasting, we talk about marriage. In particular, our marriage and the three biggest obstacles we've faced along with the three best things about being married.
Welcome to Keeping Up With The Joneses. Here's who we are and what we're about in around 1 minute.
