The book is an easy ready yet is packed full of knowledge and wisdom! I️ was moves by the content and had to do a podcast on it! She “put her foot” in this book. You will soon find out I️ am a solution based person. I️ hate listening to people that ramble on and on about issues and never address the ACTUAL problem... well Miss Tina is not one of those people. With each lesson she shares techniques that help the reader address their issues. This is truly a self help book because she gives you the tools... you just have to use them!
