Jesus came to die, and He did die for all sinful men, but a dead Jesus is not enough. If the perfect, validate man who died doesn’t rise, we have no salvation. Why? Because a dead man can’t save you. Our faith would be vain because we believe in a corpse. There would be no hope beyond the grave. If Jesus had not come out of the grave, neither are we. We would be of all men most miserable, but thanks be unto God, the grave was not the end!
Join us as Pastor Duane preaches from Philippians 4. Are you spiritually stable? Are you standing fast? It’s imperative that you do so. If you are at odds with somebody or if you play the victim, you cannot stand fast. Make up your mind today that you will get right with your brother or sister in Christ, and you will not let circumstances steal your joy.
In today’s message, Pastor Duane covers Philippians 3:17-21. Paul tells us the importance of following those who are godly. If we want to be like Jesus, our company must be with those who know Him intimately and are pursuing Christ-likeness.Â
Join us as Pastor Duane Harney teaches from Philippians 3:4-11. As Paul sums up his accomplishments, he concludes that it is all a loss for Christ. Paul has the right credentials, he is the right race, from the elite tribe of Benjamin, a respected religious Pharisee, but none of those things were a gain to Paul. Not only did Paul count his accomplishments as a loss, he counted all things to be a loss in view of the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus.
Pastor Duane covers Philippians 2:17-18 in his message titled “Joyful Sacrifice and Service.”
The gospel is the story of humiliation and exaltation. God stoops all the way down to become man. Because He humbled Himself, preferring others to accomplish our redemption, the Father exalts Him. He bestows new honors and new glory for having accomplished redemption. He gives Him a name above every name and declares that anybody who ever comes to God must say that “Jesus is Lord.”Â
Join us as Pastor Duane Harney preaches from Philippians 2:9-11 in his message titled “The Exaltation of Christ.”
Pastor Duane begins the New Year with a message about unity within the body of Christ. We find that the key to harmonious relationships is not to esteem self, assert self, or stand up for self. It is, rather, to put self to death and to regard others more highly than ourselves for Jesus' sake. It's a painful cure; but it's the cure prescribed by God. It is the cure for strife, discord in the church, in the home, on the job, and the cure that will make us blessed and happy this New Year.

Paul was an example of a man who truly lived for Christ. His only dilemma in life was whether to live or die. To live meant to serve Jesus Christ, and to die meant to be with Christ. His trouble and critics did not matter. The only thing that mattered was the furtherance of the gospel. Join us as Pastor Duane Harney teaches from Philippians 1:21-26 in his message titled "A Strait Betwixt Two."
In Philippians 1:19-26, we learn that Paul’s desire was to glorify Christ. Is it your desire to glorify Christ as it was Paul’s? We glorify Him by our attitudes, our words, our behavior, and what we do in these bodies. We either exalt Christ or we bring Him shame.Â
John James, co-founder and former lead singer of the Newsboys, joins us to deliver the message and challenge us in our faith.
In part two of Pastor Duane's message "The Joyful Prisoner," we learn that not only did Paul maintain joy while chained to a prison guard, but he also had joy when he learned the news that some were filled with envy creating strife and contention. He didn't lose his joy because he lived to see the name of Christ proclaimed even if it cost him.
In the Book of Philippians, we read that Paul was a joyful prisoner. Joy and prison would normally be seen as an oxymoron, but Paul chose to "kiss the chains" and view himself as a prisoner of Jesus Christ. He chose to trust in God's plan for him, and he believed that God would bring good out of his situation.

Pastor Duane Harney reveals that there is a continuous theme throughout the Book of Acts, as he continues his must-watch series, "Snapshots of the Early Church."
The early Church didn't preach a social justice Gospel. Why? Because you cannot change a person with political means. There must be a heart change. You can pass every kind of law you want to. You can tear down statues. You can try to reconstruct our nation. But there's only one thing that will change the human heart and that's the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and that alone.
Social justice warriors have neglected to include an entire generation of TRUE victims in their cause: millions of aborted babies, sacrificed on the altar of pleasure. #IRefuseToSitDownAndShutUp #AbortionIsMurder
Preaching the Gospel is the business of the Church. We're not called, as a Church, to save society. The truth is this: society is doomed! The social justice gospel is a lie; it's a diabolical effort of the enemy to deceive people.

Pastor Duane Harney reveals the kind of courage necessary to be a Christian in a world that is hostile towards the name of Jesus and His followers.
Many have deemed the Church as "non-essential," and even some within the Church have expressed a disappointment with - and have openly opposed - those who would reopen their churches at this time. But what does God have to say about this? Is church essential?
In order to be a kinsman redeemer, one had to meet certain criteria: 1) He must be qualified, 2) He must be able and 3) He must be willing.
To redeem us... Jesus was qualified by His birth. Jesus was able to redeem us. Jesus was willing to pay the price to redeem us - freely laying down His own life for us. Only Jesus is qualified.
No matter how bad you may have messed up and no matter how bad things may get, just cling to Jesus and everything will be alright.

The world - and sadly much of the Church - has made a real mess of things. We've forsaken God and have attempted to push Him out of every facet of our lives, including the Church. It's time to repair the altar, repent and serve the Lord. Then, and only then, will the abundance of God's blessings return.
