In episode 3, Helen and Jenny get down and dirty...... jk no we don't, but we do talk about the VAGINA!!! The vagina is sacred, and should be treated with care to protect its health. Along this journey, we reflect on some cringy adolescent days through puberty before getting into what we know about taking care of the beautiful vagina.
