2021-2022 was definitely my year to reconnect and connect with people. With women, with business owners, with churches.🥰

Mind you, I have just completed one of my rounds (because there is levels to this) of SPIRITUAL MATURITY, PURPOSE REVELATION, and a few DELIVERANCES. (Yes, you can still be delivered).😍 📚

So, I am walking around on “next dimension type stuff” 😂 ✈️

I’m ready to connect with everybody, write books, buy the block, transform lives. 📖

And then… I connect with these circles, and minutes while sitting around them, I say……..

“Wow.. this is beneath me.” 😩👎🏾

Now, before you unfriend me because of my prideful statement😂🤣👎🏾, hear me out… (and then delete me).. let me put this in story form….

Imagine being 44 years old. You haven’t accomplished everything, but, you have accomplished writing your ABC’s. You can recite them, write them, and make words.

Then, you decide to join this amazing circle or group.. like, when you hear about them, you love them, and can’t wait to just be with them!

So, you show up the first day!

You got your laptop, your business books…. You got your Bible, your study notes, your testimony! Because you READY to interact with LIKE MINDED PEOPLE!

You ready to build kingdoms, tear down strongholds😂🤣, March around walls, tear them down, build communities.. I mean just WALK in EVERYTHING God has called you to do.

You get there, you sit down, and everyone hugs you, smiles, and so excited that you are connected to them.

As you here people introduce themselves, you realize, that this group may not be on the same wave you are on.

It’s cool.. you can adapt and possibly help.🥰

And as they keep talking…. You realize that almost all of them can’t recite the ABC’s, neither can they write them. 😳😳😳😳

It’s one thing if you join these circles to HELP. It’s another when you join circles to help you grow.

What I learned in this past year about joining circles and groups that’s not compatible with where you are:

✅ They are draining. ✅ You will always appear as a know it all and prideful. ✅ You won’t be utilize at all because GREATNESS will always overshadow and override mediocrity. ✅ Your basic movements will always be a threat. ✅ You will always be waiting for everyone to catch up. ✅ You will feel like you aren’t growing because the circle or group is still trying to grow where you are currently at.

This message isn’t for everybody. But those of you who know… KNOWS.

I have so much to learn. I evolve daily. But I do know my ABC’s and I do not HAVE to sit in a circle that’s learning their ABC’s.

It’s frustrating.

So… my unsolicited advice today.

Don’t diminish who you are based on what you are surrounded by. Many of us join churches that’s beneath us, yet we sit there because we are committed to the cause, and love being loved. Or we are connected to circles and spaces because we want to be part of something bigger than us. Only to get there and be minimized and pushed to the back because no one in the circle is where you are so the only thing available to you…. In thet moment… is … silence.

I’m 44… I don’t want to have the capacity of waiting for others to catch up in order for me to grow.

You know there are circles and groups that can: ✅ handle your growth ✅ handle your greatness

And it will feel normal to you and then, just like the ABC groups feel normal amongst themselves.

It’s okay to not be part of every circle or group. ▪️Take your time and research your circle. ▪️Ask questions and be open about where you are and what can they offer.

I am aware of what I can bring.

Make sure your circle and group knows it too and can HANDLE IT.
