What is motivation and why do we need it? Why do some people experience high and low levels of motivation? Is motivation the ultimate fuel behind everything we want in life? Why do some people have more motivation while the vast majority struggle? The fact is we all have motives behind everything we want in life:
The motive to succeed
The motive to make money
The motive to create family and love
The motive to have health & physical well being ....And at times when we find it very difficult to get what we want, we lose motivation. So how do we recreate or increase motivation? The higher the pain for whatever it is that you want, the higher the motivation goes up. If you want something and yet you have not accomplished it, its because you don't want it bad enough and the pain of not getting it is not strong enough.
In order to increase motivation, you need to amplify the pain in your head. What is going to be the consequences of not having whatever it is that you want? Who is going to get affected by it if you don't achieve it? The pain needs to be amplified ten times more in your head. Also, think about a time when you did have motivation. What were the reasons behind it and why you achieved what you achieved? What were your inner reasons for it? When you find the answers to the above questions then you can increase your motivation again.

Can you make a difference in your child's future happiness? The quality of your relationship today with your child may determine the path to their happiness tomorrow.
Most couples difficulties center around one fact, that men and women are TOTALLY different. The differences are in the emotional energy where one person may have more of a muscular energy than female or vice versa. Its impairment to understand them, it is nearly impossible to have a happy relationship without learning about male and female energy.
In general, good people skills are defined as the ability to listen, to communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level. Good people skills also extend to include problem-solving abilities, empathy for others and a willingness to work together toward the common good. Having a great relationship with your mother-in-law creates a happy family dynamics for everyone including your spouse and children.
Jim Rohn said, "we generally change for two reasons, desperation or inspiration." Our comfort zone is our death zone, there is no room to grow if we stay in our comfort zone. All great progress happens outside of our comfort zone. Most people are afraid to fail so they never want to take the chance, stepping back to their comfort zone. There is no failing, only forward failing. Forward failing is when you fail but learn from your mistakes and do it differently next time. John Maxwell said "I believe it's nearly impossible for any person to believe he or she is a failure and move forward at the same time. For those who have been downsized, let go, or bankrupted, the temptation may be to internalize failure. My hope is that anyone who has suffered setbacks recently will be able to separate life's unfortunate events from their self-worth. Failure, like death and taxes, will happen. Your response to failure holds the key to your future.".
Is caring too much about what others think of us healthy or unhealthy? In most cases, it's unhealthy since it creates an addiction to pleasing people to gain acceptance that we are good enough. In most cases, we want acceptance from those we love and care for so we feel loved and validated by them. It's our human survival instincts to gain acceptance.
Life may never be perfect so do not delay your joy and happiness. There’s always more work to be done, more changes to be made, more things that we need. Life can never be perfect and we can always find different reasons not to be happy and satisfied. Most of us wait for a perfect moment to come so we can feel happy.
Realigning values and respecting each other's innate personality are the key to a long lasting relationship.
Why Emotional Healing Creates a Happy Life?
When we are not emotionally it, we are emotionally in pain. Emotional pain stems from not getting accepted or being loved. Emotional pain takes much more time to heal than mental or physical pain. In fact most of the time emotional pain causes physical pain in the body as well as our mental pain which leads to depression, feeling anxiety and not being happy with ourselves.
Emotional pain is like cancer - we never know the existence of it in our body until it spreads throughout our whole body and it can’t hide itself anymore showing up everywhere damaging our life, our relationships and our happiness.

If the answer is YES & NO to the above questions then you have come to the right place to get some answers. Here are some facts on people and their dissatisfaction with their jobs. “Nearly 70% of people hate their jobs”, according to Gallup Survey. Her is another shocking news,“Most 80% of people according to Deloitte’s Shift Index survey -- are dissatisfied with their jobs.” John Demartini said "Work can be a drudge, a dream or anything in between. Like everything else in your life, we determine exactly what it’s going to be. If you’re waking up each morning on fire, feeling called to great service and devoted to an inspiring purpose, vision, and mission, no doubt you feel as if work isn’t work at all: It’s a kind of play with monetary benefits. On the other hand, if you turn back the covers each morning and groan, ‘Oh man, I wish I could just stay in bed,’ and dread your 8am-to-5pm (or whatever hours you keep) work, then surely you feel as if your job is a burden." I recommend to take a couple of different assessments I mention in the podcast to take in order to see what job and position you will be best fit for. Also if someone says to you that you are so good with xyz…you should lean in and dig deeper because there is something there for you to discover in terms of an ideal job and career.
Why do some kids have a sense of directions in life while others make destructive decisions that don't make sense? Why do so many adolescents make communication so difficult that their parents cannot help them change their directions? And how can we influence our growing children even when communication is difficult and even when they are uncooperative?
