The Young Professionals Show is a podcast centered on individuals spending their time and effort in a variety of professions. This podcast will focus on in-depth discussions about what each person has learned so far through their journey in the real world.
It's been a hot minute since we last had a panel discussion on the Young Professionals show. Wanted to bring it back and reminisce with Andrew & Patrick Bonesteel along with Brandon Hollis. Ten years ago they all met on the same floor in college and spent lots of time focused on education and having fun. They share some of the notable stories during undergrad, courses that impacted them, and what it was like living in Kirkland.
Andrew Russell lives a relatively busy life. He works at a church and flips mobile homes. We get to hear about why he decided to pursue both for his career, what got him into the guitar during high school, navigating a difficult phase in life away from home, and where he sees himself in five years.
Growing up, Joe Montgomery was a bad kid. He was expelled in middle school and struggled. But, he had a change of heart and realized the changes that needed to be made. In today's episode we hear about his journey, from Oregon up to Washington, playing rugby, his first impressions in finance, and what it was like being a solo practitioner early in his career.
