Lynda has worked with COF since our response to the fire in Mannya in 2018. She responded to the following questions:
Lynda will share perspectives that inform us on the following topics:
•student wellbeing, resilience and mental health
•teacher capacity to support wellbeing
•measurement of wellbeing, and
•school design elements such as size and boarding in relation to wellbeing
Felix has worked with COF since 2012 and through his team based in Kampala has overseen design of outreach schools, multipurpose facilities, accommodation and site plans. He also builds schools across east africa with other donors and partners.

•Innovation ideas for school size and style
