In 1986 At the age of 18, Anthony graduated from Vashon High School and moved out with the intent of living life to the fullest. Parties, drugs, alcohol, and women, Anthony was set on being “about that life”.

Though he was living his life, he was never far from the Lord. As life continued to happen, God began to deal with Anthony around 1990. People began to witness to him on a regular basis. Thereafter, friends around him began to die, money became scarce, his romantic relationship ended suddenly.

It appeared everything was falling apart all around him. As he continued to push forward in his life, uneasiness took root. Going out wasn’t as fulfilling as before. One night, after partying, as usual, his desire was only to make it home. Once there, all the numbers he received that night were thrown away and to his knees, he went to surrender his life to the Lord.

He made a covenant with the Lord that night, to serve him for the rest of his life. By 1995 he accepted the evangelical call God placed on his life. While he remained faithful to the charge and call as an evangelist, God later called him to be a pastor.
