Five hundred years ago, in 1517, a movement called the Reformation began to rescue the central message of the Christian faith: the way to God is not through own works or church rituals but solely through the work of Jesus for us. We are saved by God’s grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, who on the cross took our sin so that he could give us his perfect record.
