As anarcho-tyranny continues its sinister descent on America replacing the objective observance of the rule of law and accountability, patriots have rallied to support one of its most recent victims.
The concept of anarcho-tyranny, developed by the late American columnist and writer Sam Francis, is best characterized by the government’s refusal to punish criminals and hold them accountable for their actions while instead punishing law abiding citizens, often times under the flimsiest of circumstances. Those Americans unfortunate enough to live in major metropolitan areas under the thumb of Soros-backed prosecutors—which, sadly, is most modern cities—will fully recognize the concept of anarcho-tyranny as it is demonstrated day after day.
Productive, law-abiding citizens are often prosecuted by politically motivated, left-wing prosecutors, while miscreants, lowlifes, and outright criminals—many of whom come from minority or otherwise “oppressed” backgrounds—are treated with kids’ gloves as their degenerate, criminal actions are excused or even justified.
Take the case of Daniel Penny, a white 24-year-old college student and decorated Marine veteran from West Islip, N.Y., a suburban town in Suffolk County on Long Island. Penny served as a Marine Corps infantry squad leader and an instructor in water survival while serving from 2017 to 2021.
On May 1, Penny was aboard the F train in Lower Manhattan, one of numerous subway lines in the New York City metropolitan area fraught with the dangers and risks associated with living in an urban environment in contemporary America: encounters with mentally unstable vagrants, petty criminals, and other deranged miscreants who are all too often allowed to operate freely and unimpeded in public spaces.
While onboard the train, Penny and numerous other passengers were confronted by a 30-year-old black homeless man with a lengthy criminal record and history of drug abuse and violence named Jordan Neely. Neely had been acting erratically, threatening other passengers, throwing trash at travelers, and generally causing fear and alarm among those on the train. According to witnesses, Neely was heard shouting “I’m ready to go back to jail” and “I’ll hurt anyone on this train” while intimidating and threatening fellow subway riders.
Neely was acting so erratic and reckless that multiple passengers decided to restrain him in fear for their safety. Penny played a key role, subduing Neely with a submission hold in order to detain him and take him to the ground while police were called. Video of the incident show at least two other passengers assisting Penny in subduing Neely, all expressing concern for the deranged man and demanding police be summoned immediately.
Neely ultimately fell unconscious and eventually died following the altercation. The city medical examiner has ruled the cause of death as a homicide, and more details regarding Neely’s mental and physical health are expected in coming weeks.
According to reports, Neely had 42 prior arrests dating from 2013 until 2021. Four of his prior arrests were for assault, with the remaining stemming from transit fraud and criminal trespass. When he died, Neely had an outstanding warrant for punching a 67-year-old woman in the face in Manhattan, breaking her nose and fracturing bones around her eye. Neely was homeless and even made New York City’s “top 50” list of homeless people in need of assistance and treatment from social workers. He had been hospitalized numerous times, both voluntarily and involuntarily, and reportedly used K2, a powerful synthetic form of marijuana that often causes mental health problems.
Four of his assault charges were for punching people, including two punching incidents on the subway. Following his death, numerous New Yorkers took to social media to describe their previous encounters with Neely after recognizing him in photos.
“This man [Neely] jumped on me, grabbed my shoulders, and pushed me towards the tracks … at this very same station,” one person on the social media site Reddit explained. “I was able to run away but he got physical and chased other people standing on the platform before getting on an uptown train.”
Yet another commenter explained that they saw Neely “throwing around a city bike” and “yelling about how he was going to kill people.”
Clearly, Neely was an unstable, dangerous individual who should have never been allowed to roam the streets of New York threatening, intimidating, and attacking others.
For restraining Neely, Penny has been charged with second-degree manslaughter by New York prosecutors which, if found guilty, could land him in prison for 15 years. Penny turned himself in to authorities recently, posted bail, and has hired a defense attorney to fight the charges.
Given the racial dynamics involved, left-wing and black activists immediately attempted to paint the incident as racially charged. Penny spoke to reporters recently, saying the encounter with Neely “had nothing to do with race” and that he judges a person “based on their character.”
“I’m not a white supremacist,” Penny explained. “Everybody who’s ever met me can tell you, I love all people, I love all cultures. You can tell by my past and all my travels and adventures around the world. I was actually planning a road trip through Africa before this happened.”
As AFP goes to press, Penny’s legal defense fund has raised over $2.79 million, including several major contributions by public figures such as singer Kid Rock, alternative media personality Tim Pool, and GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
“Mr. Penny is a hero,” Kid Rock commented when making his $5,000 donation to Penny’s fund. “Alvin Bragg is a piece of [expletive deleted].” Bragg is the far-left Soros-backed New York prosecutor whose office brought charges against Penny.
The support Penny has received demonstrates more and more Americans are fed up with the far-left, politically motivated prosecutors excusing criminals while persecuting patriots like Penny.

As if the American public and elected officials needed any more evidence to justify the complete abolition of the FBI and the criminal prosecution of its top leadership, several courageous whistleblowers with lengthy careers serving the agency testified before Congress recently. Their testimony exposed clearly the rampant corruption plaguing the once-respected law enforcement organization.
The FBI, ostensibly the nation’s principal domestic intelligence and security organization, has long been beset with allegations of corruption, politicization, abuse of power, and criminal misconduct. In recent years, however, the rot within the FBI has grown, with one outrageous scandal following the next.
On May 18, a number of FBI employees testified on the record to the House Judiciary Committee and the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government (HSSWFG), highlighting the “egregious abuse, misallocation of law-enforcement resources, and misconduct with[in] the leadership ranks of the FBI,” according to an 80-page interim staff report issued by the committee.
The bombshell report was titled “FBI Whistleblower Testimony Highlights Government Abuse, Misallocation of Resources, and Retaliation.” The heroic public testimony of the FBI whistleblowers, along with off-the-record testimony of numerous other current and former FBI employees who testified privately for fear of professional reprisals, demonstrates just how weaponized the FBI and Department of Justice have become, particularly under the Biden administration.
FBI special agents Steve Friend (no relation to this reporter) and Garret O’Boyle, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill, and Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen all spoke on the record to the HSSWFG, created in January of this year to investigate alleged abuses of federal authority, the politicization of federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies, and collusion between federal agencies and private sector entities to suppress, silence, and persecute conservatives and political dissidents. Chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the subcommittee certainly has its work cut out for it, as the federal abuses and criminality are widespread.
The whistleblower testimony provided corroborates previous whistleblower accounts that characterized the FBI’s Washington-based hierarchy and leadership as “rotted to the core,” plagued by a “systemic culture of unaccountability,” according to a press release issued by the House Judiciary Committee announcing the interim report. One whistleblower described the current state of the FBI as “cancerous,” explaining that the agency has “let itself become enveloped in this politicization and weaponization.”
The press release summarizes some of the key findings in the report:
The report also highlights how the FBI’s metric-based bonus structure leads to the improper and unnecessary use of law enforcement tools, how FBI leadership has pressured agents to reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism (DVE) to create the perception that DVE is organically rising across the country, and how the FBI suspended whistleblowers after making good-faith, protected disclosures about agency wrongdoing.
Since stepping foot in the White House, Joe Biden, members of his administration and top officials in the Department of Justice and FBI have endlessly hyped the purported threat of “white supremacy,” describing it as the greatest threat to the domestic security of the U.S.
This entirely fabricated narrative appears to be the only thing the FBI and federal law enforcement concern themselves with these days, dedicating endless resources to manufacturing and exaggerating the nearly non-existent threat.
Biden recently doubled down on this politically motivated narrative during a commencement address at Howard University, a historically black college, where he described “white supremacy” as the “most dangerous terrorist threat in our homeland.”
“And I’m sure not saying this because I’m at a black HBCU (historically black colleges and universities),” Biden hysterically declared. “I say this wherever I go.”
The Biden administration’s targeting of Americans who attended or participated in the protests at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, which has been dishonestly characterized as an “insurrection” by the political establishment and mass media and tied directly to the alleged threat of “white supremacy” and “domestic extremism,” was also exposed by the FBI whistleblowers. The FBI worked with some of the largest financial institutions in the country to obtain—without proper legal processes—financial records of Americans who used their debit or credit cards in the Washington, D.C. area just prior to or on Jan. 6, 2021.
“This invasion of the privacy of United States citizens is deeply disturbing and should concern every American,” the committee’s press release noted.
Additionally, according to the report, the FBI’s Washington, D.C. Field Office (WFO) demanded agents in the Boston Field Office open investigations into 138 individuals who simply traveled to the nation’s capital on Jan. 6, 2021, with no specific evidence that any of them had committed any crime.
“The only basis for investigating these people was that they shared buses to Washington with two individuals who entered restricted areas of the Capitol that day,” the report explains. “Rather than limiting the investigation to just the two people who entered restricted areas, the WFO instructed the Boston Field Office to open investigations into all 140 individuals who attended the political rally.”
Incredibly, when the Boston office asked for more evidence to pursue their investigation, including photos and video from the Capitol that could be used to identify their subjects, the WFO only provided photos of the two individuals inside the Capitol. They refused to provide any other video or photographic evidence from the day’s chaotic events “out of fear it would disclose undercover officers or confidential human sources inside the Capitol.” This confirms suspicions that bad actors were involved in creating the perception of a “violent insurrection” on Jan. 6.
The selfless whistleblowers who have come forward publicly to expose the wrongdoings and crimes of the FBI have been subjected to some of the most egregious and ruthless retaliatory measures imaginable.
“A reoccurring theme is that the FBI has violated federal whistleblower protection laws and abused its security clearance review process to hamstring the brave agents who exercised their right to make protected disclosures to Congress or who dared to question agency leadership,” the report notes.
Special Agent O’Boyle told the Committee members that he advised other agents concerned about FBI misconduct, corruption, and politicization to be very wary about coming forward with their concerns.
“The FBI will crush you,” O’Boyle stated. “This government will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about things they are doing that are wrong.”
In order to restore the rule of law and faith in federal law enforcement, the FBI and its top leadership at the agency and in the Department of Justice must be held accountable for their crimes, corruption, and the complete weaponization of the agency.

Two recent incidents, one of which garnered massive media coverage while the other barely registered on the national media’s radar, underscore how dishonest and politicized the corporate news media is when it comes to reporting on crime, particularly crime involving suspects and victims of differing racial backgrounds.
If the perpetrator happens to be white and the victim black, the purported crime dominates headlines and is endlessly analyzed and discussed by “trusted experts” who often happen to have an anti-white racial animus and who promote a biased, leftist narrative emphasizing “systemic racism” and “white supremacy.” If, on the other hand, the perpetrator is black and the victim white, the incident is hardly covered, and the facts involved are downplayed and ignored.
This reality was demonstrated in recent weeks by two separate incidents, one in Kansas City involving an elderly white homeowner and a black high school student and another in North Carolina involving a white family and a black neighbor.
On Thursday, April 13, Ralph Yarl, a 16-year-old high school student in Kansas City, approached the home of 84-year-old Andrew Lester. Yarl, a junior at Stanley High School, was reportedly attempting to pick up his younger twin brothers that evening but went to the wrong house, apparently mistaking Lester’s home for the residence where he was supposed to pick up his brothers.
Yarl knocked on the door at roughly 9 p.m. that evening, which startled and awoke Lester, who lives alone and was sleeping. Lester armed himself with a .32 caliber revolver and approached the front door, unsure of who was there. In statements to police, Lester explained that he thought someone was attempting to break into his house.
According to reports, Lester allegedly opened the door and fired two shots, striking Yarl twice, wounding the teen in the left forehead and right arm. Lester later told investigating officers that he was “scared to death” because of Yarl’s size and age, and that shooting was “the last thing he wanted to do.”
“He stated he believed someone was attempting to break into the house and shot twice (through an exterior storm door) within a few seconds of opening the [main] door,” a police detective wrote in a report detailing the incident, while also noting that Lester expressed concern for Yarl following the shooting.
Yarl fled Lester’s home immediately after the shooting, asking nearby residents to call police. Police responded at 9:52 p.m., finding Yarl at a neighbor’s house. Lester was cooperative, allowing police to search his residence, and was taken into custody that evening before being released at 1:30 a.m. the following morning.
That weekend, protesters marched through Lester’s neighborhood demanding charges be brought against the startled homeowner, who, according to self-defense attorney Andrew Branca, had not broken Missouri state law.
Branca stated in a recent video analysis of the situation he conducted for his popular YouTube program “Law of Self Defense” that: “Any shots fired while Yarl was upright and apparently attempting to unlawfully enter Lester’s dwelling … were almost certainly lawful under Missouri law.”
Following public outcry and a protest outside Lester’s home, in addition to demands by special interest groups and race-hustling lawyers, Clay County prosecuting attorney Zachary Thompson announced charges against Lester, who stands accused of assault in the first degree and armed criminal action which, if found guilty, would result in a life sentence for the 84-year-old retiree.
“I can tell you there was a racial component to this case,” Thompson stated at a news conference announcing the charges, without elaborating or providing the slightest bit of evidence to support that contention.
Faith Spoonmore, a relative of Yarl, quickly organized a GoFundMe page to raise money for Yarl, which was promoted and shared by numerous high-profile celebrities on social media. The GoFundMe has raised nearly $3.5 million as AFP goes to press, which will be used for Yarl’s “medical bills and therapy” as well as “college expenses at Texas A&M, a trip to West Africa, and other expenses,” according to the fundraising site.
The day after prosecutors announced charges against Lester, a 24-year-old black man, who was previously freed on bond stemming from a brutal sledgehammer attack on his then-girlfriend, shot three family members in North Carolina, including a six-year-old white girl, after a basketball rolled into his yard.
Over 10 kids were playing basketball and riding their bikes in a neighborhood in Gastonia, N.C. on April 18, when Robert Louis Singletary, the shooter, opened fire on Jamie White, his wife, and six-year-old daughter, Kinsley, striking each of them.
According to local reports, after the basketball rolled into his yard, Singletary approached White and said “You white? I don’t even like white people. I’m going to shoot your a**,” before opening fire on the young family.
While Singletary has been arrested, the national news media has largely ignored the story and has not reported on the racial nature of the crime, a clear indication of the anti-white bias on full display in the news media. The national news media has, in fact, almost completely censored the story. It is unclear if the clearly anti-white statements made by Singletary will factor into his prosecution.
The reality of crime and the racial dynamics involved in modern American society are heavily skewed and distorted by the mainstream corporate news media. Leftist narratives promoting the manufactured notion of “white supremacy” and “systemic racism” dominating society and oppressing minorities are all that matter to the corporate titans controlling the airwaves, while the actual facts of black-on-white violent crime are downplayed or entirely ignored.

A Brookings, S.D. man was unceremoniously fired from his job at Bel Brands, one of the world’s top branded cheese companies, as a direct result of harassment and doxxing campaigns carried out by far-left Antifa groups, which were then boosted and amplified by certain Antifa-friendly mass media outlets.
Now, Riggin Scheer, a 29-year-old activist and podcast host, is speaking out to provide his side of the story in the sordid affair, one that has victimized countless Americans in recent years.
Scheer, who uses the pseudonym “Gordon Kahl” while maintaining a popular podcast and commentary website called Amerikaner.org, spoke with this reporter in an exclusive interview following his dismissal. Gordon Kahl, longtime readers will likely recall, was a political dissident involved with the Posse Comitatus movement who was murdered by law enforcement agents in 1983.
In late January, an Antifa-affiliated blog known for doxxing and harassing its political opponents published a lengthy hit piece on Scheer, exposing his identity and physical location. The following day, left-wing news and commentary website “Vice News” published yet another hit piece on Scheer, denouncing him as a “neo-Nazi podcaster” while describing him as a “white supremacist.” The reporter for “Vice News” contacted the podcast platforms that hosted Scheer’s programs in an attempt to get him banned.
Shortly after the malicious articles were published, Scheer was terminated by Bel Brands, a common pattern for those holding pro-white political and racial views—a controversial yet entirely legitimate and healthy perspective to hold.
“On my website, I speak up for the white people of the upper Midwest. We call ourselves Amerikaners, in reference to our Germanic and Scandinavian heritage,” Scheer told this reporter. “The anti-white press has slandered us with terms that appear to have no meaning. If they do have a meaning, it is to vilify white Americans who object to being made an oppressed minority in their own country.”
Scheer characterized terms such as “racist,” “neo-Nazi,” and “white supremacist” as “anti-white slurs,” and provided more background on the doxxing campaign carried out by Antifa activists.
“‘Anonymous Comrade Collective,’ an Antifa [web] rag, published my personal information, which was immediately amplified by David Gilbert of ‘Vice News,’ in a disgusting display of open collaboration with a known domestic terrorist organization,” Scheer explained. “In addition to targeting my job, Antifa activists harassed my family, threatened violence against me and my loved ones, and attempted to smear me as a violent and dangerous threat to my community.”
The mass media and far-left activists are motivated by “making sure that white people don’t have a sense of unity and don’t have a sense of shared purpose,” something that Scheer has dedicated his website to developing and restoring.
Following the story, local activists in South Dakota have vowed to fight back against “white supremacy,” naming Scheer in particular as a target.
The state of free speech in America, particularly for political dissidents who hold pro-white racial and political views, simply “doesn’t exist,” Scheer stated.
“Unless you are promoting an anti-white, anti-family, and anti-Christian agenda, every institution in this country—political, financial, and social—is deployed to intimidate, suppress, and censor you,” Scheer accurately noted. “We exercise our First Amendment rights in the face of direct and active opposition from the Judeo-leftist system.”
He also pointed out that the American political tradition of free speech protected by the First Amendment, at least in theory, is designed to allow Americans “to speak whatever we want as long as you are not advocating for illegal activity or violence.”
“But apparently, that is not the case,” Scheer stated.
Despite his unceremonious and unjustified dismissal from Bel Brands, Scheer does not plan on challenging their decision to fire him following the biased and malicious hit pieces published about him.
“Bel Brands has shown that it cares more about the hysterical ravings of liberal agitators a thousand miles away than it does its own hard-working employees, or indeed customers—the vast majority of whom are white people, like myself,” Scheer told this reporter. “I don’t need to work for Bel Brands. The Amerikaner community is more than capable of looking after its own. This experience has only strengthened my commitment and given me more freedom to advocate on behalf of the countless other white Americans who have lost their jobs for their politics, their religion, or their skin color.”
Scheer went on to offer advice to other Americans who hold similar political and racial views, saying that they “need to know that they are not alone.”
“When they see stories like mine, many feel isolated and hopeless,” Scheer said. “This system is a lion seeking those it might devour. But we have built a community of trust, honor, and mutual defense.”
He encourages others to get involved and stand up firmly for their beliefs. “If you believe, as I do, that white Americans have a right not to be an oppressed minority in their own country, then I encourage you to reach out and join our community,” Scheer told this reporter. “Only in solidarity can we secure a future for white children.”

We also address the fact that Antifa and other far-left extremists are able to commit acts of terrorism in virtually all Western nations with little to no repercussions and are even rewarded for their criminal behavior as demonstrated in the recent $9.25 million settlement the city of Philadelphia agreed to in a case involving 343 leftist protesters. It’s almost as if the radical left and their allies are being protected and facilitated by certain elements in law enforcement, the media, and the political establishment to advance a political agenda and target patriotic American dissidents.
We conclude by highlighting James’ contribution to a recently published book titled The Honorable Cause: The Free South, a book dedicated to reclaiming the narrative of Southern nationalism and independence.

A staff attorney employed by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was among the nearly two dozen far-left criminals arrested on charges relating to domestic terrorism by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation following a coordinated attack on construction equipment and law enforcement officers at the future site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center.
For months, radical Antifa-affiliated activists have protested at the property, which they refer to as “Cop City” and claim is an “autonomous zone,” resulting in numerous clashes with law enforcement. The planned $90 million facility will house one of the largest law enforcement training centers in the state, prompting Antifa and other far-left activists to squat on the property to prevent construction and protest organized policing more generally.
A 26-year-old activist was killed by Georgia State Police in January following a raid on campsites set up by the far-left radicals, which sparked nationwide violent and destructive Antifa protests. That raid resulted in multiple arrests, the removal of at least 25 campsites, and recovery of mortar style fireworks, multiple edged weapons, pellet rifles, gas masks, and a blow torch, according to law enforcement.
The raid, however, has not prevented the activists from continuing their protest and criminal activities. According to the Atlanta Police Department, on March 5 “a group of violent agitators used the cover of a peaceful protest of the proposed Atlanta Public Safety Training Center to conduct a coordinated attack on construction equipment and police officers.”
The far-left terrorists “changed into black clothing and entered the construction area and began to throw large rocks, bricks, Molotov cocktails, and fireworks at police officers,” the Atlanta Police Department explained in a press release.
“The agitators destroyed multiple pieces of construction equipment by fire and vandalism,” the statement noted. “Multiple law enforcement agencies deployed to the area and detained several people committing illegal activity.”
Video footage of the violent incident shows multiple black-clad activists, virtually all with masks to conceal their identity and some in military-style fatigues, attempting to sabotage and destroy construction equipment, including setting fires and throwing explosive devices. Powerful fireworks were lit and thrown at officers, as were rocks and other projectiles.
The violent terrorist attack resulted in 23 individuals being charged with domestic terrorism, including Thomas Jurgens, a 28-year-old staff attorney for the SPLC, one of the most partisan far-left activist outfits masquerading as a legitimate civil rights organization operating in America. Jurgens graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2019 and, according to the SPLC, was at the violent protest as a “legal observer” on behalf of the National Lawyers Guild, yet another partisan organization that runs cover for radical Antifa and other far-left activists.
Jurgens and the others arrested on March 5 face state domestic terrorism charges. All but two of those arrested are from out of state, including an individual from France and one from Canada, disproving claims by the Biden administration, leading Democrats, and their allies in the mass media that Antifa is merely “an idea” rather than a well-coordinated and organized political movement that spans borders.
The SPLC has defended Jurgens, claiming he “was performing a public service, documenting potential violations of protesters’ rights” while attending and perhaps participating in the violent protest. Following his arrest, the SPLC doubled down on their far-left talking points, noting in a statement that they “will continue to urge de-escalation of violence and police use of force against black, brown and indigenous communities—working in partnership with these communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements and advance the human rights of all people.”
Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent, noted that “legal observers” he dealt with in previous Antifa-affiliated protests in Portland and other cities were often “linked via radio to the Antifa mob and acting as countersurveillance and spotters for the Antifa security elements.”
“This ‘legal observer’ [Jurgens] faces charges for domestic terrorism, so I’m comfortable guessing the local cops saw through the veil,” Seraphin noted following Jurgens’ arrest.
The SPLC itself has long been accused by critics of working closely with Antifa and using information obtained by organized Antifa groups to dox and persecute their political enemies. As AFP goes to press, the SPLC has not responded to media inquiries regarding its ties to far-left organizations and individuals and its seemingly biased, highly partisan, and politically motivated reporting.
James Edwards, the nationally renowned radio host and political commentator, lambasted the SPLC following the arrest of Jurgens, pointing out that the group simply cannot be a trusted or reliable source of information.
“Last month, 20 state attorneys general co-signed a letter that was sent to the Department of Justice and the FBI asserting that the SPLC ‘has been utterly discredited as a reliable source,’” Edwards told this reporter. “That, coupled with the bombshell news that a staff attorney for the SPLC has just been arrested and charged with domestic terrorism, should forever shield well-meaning and law-abiding dissidents from the baseless smears of this nefarious organization.”

As AFP goes to press, the Jan. 6 “insurrection” narrative endlessly disseminated by virtually the entire political and media complex has completely collapsed.
Of course, readers of this paper have long known the truth about the chaotic and largely disorganized protests at the U.S. Capitol in January 2021 following the hotly contested 2020 presidential election. Those in attendance that day were, for the most part, patriotic Americans with legitimate grievances against a blatantly corrupt and treasonous political elite. None had weapons and the vast majority showed up to peacefully express their concerns about the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
Tucker Carlson, the popular Fox News host, was recently given access to over 41,000 hours of Capitol surveillance footage by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Almost none of the footage has seen the light of day, kept concealed by Democrats and the Deep State wishing to preserve their sacrosanct “insurrection” narrative. Carlson’s news team has released some bombshell footage of the protesters in the Capitol that fateful day, completely destroying the false and manufactured narrative of an “insurrection.”
Among other revelations, we have learned that Jacob “QAnon Shaman” Chansley deserves a new trial. Part of the released footage includes video of a peaceful Chansley being led around the Capitol by seemingly unconcerned armed guards. They even unlocked doors for him. This video was denied to Chansley’s defense team and the attorneys representing other Jan. 6 defendants—a clear violation of their rights as Americans.

Also on the video was a hale and hearty Brian Sicknick, doing his job hours after he was supposedly killed by the mob. But, despite the facts, Biden administration officials and dishonest media outlets still claim Sicknick and four other policemen “died that day.”
“Taken as a whole, the video record does not support the claim that January 6 was an insurrection,” Carlson concluded on his program. “In fact, it demolishes that claim. And that’s exactly why the Democratic Party and its allies in the media prevented you from seeing it.”
That hasn’t stopped the Biden administration, leading Democrats, major elements of the mass media, and even countless GOP leaders to double down on the media-created “insurrection” story, facts be damned.
In one of the most vitriolic and contemptuous performances in the U.S. Capitol, Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer unleashed on Carlson in an emotional rant demanding Fox News cancel Carlson and prevent him from airing the bombshell footage.
“Millions of Americans tuned into one of the most shameful hours we have ever seen on cable television,” Schumer emoted. “With contempt for the facts, disregard of the risks, and knowing full well he was lying—lying to his audience—Fox News host Tucker Carlson ran a lengthy segment arguing the Jan. 6 Capitol attack was not a violent insurrection. By diving deep into the waters of conspiracy, and cherry picking from thousands of hours of security footage, Mr. Carlson told the bold face lie that the Capitol attack, which we all saw with our own eyes, was somehow not an attack at all.”
Even Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnel (R-Ky.), one of the most spineless and cowardly GOP officials to ever serve in office, told reporters “it was a mistake” for Carlson and Fox News to depict the events of Jan. 6 “in a way that’s completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official here at the Capitol thinks.”

Has McConnel or any of the other despicable RINOs and puppet politicians who have denounced Carlson considered that the chief law enforcement official at the Capitol’s narrative of Jan. 6 is completely at variance with the facts?
But the official Jan. 6 “insurrection” narrative is not the only elite political and media-supported tale to crumble in recent weeks.
Whether it’s the safety and efficacy of vaccines to “Ukrainian democracy” to immigration and border security to the reality of crime and political violence in this country, the distorted and manufactured narratives promulgated by the professional liars running this country continue to be undermined by the alternative independent media.
It turns out that the Covid-19 vaccines don’t in fact stop the spread or prevent a recipient from contracting the disease, a fact more and more Americans are realizing with each passing day. The often-debilitating side effects that have negatively impacted the lives of countless Covid-19 vaccine recipients have largely gone unreported yet continue to be exposed by dedicated activists and alternative health professionals.
Meanwhile, the truth about the lockdowns is emerging. It’s clear now that the fear of more lockdowns is greater than the fear of new Covid-19 variants. Realizing they had been lied to over and over about the origins of the “pandemic” and the inherent flaws in the Covid-19 vaccines and in official mask messaging, several nations and a handful of states here in the U.S. are fighting back against what is being called the “Covidocracy” by stressing that the free flow of information is one of the most vital components of a successful pandemic strategy, not a government coordinated censorship campaign. We now know that virtually everything we were told about the Covid-19 “pandemic” was part of a predetermined narrative to advance a dark, sinister technocratic agenda.
Support for the U.S. sending unlimited amounts of military hardware and treasure to the blatantly corrupt Zelensky regime to save “Ukrainian democracy” from “Russian aggression” has cratered recently, with Americans wondering why their country is crumbling around them while a plutocracy half-way around the world receives a blank check every two weeks.
While Biden administration officials insist America’s border is secure, local ranchers and sheriff’s deputies on the border confront the reality of the Third World invasion on a near daily basis. Meanwhile, Antifa and the far left continue to engage in wanton violence and terrorism against police and their political opponents, discrediting Biden’s constant invocation of “white supremacist” violence and extremism posing the greatest threat to the U.S.
The political and media elite ruling America care not about objective reality and authentic information. They care only about the narratives and fantasies they tell themselves to justify their subversive political agenda, narratives and fantasies that are then forced upon the American public through massive media-facilitated gaslighting campaigns.
Thanks to the hard work and dedication of alternative news outlets—including this newspaper—the ability of the political and media elite to control our perceptions continues to erode.
And they know it.

A proposed bill in the Florida state legislature, introduced by a number of largely Republican state representatives, would effectively criminalize certain forms of constitutionally protected free speech activities, including distributing flyers and other literature, if they display a “religious or ethnic animus.”
The controversial bill, HB 269, was introduced on Jan. 19 and has since been referred to the Criminal Justice Subcommittee, the Justice Appropriations Subcommittee, and the Judiciary Committee.
In an apparent attempt to limit the First Amendment rights of Floridians, the bill would make it a felony offense to distribute literature, including pamphlets and flyers, that have a “religious or ethnic animus” if such literature drops were considered “littering.” The legal definition of stalking would also be updated to make it a felony for a person to willfully follow, harass, or interfere with another person based on a perceived religious or ethnic animus. Both offenses would be classified as “hate crimes,” a nebulous legal concept used by organized grievance groups to perpetuate their victimhood status and manufacture hysteria.
Florida’s Republican state Rep. Mike Caruso, a co-sponsor of the bill, introduced the legislation in part to enhance penalties for “anti-Semitic crimes,” which has largely centered around literature shared by various activist groups, including those associated with the Goyim Defense League.
Activists with the Goyim Defense League have caused a media firestorm during the past two years, dropping flyers and leaflets around the country that highlight Jewish individuals prominent in the Biden White House, in the mass media, involved at high levels in U.S. foreign policy, promoting gun control, and leading the nation’s response to the purported Covid-19 pandemic.
Numerous flyer drops by the activist group have been conducted in Florida, resulting in demands by organized Jewish groups to target those legally expressing their First Amendment rights.
“If we don’t do something now, then soon we just may have 1933 Nazi Germany here all over again,” Rep. Caruso hysterically stated when announcing the bill before invoking the Holocaust.
“We are called to stand for the six million Jews that were murdered by Hitler’s Nazis in World War II,” Caruso explained. “Today we are called to stand for the 672,000 Jews that live in Florida.”
Florida state Rep. Randy Fine, a co-sponsor of the bill, said everyone has “a right to be an idiot in the United States,” apparently referring to those sharing factually accurate flyers and other literature pointing out the role Jewish individuals play in various aspects of domestic and foreign policy in America. “You have the right to be a Nazi, but you do not have the right to be a Nazi and engage in criminal conduct.”
What exactly constitutes such criminal conduct is precisely the point of contention for those concerned about the exercise of free speech rights in Florida. A petition launched on Change.org to stop HB 269, which is currently before the Florida legislature’s Criminal Justice Subcommittee as AFP goes to press, describes the bill as “an egregious attack on our First Amendment right to free speech” by essentially “introducing ‘hate speech’ laws, which would set a precedent against all speech.”
Proponents of the bill have dishonestly attempted to characterize the flyering drops organized by activist groups like the Goyim Defense League as “littering,” thereby making it a criminal offense. Opponents counter that the activism and literature sharing is a protected form of free speech and is entirely legal.
“Democracy is only healthy when the spread of all ideas is protected,” the official Stop House Bill 269 in Florida’s Change.org petition notes. “Our nation was built on political discussion and debate.”
The weaponized concept of “hate speech” is an affront to the First Amendment and should not be regulated “as no individual or institution has the right to define what that entails,” the petition declares.
AMERICAN FREE PRESS will follow the progress or lack thereof of this controversial, anti-free speech bill, which represents yet another overt assault on the First Amendment in this country.

One of the men arrested in connection with a deadly mass shooting in Sacramento, California in the early morning hours of Sunday, April 3 was a violent career criminal who was released early from a 10-year prison sentence handed down in January 2018 despite opposition from Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert’s office shortly before his release.
Smiley Allen Martin, a 27-year-old Black man with a lengthy criminal record, was arrested on Tuesday along with another unidentified 31-year-old man in connection with the deadly shooting in downtown Sacramento that left 6 individuals dead and 12 more seriously wounded. Martin was sentenced on January 12, 2018 to a 10-year prison term after violently assaulting his girlfriend at the time. Prior to that sentencing, Martin had been arrested and imprisoned numerous other times going back to 2013. He was released in February of this year over the objections from DA Schubert.
Martin’s brother, Dandrae, 26, was arrested on Monday in connection with the shooting as well. He also has a criminal record, including “a felony conviction for aggravated assault in 2016 and a conviction on a marijuana charge in 2018,” according to KTVU, a Fox affiliate.
All three men are currently facing charges for illegal firearm possession as the investigation continues. Police believe numerous individuals were involved in the firefight, which left over 100 expended bullet casings at the scene, 6 dead bodies and three buildings and three cars strewn with bullet holes.

“On April 3, 2022, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Sacramento Police Department officers responded to the sounds of shots fired in the area of 10th Street and K Street,” the Sacramento PD explained in a press release. “Upon arrival, officers located a large group of individuals as well as multiple gunshot victims. Officers began live-saving [sic] measures to multiple victims on scene. Despite these efforts, six victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. Twelve other victims with varying degrees of injuries have also been located.”
Sacramento County Deputy District Attorney Danielle Abildgaard wrote a two-page letter to the Board of Parole Hearings on April 29, 2021, vehemently opposing Martin’s early release. Despite the DA office’s insistence that Martin not be released early, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation recommended Martin’s release earlier this year in yet another indication of the failing and irresponsible criminal justice system in America.
“Inmate Martin’s criminal conduct is violent and lengthy,” Abildgaard wrote before detailing his long criminal history which included robbery, possession of a firearm and giving false information to police. She described the circumstances leading to his arrest and prison sentence of 10 years which involved a violent encounter with his then-girlfriend after he forced his way into her home.
“He located her hiding in her bedroom closet and hit her repeatedly with a closed fist on the face, head, and body, causing visible injuries,” Abildgaard wrote. “He then dragged her out of the home by her hair to an awaiting car. After he put her in the car, he assaulted her with a belt.”
In the letter, the Deputy District Attorney would go on to detail how Martin operated as his girlfriend’s pimp. To conclude the letter, Abildgaard ominously predicted that if “released early, he will continue to break the law.”
“As shown by Inmate Martin’s pattern of conduct, he is an assaultive and non-compliant individual and has absolutely no regard for his victims who are left in the wake of numerous serious offenses,” she noted. “He has no respect for others, for law enforcement or for the law.”
CBS Sacramento reported yesterday that a Facebook Live video had been discovered showing Martin with a gun just hours before the mass shooting in downtown Sacramento.

Western nations, led by the U.S., announced today even more economic restrictions and sanctions against leading Russian officials and their families as well as Russian banks and state-owned corporations in the wake of alleged atrocities committed in Ukraine by Russian forces, particularly in Bucha, a town on the northwest outskirts of Kiev where Ukraine and Western nations have insisted Russia committed numerous murders and war crimes prior to its withdraw from the area last week.
Russia has denied the allegations, describing them as yet another provocation by the Zelensky regime designed to spark outrage in the West, generate sympathy for Ukraine and possibly justify a NATO intervention.
President Biden said “Russia would pay a severe and immediate price for its atrocities in Bucha” when announcing the “new round of devastating sanctions,” coordinated with the European Union (EU) and the G7.

In a move that will clearly escalate tensions between Russia and the West, the White House released a statement announcing “devastating economic measures to ban new investment in Russia, and impose the most severe financial sanctions on Russia’s largest bank and several of its most critical state-owned enterprises and on Russian government officials and their family members.”
“These sweeping financial sanctions follow our action earlier this week to cut off Russia’s frozen funds in the United States to make debt payments,” the statement continued. “Importantly, these measures are designed to reinforce each other to generate intensifying impact over time.”
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki described the sanctions as designed to “impose acute and immediate economic harm on Russia.”
Prior to the latest sanctions being imposed on Russia, numerous Western nations had expelled Russian diplomats and efforts are currently underway to suspend Russia from the UN’s Human Rights Council. Nations such as France and Germany have announced investigations into potential war crimes committed in Ukraine by Russia while international organizations, including the International Criminal Court in The Hague, have also announced war crimes and crimes against humanity investigations.
The latest allegations against Russian forces, which have been mindlessly amplified by Western media outlets and politicians without the slightest bit of scrutiny or independent verification, center around the town of Bucha, a small city of roughly 35,000 people just outside Kiev. Russian forces had occupied the area since the first days of the invasion in late February, but evacuated last week.
Speaking to the UN Security Council yesterday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky demanded Russia be held accountable by the international community after committing “the most terrible war crimes” since WWII. Zelensky displayed a short video produced by the Ukrainian government depicting alleged Russian war crimes committed against civilians in numerous Ukrainian cities, including Bucha. The imagery and allegations put forth by the Ukrainian government have not been independently verified and confirmed.
Russia’s UN Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia insisted to the UN Security Council that Russia has not targeted civilians and that “not a single civilian suffered from any kind of violence” while Russian troops were in Bucha.
“We are not shooting against the civilian targets in order to save as many as civilians possible,” Nebenzia declared. “This is precisely why we’re not advancing as fast as many expected.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was even more forceful, insisting that while Russia had repeatedly explained its position regarding the situation in Bucha, denying the allegations put forth by the Zelensky regime, the West “shut its eyes and ears with blinds” and refused to listen.
“We continue to insist that all accusations against Russia, against Russian military are not merely groundless, but a well-directed show, nothing else but a tragic show,” Peskov stated.
The Russian Ministry of Defense insisted that Russian forces left Bucha on March 30 as part of a planned withdraw of forces from areas near Kiev. The withdraw was a key component of a negotiated deal between Russian and Ukrainian negotiators engaged in peace talks in Istanbul, Turkey, a move designed to generate trust and demonstrate a sign of good faith as the negotiations continued.
The following day, Bucha Mayor Anatoly Fedoruk declared that his city was liberated and praised Ukrainian fighters for their heroic efforts defending the city. Mr. Fedoruk made no mention of Russian atrocities or war crimes during his speech.
On April 2, two days after Mr. Fedoruk’s speech declaring that the city was liberated, Ukrainian national police were deployed to Bucha to “clear the territory of saboteurs and Russian troop collaborators” and to “inspect the sites of war crimes committed by Russia,” according to reporting from RT.
Images and videos quickly began spreading on social media depicting dead bodies in civilian clothing strewn about the city, some with their hands tied behind their back, as well as other scenes of destruction. The following day, April 3, the Prosecutor General’s office reported 410 civilian bodies were discovered in the city. Western media outlets and politicians immediately denounced Russia, blindly accepting the claims of the Ukrainian government without question.

“The only evidence offered so far pointing to Russian responsibility is the claims of Ukrainian authorities, [which] are being breathlessly amplified by the mainstream media without an ounce of skepticism,” Paul Joseph Watson noted in a recent report.

“Stories about Bucha appeared in several foreign media outlets at once, which looks like a planned media campaign,” the Russian Ministry of Defense stated following the allegations. “Taking into account that the troops left the city on March 30, where was the footage for four days?”
A recent report by Reuters quoting alleged residents of Bucha describing purported Russian atrocities notes that none of the details have been independently verified. The Pentagon has also admitted that it cannot verify the claims about Bucha.
“We’re seeing the same imagery that you are. We have no reason whatsoever to refute the Ukrainian claims about these atrocities – clearly, deeply, deeply troubling,” a Pentagon official stated earlier this week. “The Pentagon can’t independently and single handedly confirm that, but we’re also not in any position to refute those claims.”

Anyone in the media or political arena holding any sort of nuanced, objective view about the situation in Ukraine and Russia’s initiation of a special military operation over two weeks ago is being vehemently attacked as a traitor and a Russian stooge by establishment hacks.
Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, a principled, anti-war Democrat who has long been critical of America’s provocations against Russia and its meddling in the region and around the world, has been dissenting from the prevailing establishment narrative relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict for weeks.
On Sunday, March 13, she posted a short, non-partisan political message warning of the dangers of the biolabs in Ukraine that the U.S. government has admitted to being in existence, calling for the U.S. to work with Russia, Ukraine, NATO and the EU to secure the labs and destroy the deadly pathogens in order to prevent a potentially devastating biological disaster.

For her common sense message, former presidential candidate and current U.S. Senator Mitt Romney immediately denounced her, accusing her of spreading “false Russian propaganda” and describing her statements as “treasonous lies.”

It’s a pattern that is all too common among the gatekeepers and enforcers of political discourse in the media and political establishment. Deviation, even slightly, from the approved talking points and narratives is tantamount to treason and aiding and abetting the enemy, particularly in times of war, as Glenn Greenwald recently pointed out.

The Daily Beast wrote an analysis of yesterday’s airing of “The View,” one of the most biased and absurd news and entertainment programs on television today, in which several co-hosts on the program called for the Department of Justice to investigate Tucker Carlson and Tulsi Gabbard because they are not parroting the talking points approved by the political and media establishment.
Several hosts of The View suggested that the DOJ should investigate Fox News host Tucker Carlson and former Democratic Rep. Tulsi Gabbard for peddling “Russian propaganda.”

As AFP goes to press, a monumental lawsuit involving the primary organizers of the Unite the Right rally and a group of far-left counterprotesters represented by activist lawyer Roberta Kaplan and supported by Integrity First for America, a leftist nonprofit organization, is wrapping up its first week of jury selection and instruction as well as opening statements by both sides.
The start of the trial, officially known as Sines v. Kessler, comes roughly four years following the Unite the Right rally. Organized primarily by Jason Kessler, a Charlottesville-based activist and political commentator, the rally was supported by a wide variety of leading dissidents, activist groups, and white nationalist organizations comprising the broader Alt Right political movement that rose to prominence during the 2015 and 2016 presidential campaign season. The rally, organized to protest the removal of Confederate statues and memorials in Charlottesville and across the country, was legally sanctioned by local authorities, with Kessler obtaining a permit that was upheld by a federal judge prior to the rally.
That did not stop the radical left —Antifa thugs and other far-left revolutionaries—from counterprotesting and engaging in violence, disruption, and sabotage that day, all while local and state law enforcement officials stood by, failing to protect the civil and First Amendment rights of Kessler and others who peacefully gathered at the rally.
The lawsuit, brought by a group of counterprotesters—more accurately described as violent disruptors and agitators of the legally sanctioned rally—fancifully and without a single fact alleges that defendants engaged in a violent conspiracy to assault and even murder racial minorities during the rally. The lawsuit lists roughly 20 white nationalist organizations (some of which are now defunct and no longer operating) and individuals as defendants, including Kessler, Andrew Anglin of “The Daily Stormer” website, Richard Spencer, Matt Parrot, Matt Heimbach, Christopher Cantwell, the League of the South, the National Socialist Movement, the Traditionalist Workers Party, Identity Evropa (renamed the American Identity Movement in 2019), and at least two chapters of the Ku Klux Klan.
Kaplan, the plaintiff’s lead attorney and a well-connected political activist, and Amy Spitalnick, the leader of Integrity First for America and the daughter of Holocaust survivors, have used the lawsuit to raise enormous amounts of money as well as generate sympathetic media coverage for their narrative. The activists leading the lawsuit have openly discussed their legal strategy and goal, namely to expose “White supremacists” and “anti-Semites” and “to bankrupt these groups,” according to The Jewish Daily Forward.
According to Kessler, virtually no evidence has been presented or brought forth to demonstrate a conspiracy between any of the defendants and James Fields, the young man alleged to have struck Heather Heyer with his vehicle, causing her high-profile and dramatic death. Fields has been convicted and is currently in prison for his actions, despite strong evidence indicating his vehicle was attacked by violent and aggressive counterprotesters marauding around the city following the disruption and eventual breakup of the rally.
Additionally, Kaplan, Spitalnick and the group of plaintiffs have sought to bar the introduction of the Charlottesville Independent Review, a professional, nonpartisan independent investigation of the Unite the Right rally and the City of Charlottesville’s response authored by Timothy Heaphy, a prominent attorney and the former U.S. federal attorney for Virginia. The Review, commonly known as The Heaphy Report, was sanctioned by the City of Charlottesville and came to some startling conclusions not at all supportive of the narrative promulgated by plaintiffs, left-wing activists, and the fake news media.
The Heaphy Report details how Antifa and other far-left extremists blockaded the Unite the Right attendees, illegally and oftentimes violently disrupting their legally sanctioned event, while law enforcement basically stood by and watched. The report highlights critical failures on the part of both law enforcement as well as city officials and concluded that “the City of Charlottesville protected neither free expression nor public safety on Aug. 12,” the day of the rally. The chief of police appeared to play a leading role in allowing the violent disruption and sabotage of the rally by far-left terrorists, and the report documented how he wanted to “let [both sides] fight” in order to justify declaring an unlawful assembly and shutting down the event, which is precisely what transpired.
Christopher Cantwell, a former popular radio host, organizer and activist who has faced a number of legal challenges following the Unite the Right rally, is a pro se defendant in the lawsuit, and is seeking to introduce bodycam footage as evidence in the case to demonstrate he and other defendants had peaceful intentions for the rally. He organized and attended a pre-rally meeting with his supporters and other attendees of the rally which he recorded.
“It’s specifically alleged that we conspired to commit racially motivated violence at that Aug. 11 planning meeting,” Cantwell explained to U.S. District Court Judge Norman K. Moon, who is presiding over the case. Plaintiffs will likely move to bar or otherwise prohibit Cantwell’s bodycam footage from being entered into evidence.
“The trial is about whether so called ‘hate speech’ is free speech (it is) and whether protesters have a right to self-defense when threatened by anarchist extremists,” Kessler explained to this reporter in a recent exchange before offering some optimism following the conclusion of jury selection.
“Three of my ideal jurors made it onto the jury,” Kessler noted. “And all of the others are just fine. Remember, we only need one to hang it and the facts are on our side. We could very well convince them all after they look at the evidence.”
