Dr. Harsh S Dhiman is a professor in Electrical Engineering department at AIIE. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical engineering from IITRAM, Ahmedabad; ME (Electrical power) from MSU, Vadodara and BE (Electrical) degrees from ITNU, Ahmedabad. His research interests include hybrid operation of wind farms, hybrid wind forecasting techniques, and wake management at wind farms.
Along with these qualifications he's also a qualified researcher, publisher and innovator. Dr. Dhiman , a lifelong learner has published 7 SCI journal papers and 2 books ( in Elsevier and Springer).His research interest includes supervised machine learning and anomaly detection in renewable energy systems.

Dr. Kiran Parmar is a professor as well as head of Electrical Engineering department at AIIE. He holds a Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering), ME (Microprocessor Systems and Applications.) and BE (Electronics) degrees to his name, has 22+ years of teaching experience in his field and has conducted several training workshops in the field along with being an active researcher.
Dr. Parmar has participated in several National level technical projects. He has also coordinated several AICTE sponsored projects in Digital Communication. He has guided 34+ M.E thesis. He has several research papers in prestigious national and international conferences to his credit. He was also a committee member with the TEQIP program of MHRD, Govt of India.
