Was ist heute männlich? Ein Frage in Zeiten, wo Frauen Hosen tragen und zur Arbeit gehen, nicht einfach zu beantworten. Die Männlichkeit steht in einer Zeit der Neudefinierung. Die Zahlen sprechen für sich, dass das alte Rollenbild nicht mehr taugt. Nach dem statistischen Bundesamt (2017) sind 76% aller Menschen die in Deutschland Suizid begehen, Männer. Aber was ist denn 2020 männlich? Ich gehe mit Yogalehrer und Student Joshua Helber auf Antwortensuche. Wir reden über Emotionen, Werteveränderungen und Spiritualität als Weg nach Innen.
