Playing Prowlers & Paragons from Evil Beagle Games was a fun experience. The rules gave both the players and the GM the space to tell a wild Garth Ennis-style super hero story with out drowning us in crunchy rules. After recording that episode, we at Dramatic Failure were so impressed that we decided to talk about the game, our experience with it and discuss super heros along the way. But an idea struck us... P&P is such a tight system for powers and abilities, what if we could apply them to genres beyond just super heroes? And so, for this episode we're going East, young man. We discuss P&P's potential for Shōnen adventure campaigns by seeing if it can stand up to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

Fergus and Martin have descended into the Underworld to find an ancient map left behind by their Order's long-forgotten members. Supposedly it hides deep within the Dead Dominions of the Lower Mysteries. To get there, the Sin Eaters have followed one of the ghostly rivers to the City of Ships. There they sought out aid and respite from the horrific afterlife. Just as they began to make progress, mysterious assailants snatch Fergus' geist, the Weeper, from the streets! What dark purpose could these ghosts have for the Weeper? Whatever it is, the Sin Eaters know that they must rescue the geist, lest Fergus be doomed to die again... permanently this time.
