In this, her first Podcast, Nalanie discusses Spiritual Materialism and how some people are advertising about the spirit - a sort of "let me put my magic on you and make you feel better" approach to spirituality! They make it seem that spirit is something that can be found outside of you when, in fact, the opposite is true: It's inside you and all it takes to realise it is simple awareness. In reality there is no materialism in spirituality and yet some people try to commercialise it so, here, Nalanie describes and prescribes some simple practices to help you find the Divine Spirit within and, in doing so, to find inner peace.
