Don't Feed The Trolls is a weekly podcast hosted by Nate Henry and Matt MacDonald.
Matt and Nate met each other in 2006 while touring the country in their respective bands (The Classic Crime and Sherwood). Over the years they've kept in touch, mostly because Nate would call Matt on a regular basis to discuss the meaning of life.
Towards the end of 2015, Nate was looking for a new creative outlet, and noticed that Matt spent way too much time being opinionated on Facebook, so he suggested that Matt start a podcast with him.
They settled on the name "Don't Feed the Trolls," as they hoped the podcast would steer them (and whoever cared to listen) away from the endless, spite-filled arguments on social media, and into the more dynamic realm of vocal conversation.
Now, well over 50 episodes into the podcast, the guys show no sign of stopping. With dozens of people supporting the show monthly, the episodes keep coming and the hosts stay motivated. You can help them out if you want by visiting their Patreon for exclusive content.

This week we tackle part two of the Luke Rodgers episode. There was a lot of good one-liners in this episode. Personally, we loved Lukes perspective on the type of person you ought to be when you enter a room full of strangers. Really enjoyed this one.
Seems like everyone is moving to Nashville these days. Our guest Luke Rodgers (along with Nate) moved to Nashville a few years ago. We discuss the good, the bad and the ugly. Part 1 of a great conversation all of us need to hear in this celebrity obsessed day & age.
I ain't afraid of no ghost! Especially nice ones. This week we talk with Micki Gilmore about what it's like to work at a haunted library. Listen to Nate's belief and Matt's skepticism as she tells us about the spooky happenings inside the Sweetwater County Library in Greenriver, WY.

We're all on a journey to find true companionship. Some of us have found our co-pilot and some of us haven't. When flying solo, you often have to navigate many asteroid fields ie: dating apps, friend's advice, and awkward situations. It can become exhausting to the point where sometimes it's easier to just want to pull over and dock the spaceship for a while.

We're sorry for the lack of Don't Read the Trolls segments of late, so we decided to make an entire episode out of an email we were sent. After releasing Episode 79 and 83 (Sexual Harassment and Public Apologies), a female listener sent a valid critique to us, two white dudes who often have our blinders on to the experiences of others. We answered her on this episode, and while our answers definitely don't satisfy the matter, we're encouraged to be able to continue this important conversation.
