The Yoga for Balance podcast with Heather Gjerde is your one-stop shop for all things related to yoga and spirituality. In this weekly podcast, Heather speaks to experts on topics related to yoga, meditation, mindfulness, health, wellness, spirituality, astronomy, relationships, the chakras and more. Heather shares her personal insight into yoga and spirituality, stemming from a 500 hour Vinyasa and Tantra yoga teaching background and an insatiable curiosity and thirst to learn all that she can about yoga and her own personal path to transformation. She founded her company Vintantra, Yoga for Balance, based on this unique background – in order to share tips to find balance with students across the globe.
