In this episode, Jess of @barefootfitjess coaching & Marisa of @fiercewarrioryoga have a spicy chat about 🌶️ ADULT CONTENT 🌶️ regarding the importance of prioritizing your sexual health. We aren’t experts, but we know that as we’ve moved through the different phases of marriage, parenthood, etc… this can be a challenging area of health, but we shared some of our own experiences + tips to help you keep the spice of life alive in your relationship. These days, spicy date night ideas abound & it’s fun to try new things! Pull up a chair and join us for this virtual conversation.
In this episode, Jess of @barefootfitjess coaching and Marisa of @fiercewarrioryoga discuss ways to prioritize your own health & self in little, everyday ways to keep your cup filled as you’re always pouring into others’ cups. As a parent, it’s easy to knock yourself down the priority list, but it’s crucial, not selfish, to take care of yourself! Pull up a virtual chair & join in the conversation.

In this episode, Jess of @barefootfitjesscoaching & Marisa of @fiercewarrioryoga chat about how it’s a natural part of the progression of self-growth as you’re leveling up to outgrow people, jobs, situations, etc that may have been a huge part of your life… and that’s not just a good thing, it’s a great thing (even if it’s a little scary sometimes)! Pull up a chair at our table (or take a walk if you can) and join the conversation!
In this episode, Jess of @barefootfitjess and Marisa of @fiercewarrioryoga talk about how they’re learning to be better at “flexing the muscle” of asking for help AND also being receptive to others who offer help. It sounds like a basic skill we should all have mastered by adulthood, but it’s uncovered that without intentionality behind it, it can get harder and harder to ask for help and accept it as we move through life. When we’re open to asking for help (and receiving it), beautiful things can happen for you! Pull up a chair at our table and join the conversation.

Yes, the whole world is currently in CRISIS... and we're talking about it! In this episode we chat about how we are living our days to survive, actually more than survive & possibly thrive, the global pandemic crisis due to COVID-19 right now. This is something that's never happened in our lifetime, and we want to encourage others to focus on doing things that maintain/improve your physical and mental health. While some of us in rural areas (like us in Alabama) are fortunate to have outside space during quarantine, many are living in much smaller spaces with limited outside exposure... which can make it even harder to be sheltering in place. This is not an ideal situation for anyone, but it's in efforts to prevent the spread of the virus, to hopefully lead to it's reduction, & bide time while they create a vaccine. We share what we are personally doing to more than just survive during these uncertain times. Please RATE/REVIEW our podcast, especially on Apple Podcasts/iTunes to keep us showing up! Thank you for listening & sharing!!
