Most people think of fanfiction as this thing that teenage girls with silly little crushes write to fuel their fantasies. They really have no idea. Now, I'm not saying there's no truth to that, but there's so much more to it than meets the eye. The world of fanfiction is filled with talented writers and passionate readers. If you give it a chance, you’ll find that there’s a story for everyone. I hope that with this podcast, I'm able to help people gain confidence in the things that they love and acknowledge the amazing talent and effort that goes behind the stories.

I’m not sure if they were going to add any more scenes to the story, but for now, this will be the end of this series. I’ve had a ton of fun reading out these stories. Picking up from our last readings, Together is the second installment of the Smugglers series by ModMalfoy. After successfully relocating Norbert, Charlie and his friends enjoy a holiday at the Quidditch World Cup. ModMalfoy, Thank you for entrusting me to read your stories.
Unlike what I said before, there will only be one part of this episode. While I was doing the reading, I noticed that it was a lot shorter than I anticipated and thought it would be better as just one part.

I’m back after a long hiatus. I’m going to try my best and complete this new series that I’ll be reading on the podcast. Despite all the controversy towards its author, I’ll be reading from a Harry Potter fanfiction. I love this magical series. Especially the Hogwarts Mystery game you can download on your phone. If I’m being honest, I find the story a tad more compelling than the original series. The next few podcasts will be focusing on the Smugglers series by Mod Malfoy from my mysterioushogwartsrequests.tumblr.com

This is the heftiest oneshot I’ve read so far. Guyi from gukyi.tumblr.com has really outdone herself with this one-shot featuring Kim Namjoon from BTS. When I recorded this reading, I had to start and stop so many times because of the number of feels it kept overwhelming me with. I hope you enjoy this one just as much as I did.

They’re one of my all-time favorite writers. Their writing style just really speaks to me and I have no regrets settling myself in my bed and not moving for however many hours just to read their stories. We're going to start the first episode of this podcast with One-Shots, a really popular form of writing that a lot of fanfiction is written in. I'm going to introduce to you the words OC (original character), angst (sad and sometimes gut-wrenching stories) and fluff (stories that both have an unnecessary amount of detail and are also lighthearted and cute). I'll be reading two one-shots from the same author from Tumblr, that features two different South Korean idols, Kim Mingyu and Jeon Wonwoo from Seventeen. I was always ashamed to let the words fanfiction even slip through my mouth but now I'm not. I always found it tragic that I couldn't share the masterpieces that I stumbled upon. Fanfiction writers are just as talented as published authors. Writers are writers no matter their medium. Also, I cover the technical sides of the podcast such as how often I’ll be posting, what fanfiction I’ll be reading, etc.
Latibule means a hiding place; a place of safety and comfort. Rather than a hiding place, I hope for this podcast to be a place of safety and comfort for you. If you’re one of those people I mentioned before, you know the ones who are ashamed of revealing parts of you to the world, I hope I can help you take comfort that there’s nothing wrong with your interests or you for that matter. And if no one’s ever told you that, at least let me be the one to.
