Mental Health Awareness Week is upon us, running from the 18th-24th of May 2020 it is a week highlighting mental health illnesses and the effects they have, but it's not all doom and gloom!
I have put together a little pod to help you find out about a few of the charities out there, some you may know and some you may not, either way they are there for you and most of the time they are manned by people who have been exactly what you are or may have been going through so give them a chance to help you help yourself.

This is my first pod covering my testicular cancer scare earlier in 2020 and the shit side of being under house arrest for a crime you didn't commit which strangely feels similar to this current situation in the world, even if 1 person can take something from it then job done, thank you for listening
