The 7 starting chakras are used in partnership with the lotus qigong to awaken the mind and spirit as well as energy and body to prepare oneself before starting the day, just like how we start up a computer.
We have to remind ourselves of our mortality and gift of life, so we cherish it and live the next 24 hrs as best as we can. We only have purse to face at the end of the journey of our lives, how do we want to feel then? Did we really live? Were we good people, did we matter and did we contribute.
We do this to connect and spend time with ourselves so we make less mistakes, less assumptions, build more awareness and get in touch with what’s around us presently. To enjoy today, not the past nor certain future.
